The diva pack that is released in December has been revealed with the following divas being in as DLC.
1. Trish Stratus
2. Kharma
3 & 4. Nikki & Brie Bella
5. Vickie Guerrero
6. Alicia Fox (Free) - She is utter s**t anyway.
The first DLC pack will contain the following
1. Legion of Doom attire (NWA white & Black spikes)
2. Christian and Edge's attire (Old E&C attire)
3. Michael Cole (Playable)
4. Jim Ross (Playable)
5. Shawn Michaels (Old school attire)
also a DLC character Jerry "The King" Lawler.
Characters are still being finalized for THQ’s WWE ’12 video game (scheduled for released on November 22 in North America and on November 25 in the United Kingdom) and Batista may be included.
A THQ representative stated on Twitter this week that there’s “still a chance” the former WWE Champion will be in the game.
I've seen a screen shot of Batista's name in the WWE Universe 2.0 mode. It may confirm that he is indeed in WWE 12.
The December 2011 issue of WWE Magazine has an article highlighting ten features in THQ’s upcoming WWE ’12 video game and it is disclosed that “Macho Man” Randy Savage and Mick Foley will be playable characters via downloadable content pack.
Finally Randy Savage (OOOOHHH YYEEEAAAHH) is in a WWE game and that doesn't count Allstars because that was just a horrible game like Legends of Wrestlemania.

Nikki and Brie as DLC's?
I'm not sure if it has been mentioned before, The Rock comes as an exclusive DLC if you pre-ordered it (as far as I know only from THQ and Gamestop.)

Batista has just been announced to be in WWE 12, though I'm not sure if he is a DLC or already in-game (or unlockable).
