[Solo] Help

Super Sailor Leto fell out of the mirror that was hanging on her bedroom wall with a loud thud. The second she hit the floor, her fuku shimmered and disappeared, changing back into the jeans and t-shirt she was wearing before she henshined. The shift from Senshi to human made her wounds excruciatingly more painful and she cried out with the loudest scream ever.

She was sobbing uncontrollably, and doubled over. Blood was pouring out of her mouth and nose as she clung to her carpet. She tried to grab onto her bed sheets to pull herself up to her feet, but all she managed to do was put weight on her busted knee and that caused her to scream out a second time. Her room was spinning as she fell back to the floor, bed sheets clutched in her hands. Bruising was quickly spreading over her face from her now shattered nose. Her entire nose and cheekbones were swelling and turning a deep shade of red and purple, to accompany the black eye and sore jaw she'd gotten from Chaonis just a few days before. She was laying on her back completely still, her eyes wide and staring at her ceiling. Suddenly she realized that she couldn’t breathe. No, not that she couldn’t breathe, that she was drowning. Her lips parted and she gurgled slightly, blood bubbling up from her mouth. Whoever designed the human body was a ******** a*****e for connecting the nose and throat cavities.

She needed to roll over, she told herself. Roll over. If you don’t want to die right here, right now, roll the ******** over. With a choked sob, Quinn forced herself to roll onto her side and she suddenly gasped for air, spitting blood all over her carpet and wall. She tugged on the bed sheets as hard as she possibly could have until they came off of her bed. She wrapped them around herself tightly and clung to herself. She needed to get help. Was Lydia home? Did she hear her screams of agony? She figured if she did, the girl would’ve been in her room by now. No one waits that long after hearing a scream like that. Quinn laid there on her floor, crying silently and letting the blood pour freely from her nose and mouth- at least this way she wasn’t choking on it.

“Lydia…” she whispered. She desperately tried to cry out to her roommate who would’ve either been in the living room or bedroom right outside her door. “Lydia!” she called, a second time, this time louder. Her voice was hoarse and her throat raw with pain from the coughing and earlier pepper dust that she inhaled. She waited for a moment. Nothing.

No one was here. She was alone and she was going to die this way on her bedroom floor. She hadn’t gotten the chance to really get to know her new friends. She had so many plans for her team. She had so many plans as a regular, human girl. She hadn’t even kissed a boy yet! And suddenly, none of that mattered. Nothing mattered, because this was it. Could you die from a shattered nose and busted knee? She sure as ******** felt like it.

Her breathing was shallow and she was pretty much wheezing at this point. Her body curled in on itself and she shivered under the blankets she was cocooned in.

Then she clenched her eyes shut, and let the tears stream freely down her face. All she could do was wait and hope.
