Personality:
An even headed individual, rarely panics. Incredibly intuned to her surroundings. A habit learned from years of having to navigate without sight.
Spends most of her time in her lab, working on potions and experimenting with magic.
Romance:
Charlotte and Charlies met in grade school, and married the day she turned 18. They work together to create magic/tech hybrid devices for a variety of uses. They're attempting to get her pregnant but are having difficulty. Charlotte fears she may be barren.
Her Sight:
Born Blind, she took up an affinity with magic. It was a hobby that Mamoru and Setsuna disapproved of initially. Thankfully, with some help from a local wizard she convinced them that not all magic is bad, and that someday she might be able to rid herself of her blindness if she gets good enough.
Sadly dispite her skill with enchantments and potions, she's yet to come up with a real cure for her blindness. Still, she's come up with a plethora of magical tools to help her navigate the world. Her eyes almost always glow violet, a indicator that she has cast detect magic, and can see any magic in the area.
Physical Description: A Moderately Tall and Curvy Woman of darker complection, Charlotte has her mother Setsuna's long legs and sad smile. She wears little or no makeup at home, Charles has assured her she doesn't need it. But when going out to formal or social events, she lets Charles act as a verbal "Mirror" as she applies thin layers of foundation and lipstick by hand and copious amounts of eye makeup via prestidigitation.
Fuku: Black Violet and White. [Not Yet Used]
She wears black leather boots with Violet Tubing that come up to her thighs.
Her bodice is black with white detailing that does down to a black belt with Violet tubing, small white gems and a large Charoite gem where a buckle might be.
Underneath the thick belt is the hints of a skirt so short, its more decorative then functions as you can see black shorts underneath.
On her chest and back are the customary bows in Plum and black respectively.
Her gloves are black and lack fingers or tubing, and instead are frayed.
She wears no tiara, instead a heart shaped piece of Charoite sits on her forehead like magic.
Her shoulders bear layered pauldrons of black and plum.
