as far as I'm concerned I think turtle necks can be very multi-leveled so to speak.. I mean.. first I think they add or to me any way an air of sensibility.. I figure the intellectual types look best in them.. that or the incredibly kawaii ..er cute.. you know the little girls or boys that hide their faces and what not.. *scratches head a little*.. I dont know I really thought that Turtle necks could be quite attractive if worn by the right people..
