: Undine half sighed to herself as she dived back down below the waves. He tail fluck moved in a rhythmic motion that propelled her forward with ease. Beneath the surface of the ocean she cooed and click in a musical fashion, the sound echoing back to her.
Taxo found himself in an area he wasn't familiar with since he normally would be hiding on land. Wading around in the shallows of the water for a little while he then decided to brave swimming out. Tentacle-y arms moving in front of him he started swimming further out quite awkwardly.
A echo image bounced back to her and the orca like creature tilted it's head. She had never met any others out here. And the idea of any social interaction was enough to peak her curiosity. With steady strokes of her tail she swam towards her destination. A shrill cry echoing out in the water infront of her.
As the pathetic looking Taxo made his way out in the water in an oddly adorable way, a strange and ear-piercing noise hit his ears. It was so sharp that it caused him to stop mid-paddle and cover them quickly. Having stopped to cover his ears he began to sink. Though made of a combination of sea creatures, not use to being out in the water, he panicked and started kicking his legs and flailing his arms.
Approaching the flailing mass Undine could see the panic in the creatures eyes. With a hard stroke of her tail the orca like creature swam quickly up to him, placing a front fin on either side and angling up towards the surface, pulling him in her wake.
In his panicky state the spliced fella barely felt the touch of the other against his rubbery skin. His flailing continued for a minute or so until he felt a gentle wake lapping at his body, then the feeling of another's grip. Filled with dread Taxo slowly turned his head to look at his supposed 'attacker' and his eyes popped right open at the sight of an orca. Now filled with dread, sure he was about to be food he began to flail again. "OHPLEASEDONTEATME! I swear I don't taste good!"
Tilting her head a long ear flicked upward and she blinked, "Eat you?" her sweet voice chirped, "Why would I eat you?" A small puff of mist burst from the blowhole on top of her head and brown eyes blinked innocently back at him.
Still in his freaking-out mode.. that is until she spoke softly to him. Cautiously the scared creature turned his head to look at her again, eyes filled with worry still yet now somewhat hopeful. "I.. well... uhhh..." Now that he had a moment to think about it he hadn't a clue why he thought she would eat him... and it dumbfounded him. Jumping slightly as the the mist spurted from her blowhole he blinked as he tilted his head side to side, looking her face over.
With a little giggle Undine smiled, "I only eat little fish. So your safe." With a swift stroke of her tail she turned and began to move towards shallow waters. "Lets get you closer to land."
Letting out an oh so relieved sigh as he somewhat let himself relax as she carried him through the water. With even more relief as she spoke of land the awkward Taxo let himself get excited for it, wanting so bad to be back on the solid ground he had come to know and love. Watching anxiously, he kept his eyes on the shore line as she pulled him towards it, tentacle fingers wrapping around each other out of his unconscious habit.

: As the water shallowed she was forced to set her pawed back feet in the sandy bottom and let go of him with her flipper fronts. "There we go. You should be alright now." She smiled sweetly again then looked to the shore, "Do you live on the land?"
Grateful as they neared the shore his tentacles wriggled about, reaching for the sand. As she let go of him he wobbled into the sandy part of the beach and rolled about, laying on his side after having a good toss about. Taxo gave a toothy smile to his heroine followed by a nod. "Yes. It's... safer for me." His eyes blinked before peering down to the sand again before looking back to her and sat up, placing his arms in front of himself and kicking out his back ones. "Do you... live in the water?"
Slowly emerging out of the water she shuffled forward with her from flippers and stumbled, "For the most part yes. I am a graceful swimmer. But on land..... I've hear oxes are far more graceful in a china store."
Eyes opening widely as she stumbles the big fella somehow manages to reached out and catch her, quick reflexes and all, and helped her back up. Tilting his head as she spoke he then let out a chuckle. "I'm sure it's not that bad..."
Looking at him gratefully, "Oh believe me I am." Setting down on her haunches, "It is very hard to walk on land. " Smiling to him sweetly after she sat down. "I don't think I got your name. I'm Undine."
Giving as sweet a smile as the sharp-toothed fellow could he nodded, glad he could help her even if it was just a small little something. "It's difficult, but I got use to it.. I'm sure if you had a reason to you could too." he spoke in a slightly chirpy sounding voice. Feeling terrible for forgetting to introduce himself after she had saved him, Taxo bowed his head, tentacled arms meeting together in front of him. "I'm sorry! My name is Taxo Clade, but you can Call me Taxo" Looking back up to her he smiled. "I like your name. It's pretty."
