User Image The day was hot, but not as blindingly horrible as the summer had been, and there was a slight breeze to chill the air every once in awhile. It wasn't much, but it was enough to hint at the cooler seasons that would be rushing their way onto the savanah in no time. Asali wasn't much interested in the weather though, nor was she particularly keen on scouting ahead for pride boundaries. With her sister with her on their travels, she figured they'd be able to spot trouble between the both of them. That just left one thing for her mind to continuiously be occupied with, and that was her desire to find treasure and discover mysteries. If that led them into another pride's territory? Well, hopefully they'd be nice about it! Perhaps a bit naive, but when it came to adventure the lioness certainly wasn't one to be detered from her goal.

Lithe tail swaying slowly behind her as she moved through the tall grass, now growing high with the first comings of rain for the season, Asali turned her attention to the area just over her shoulder. She knew her sister was behind her, somewhere, but she had discovered that the darker lioness prefered to stay out of sight while they were traveling. Something about scouting or not being taken advantage of; Asali wasn't quite sure what the big deal was about it all. Of course, she'd be happy to let her sister do her own thing, if it meant they could travel at a nice pace.

Pale yellow eyes once more returned forward as the lioness gave an indifferent shrug of her shoulders. Damu was there, even if she couldn't see her. As for where they were? The pale lioness hadn't a clue, but she didn't quite care to be bothered by it. After all, she was on the larger side when compared to most females, and that included her sister. That might have been why she was the more confident, if not care free of the two.
