Hello there everyone,
I hope everyone is well.
I was just curious what everyone was doing for Samhain.
This will be my first year celebrating it and I was hoping to get some good ideas from ya'll.

My coven is meeting too far away this year for me to go. Normally it would be about an hour drive, where as it would be twice that this year. We simply do not want to spend that kind of money on gas right now. Soooo, I'll probably do something on my own. Nothing spectacular, just a small ritual. One of my fiancees uncles took his own life this past year, so I will be dedicating it to him.

I will probably be doing something small on my own as well. I am not a part of a coven and I dont know any other pagans where I live so I kinda have no choice but to do it solo.

Victoria )O( I never got the pleasure of meeting the man, sadly. I've only celebrated once with my coven, which was last Samhain actually lol. They only gather about four times a year. One time I was sick with bronchitis and didn't want to get any of the children sick (it's a family coven). Another time the weather and roads were just too bad. The third time I just didn't feel like driving that far and this time we really can't afford the gas. It's sad, because I very much like the people in the coven and the way they celebrate.

I'm driving about six hours to be with my coven, doing ritual, sleeping and turning around and driving straight back up. Lucky for me it doesn't interfere with Fet Ghede.

I am just doing a dinner, prayer thing at home. I have been working on my family tree the past few months so I'm going to work on that too this weekend, it feels like a good time to do that.
