First off, the Gaia TOS govern ALL Forums and Guilds so they apply here to, this being a public Guild and all.

Basic rules include (but are not limited to):

1. Language- Unlike the movies we all are here to discuss, and rave about, gotta keep it clean! I'm all for profanity, but not if it will get the Guild deleted, so bite your tongues here. (no little Jays ok?)

2. Be Polite- We are a friendly group of Smith lovers, so no talkin' trash or anything like that. Dont make people want to leave, I had to do unspeakable things to get this guild, and I wanna keep it..

3. Keep your posts in the appropriate threads (if possible). So no extend discussions about bass fishing in the Clerks thread ok? We can make a bass fishing thread if things really get to that point.

4. We speak english here, not netspeak, l33t sp33k, short hand, or any other form of hideously butchered english that would require the readers here to take a night class in order to understand. Ok? This Guild should be everything the Chatterbox is not. So if I catch anyone using that stuff here seriously, I ban, maybe you'll get a warning first. It will depend on my mood.

5. Be active. A fan can't call themself a fan if they have nothing to say about Kevin Smith, his work, or anything somewhat related. Zero participation will not be tolerated and you will be removed. (If you are having writers block or something and can't talk about the Smith, we have a whole subforum for off-topic threads, if none of them grab your attention, make one!)

6. Be LEGAL! No threads that violate Gaia's ToS or R&G will be tolerated. This includes (but is not limited to) anything dealing with piracy or any other similar requests that would violate copyright laws. Violators will be reported on site without mercy. Pirating Smith works (or any other piracy) takes money away from the people we admire so much. If you liked them as much as you claim, you wouldn't do that to them.

Also, hinting at owning pirated materials will barely be tolerated and is also subject to reporting if anyone feels you are hinting at it enough to suggest people pirate rather than purchase. Meaning if you do it, keep it a secret and we won't have any problems.
