Vacation from the craziness of Inaba has brought you to the American Mid-West...finally, you have a chance to unwind and be free of all the supernatural horror that plagued you during your days in that town, all the demons and shadows and the humans who were capable of heavier atrocities than all of them combined. Through the long plains you ride, through the scenic Arklay Mountains and into a sleepy city seemingly in the middle of nowhere. This is just the place you wanted to be, as far from that crazy, Japanese town as possible...away from all the terror and the attacks and the chaos.
...But as you roll into town just after sundown, smoke rising from several corners of the large, hundred-thousand strong city and all the streets littered with debris, empty of living humans, you begin to realize that things are not exactly as they seem...
And as the moans begin to echo in the alleys all around you, the sight of a body near the corner of the road catches your attention, and you realize truly...

As this is a special event, it does not take place during the actual timeline of the Guild. Therefore characters you enter into this mini-event will still be active in the main Guild areas and storyline. That is to say, you can post in this event with them and still in the main RP at the same time.

The Nightmare is Just Beginning! Quote: You may begin posting at your Starter Location in the Halloween Event! In each area there are currently no less than 500 zombies in various locations, hidden, trudging through the open, which you may kill...though beware as (controlled) zombies may attack you at any given time! You do not have to wait for others to post to continue posting (unless you are fighting an NPC controlled by me or another mod, clearly labeled NPC). You may follow the rules and kill zombies on your own in each post, moving through locations using keys, plugs, and all the different paths you might come across!
-Take advantage of random encounters or events!
-If you knock down a boss, don't try to kill it! RUN!
-If an enemy is overwhelming you, you might be better suited to run!
-Kill as many zombies as you can! You never know when you might die, so you'll want your count as high as possible.
-You cannot pick up any new weapons. items, or healing unless they are specifically pointed out by an NPC.
...Good luck, and do your best to survive until the very end!
