Well, I tend to be a bit headstrong at times, and have been told I'm a little to courageous/ brave at times, to the point of me looking like I didn't really think something through. I tend not to ask for help until I'm kind of stuck in a giant rut. I'm pretty affectionate if I'm under the weather or sleepy, and I tend to hide under a mask of indifference. I get upset easily, but I usually just laugh it off. I do tend to through caution into the wind when I'm upset or angry, and I can be a bit too caring at times. I tend to suck at reading the atmosphere, so I'm a bit socially awkward. I'm also passive agressive. I'm prone to mood swings, so I can be all stoic one second, and all smiley the next. I'm usually on guard, and I'm pretty smart, and tend to notice things most don't. Maybe that's because of Mortimer...

Well, you need to know some information first. When I was twelve, I found a sort of sword-looking mark on my arm. And a couple weeks later, I found a sort of grayish wolf. The wolf literally dissolved into my body. What this means, is I'm what's known as a "host." The wolf's name is Mortimer, and I can literally summon him. Mort also turns into a weapon. The weapon has a chain inside. When I break the goldish part, it dissolves in some places, and it works like a chain scythe, basically. I can do regular attacks with this, or I can do special attacks, like creating (add later~)
There's also levels of power that a host has. One is the least powerful, three is the most. There's also stuff like "2.5," "1.8," and that stuff. Mort tells me I'm at level 2.7 on the power scale. In other words, don't mess with me. I can also mold into Mortimer's body if I want to. Basically, I turn into a wolf that looks like Mort. Although, it tends to make my body hurt all over, and a bit tired.

I was born to Jonathan and Marie Reynolds, who both work in the medical field. Mom's an anesthesiologist, and dad's a radiation oncologist. I have a brother named Luke, and a little sister named Kara. Growing up, everything was pretty normal, you could say. I played with toy dumptrucks, and I didn't really like dresses and stuff. I got teased a bit, but that's normal. Mostly by my dad- giant joker, he is. When I was eleven, I broke a toe, but that's the worst injury I have. When I was twelve, well, you already know what happened. I found that mark, and I gained a wolf to summon. That made me a host, although some use the word "contractor" to describe people like me. Although, it's actually not correct- I don't have to pay any price after Mortimer returns to my body.
Anyways, I didn't have much control when I first started out. Mort would appear whenever I thought about him. Luckily, I have much more control now. No more reports of 'Yes, there's a wolf running around the school, and today's cancelled" to home anymore. I did gain some of the personality traits of a wolf. If you wanna call me a contractor instead, I guess you could say that's my price. I gained alertness, heightened hearing and higher levels of being sensitive to touch. I also am faster, and have more flexibility than your average human.
One day, my mom saw Mort, well, appear. Freaked, she sent me here.

Astronomy, for some reason that I'm not entirely sure of. Maybe because it's so old, and people have been using it for years? I don't know. There's just something fascinating about it, I'd say. Albeit my low sugar tolerance, I'm a sucker for sour candy. The taste, and especially the sour factor. Well, except for those warhead candies. I can't stand how sour they are. I also love cupcakes, especially red-velvet cupcakes with vanilla frosting. Can't get enough. I love, love, love to play the cello. It's calming in a way, I guess. I don't like to play in front of other people, though, for some odd reason. I'm also a bit obsessed with music. It kind of just relaxes me, I'd say. Oh, drawing and swimming too.
єvery time one of these come into my life, things just go downhill . . .
For starters, airplanes. I have a fear of heights, and airplanes constitute into "waay high up." Basically, they're flying torture devices for me. I also don't really feel comfortable on boats. For some reason, I can't help but think that the boat's gonna break all Titanic-like. I hate really spicy foods, or really sweet foods, really bitter foods, stuff like that. I think it just tastes boring then. I don't really like extreme temperatures- they just kind of piss me off, especially when I have to bundle up or something.

I've been told that I'm shy. Well, I guess it could be true, but if you give me enough sugar I'm pretty nutty. [nervous laugh] Which.. isn't hard to do, actually. I'm kind of quiet, and am introverted. I'm an observer more than anything, and I tend to think a lot and say things that people deem random. For example, I'll mention something like "it's like a test" when someone's talking about something, and then noone will get it until I explain it. It... happens a bit frequently. I'm protective of those I'm close to, and can hold my own in a fight... I've actually almost killed someone once. That being said.. I'm a bit aggressive if you upset me. I analyze people like a computer- I have to analyze them until I feel I've analyzed every single atom of them until I can make a verdict.. and it can take up to a year. Maybe more..? I'm a fan of sarcasm, and I will use it.. maybe a lot. It depends a bit. I'm a bit spacey, and am usually on moderate alert- I have exceptional hearing, so it's only natural with that, I'd say. I'm a bit eccentric, and usually seem a bit of a mess, actually. I don't know why... maybe it's because I have so many thoughts running through my head. I blame Amadeus for this (Amadeus= auditory hallucination).

I was born eighty years ago, in the middle east. Well, I'm not exactly human. I'm a phoenix- that red bird in mythology. Yeah. I'm a phoenix- I usually am in a human form because it's more accepted... for obvious reasons. I was born in Egypt, and I was relatively small compared to the usual size of my species. I was a bit premature.. and because my mother was in human form when I was born, I was also in human form. I didn't know I was a phoenix until I was four, really. That was the fist time I shifted, and I didn't understand what had happened to me. I was scared, and nearly set the house on fire in the process. Er.. well, maybe I did actually set the house on fire... just a bit. The fire was killed quickly, though, so there wasn't much harm done, actually. Besides a few plants being killed...
xxxxAfter that, my mother made the decision to move to a more remote place, so we wouldn't hurt anyone or possibly set a whole town ablaze. It would be a pretty good decision, really. A good judgement call on her part. My father.. well..? I can't say much about him- he kind of just dissapeared one day. I have contact with him, but very little. He moves around a lot. That's about all I can say on him- I've never met him before, and he's what you'd call a lone wolf, I'd say... But he's had contact with me, and we talk sometimes. Email or letters though. I like letters very much. They're much more personal feeling in a sense. [small laugh] It's a bit hard to explain, really...
xxxxWhen I was twenty, I first heard Amadeus. He's, well... Quite helpful, I'd say. I mean, he can be obnoxious, but he knows what he's talking about. I'll talk to him out loud sometimes, really. I know he's an auditory hallucination, but he's nice. We get along pretty well..
xxxxSo, how I came here is next I guess... hmm. Well, my mother left, really. She had to for some reason. I don't know why. I was fifty at this time, and I was old enough to take care of myself- despite looking like.... A fourteen year old, maybe..? So, I started looking for options, really. I didn't know about Fuyu, really. So I kind of drifted about for maybe... twenty, thirty years? That seems about right. So, yeah. I was a nomad, you could say.. But I did find Fuyu after a bit. I go here now.. It's not much to say, really. I go and kind of live here now... [smiles]

Well, I can create and control fire, really, along with shifting into a human form and back again. The fire control takes energy though, as it's a pretty unstable element in its own right. Wildfires are a prime example of this. And the shapeshifting hurts a bit. Well, a lot, actually. It's like someone's stolen your skin and is ripping apart your body. It hurts, and it's incredibly unbearable. I don't shift unless need be, so I usually stay as a human. I guess I should include a longer life span than a lot of races- phoenixes actually live anywhere from five-hundred to about one-thousand and five-hundred years, really. So, sure, I get powers, but it's not what it's cracked up to be.. at all. And longer life isn't always great, but it is a blessing in a way.

The profile looks marvelously done, but I do have some issues with it.
Abilities
She's on the overpowered side with a bit too many strong powers in my opinion. Fire manipulation, Shape shifting, Enhanced Senses, Chaotikinesis and Flight (assuming this since she is a phoenix). I understand you are trying to use Chaotikinesis as the flaw in her powers, but it doesn't balance out the rest of the major abilities. So either add more flaws to the rest of her abilities to balance everything out or remove some abilities. Honestly, chaotikinesis would seem a bit difficult to roleplay out if it's with other characters and without using any god-moding, so I would suggest to consider removing it unless you can bypass this flaw.
Also, on the same note about her being a Phoenix, if I follow the general knowledge, she would also be a form of immortality so you will also need to balance her powers while considering that very strong aspect of her.
Please quote me when you've done changes so I can look over it again.
