I'm just gonna throw it out there, I've got a few ideas brainstorming when I'm not working or busy, but I'm not going to create any RPs until I get some more people interested. If you interested in the RP forum just read the rules (All of it, damn you. I'll know) and post a character bio.

I'm new to this Guild, and I haven't roleplayed in years, nor am I interested in doing so, but I do have a suggestion. sweatdrop
Instead of a "Military RP" forum you could instead make a "General RP" forum to suit the needs of a wide variety of roleplaying styles.
Funklepuss is an example, not everyone is going to want to partake in a Military RP.
As for your rules ( I skimmed through those), some OC's have powers like telekinesis, telepathy, and can read the future.
Those types of people definitely wont be interested because their characters wont be allowed.
Instead of outright outlawing those types of characters with those abilities, individual rules could be mad so that "God-moding" isn't possible. It would limit the potential of the abilities of the character. Give them weaknesses/loopholes.
(Although I would like to point out that I feel that should be the responsibility of the creator to make sure there were weaknesses to those abilities, unlike *coughSmeyer'sBellacough*)

I mean, the term "military RP" is kinda a very loose interpretation. It could be an RP about angels fighting fart monsters for all I care at this point, just not an RP about Madam Prisslefoot's mansion or something.
So by all means, if someone wants to make an RP about fantasy or whatever bally-hoo, I don't care. I'll tweak the forum rules and the bio thread accordingly if I have to.
However, something I won't budge about is the RP example. Why? Because I said so. scream
At any rate, if that's how you guys want it, then human and fantasy or whatever bally-hoo RPs are to be kept entirely separate.

Aah, I suppose I took the word Military a bit too serious. In that case I'm sure I can come up with a roleplay anytime soon.
