Alright, here's the thread for Oni (Me) against Yamick. I decided to have it in a normal Arena, instead of the Lightning or Darkness one. It's just not right to either or. So, I'm ready when you are Yamick, you can have the first post.

a storm appeared out of nowhere and a bolt of lightning struck the ground infront of Oni then lightning began to strike the same spot multiple times over and over. after about a minute of lightning strike there was a huge flash of light and yamick appeared standing on the spot the lightning was striking. he threw a few puches into the air and did a reverse high kick and slammed his foot into the ground and a bolt of lightning droppped and struck him. as the flash cleared he quickly clapped his hands together and slowly pulled them apart, then he quickly grabbed one end of the electric current and it transformed into his favorite weapon, the lightning scimatar, "lets start thing off with some speed" he said crossing his arms across his chest then whipped them out and lightning struck his feet and his hands giving them an electric aura"ENERGY BURST" he yelled then he leaned forward and began rushing at Oni with his blade out him front of him, 5 feet away from oni he jumped did a half spin held it in the air and at the last second finished the spin with the blade flying at oni's right arm hoping for the para-weapon effect to work and paralyze his arm so that he rendered the arm usless and make a few spells impossible to cast.(1)

Oni walked torward his starting position to meet his opponent, Yamick. "Nice to see you again. Let's make this a fun one," He said, watching as Yamick showed a little flashy cinematic appearance. "Well, it's been a while since I've battled someone like you, so I'll have to be careful about this," he said, trying to judge Yamick's power level. He got a general feel of Yamick's energy, and decided not to hold back on this one. He held out his right arm, palm down. Beneath it, the ground opened up in a black circle, which slowly let a long, slender Samurai blade float up. Oni grabbed the sword, holding it out. The blade was tied to the sheath by ropes and talismen. He pulled the tags off, and untied the rope, then placed the sword at his waist. And before he knew it, the match got off to a quick start.
Oni didn't even see him move until he was behind Oni. He had just enough time to react to the flung weapon, and Oni's reflexes did just that. Oni rolled to the other side, then leaped backward. "You're a fast little devil, aren't you?" He asked, speaking mainly to himself. Oni reached back his hand, and thrust his open palm forward. "Shadow Grip!" He shouted, as a light circle of black energy began to form around Yamick. If successful, it could hold Yamick to that spot, as long as Oni remained in his spot. (1)

noticing the black energy sphere appearing armoud him he knew he had to quickly react or he was in trouble. "lets see if you got good foot grip!"yamick said and he bent over "lightning Twister Magnitizer!" he yelled throwing his arms up into the air and lightning began falling into his hands in a slow cone shape the slowly sped up in a circle the faster the cone spins the more electric magnitism it creates pulling anything metal or as metal atoms in it at all toward it. "let's see you stand still Now!" he yelled "Magnetic Amp" he yelled and the cone began to spin faster and faster until it was nearly a solid cone of lightning and the pull was becomeing greater and greater "after 10 second it'll reach 500 times earths gravity pulling you toward it so u better have 100 foot long spikes holding your feet down and if your sphere freezes me like this it'll only get hard to stay still!"(2)

Light at first, but it quickly grew more powerful. "Damn you," Oni said, creating another portal before his feet. He took his sword, thrusted it into the portal, and jumped in himself. The circle vanished, also disrupting the Shadow Grip spell. Oni appeared on the other side of Yamick, and let the gravitational pull suck Oni closer to it. But on the way, he made sure to aim a well placed kick to Yamicks face. Regardless of the result of the kick, Oni was preparing to create a second portal right before he came into contact with the lightning. (2) ((OOC: Let's see what you've got, Yamick. pirate ))

as oni disappeared into his portal and appeared behind him yamick had dropped his gaurd for a second thinking that his lightning magnet was godly so as he daydreamed he didn't notice oni's foot coming at him and the boost the gravity cyclone gave him when it hit yamick the lightning disappeared and he went flying through the air as oni went through another portal into a place he couldn't see or feel. when he had finally stood up and relized oni wasn't in the magnetic cyclone he was alittle afraid of what was coming. and his face hurt a hell of alot more htan it did a few seconds earlier. "OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!"he yelled in pain as it finally came through." i guess skin and light leather isn't enough here so lets shock this armour up a bit"he said as he raised is arms and lightning shot down in a never ending stream, he slowly lowered is hands down the sides of his body and a aura of electricity formed around him and formed into armour built for a massive speed and arrow dynamics the new slick electric armour increasing his speed even further and he also gained a touch damage" Let's see you kick me now Oni! if this armour touches you in any way including your metal sword it'll shock you with near 5000volts of elecricity nearly enought to barbaque a regular human being!" he said Then the electric visor dropped over his eyes which had an electric energy sensor on the inside, which in other words picks up any movement what so ever, he the claped his hands together and summoned the electric ripper blade(reverse teeth treads so when pulled out pulls the inturnals with it)and jumps in to the air "Lightning Feilds" he yelled and electricity began blasting from him to the ground that acted like lasers cutting threw anything it passed through."dodge these!"(3)

Oni appeared on the ground just in time to watch the view. He watched the electricity surge around, and began to realize what he was getting himself into. Then he managed to catch a glimpe of Yamick's attack, and realized he had to do something. Oni pulled back both arms, and thrusted them forward, shooting a black pillar of energy, aimed for the energy blades. The second they met, Oni's attack doubled back and created a now visible barrier protecting him. Oni tried, and produced more energy to protect himself, but found the strain was much more intense than he thought. The attack blasted through his shield, and hit him in both shoulders. Luckily Oni's barrier took out much of the power, but there was still enough kick in them for him to feel it. He cringed in pain as his shoulders steamed, but he took the pain, and looked up.
Oni snapped his neck to each side, and stood up to full height. "Well, this could be fun," Oni said to himself. He knew he'd have to take the fight to the next level. "It's time I showed you MY true powers," Oni said, tensing his body as a blast of black energy cycloned around him. It spiraled around him, his hair flowing up. Oni's pure white Angel wings burst from his back, glowing against the black energy. But this energy flowed onto Oni's skin, turning it to a pitch black color, the wings included. Oni stood at full height, black wings adorning his back. Blue energy danced around his body, showing his power. "Let's finish this," Oni said, his voice much, much darker. He let the rage take over, and formed energy around his body, and crouched down. Once he was fully crouched, the ground actually rippled, and he sprung off, flying at an incredible speed at Yamick, fist pulled back for a powerful punch. (3)

yamick saw his attack burn oni's shoulders and watched in pure horror as he saw oni transform "this is gonna hurt sweatdrop my armour isn't strong enough to stop all that......" he looked down as oni slowly crouch and he remembered the energy burst on his hands and remembered the armour boost as well, as the ground rippled yamick relized it was time for a high speed fist fight. as oni blasted towards him his electrical sensor kicked in and he easily followed oni's movements, as oni aproached at high speed yamick swung around and threw a punch that collided knuckle to knuckle with oni the resolting impact sent yamick sliding backwards a bit and shocked oni from the armours effect,"Maximum Speed Martial Arts Combat!"he yelled as he immediatly used his newest upgrade to blast back at oni and started swinging puch at oni at a speed that nearly matched light, any impacts made would hurt from the impact and the resolting shock, he had his sword on his back and after a few hundred attempts at punching oni he drew it up and began slashing at speeds just under the speed of his fists.(4)

Oni was prepared for this, and after the resulting explosion, he turned upright in the air. He blocked most of Yamick's, and the only time an attack got through was when Oni landed his own hit on Yamick. Oni's dark energy would always swirl around the area to absorb the blow, which helped to protect Oni. So there were no nasty side shocks, but he still felt the actual physical punch. After the fistfight, they broke away from it, and Oni hovered in the air, holding a glare at Yamick.
Then came the swordslashing. Oni tried blocking with his energy encovering his body, but Yamick began to push him back. Oni's energy prevented the actual blade from touching him. But Oni got tired of this, and flew back a few feet. He whipped his arms downward, and in his hands he held his Shadow Blade. Then came the last slash, and Oni countered with a slash of his own. The second their swords made contact, the resulting forces blinded everyone but the two fighters. And in that split second, Oni and his sword poofed in a black shadow of smoke. His smoke continued the motion, flowing around Yamick and still kept it's shape. The smoke spun around again, slashing at Yamicks waist as he stumbled forward. Now fortunately for Yamick, Oni didn't solify until after the second slash. No harm done to Yamick, but Oni tried to make sure his warning shot worked. (4)
