So I was watching the Yogscast when my monitor and TV screen started flickering like crazy. Turning on and off like power was being disrupted to them. You know, like when on Star Trek they're under attack and the consoles all blow up.
However, my computer and clocks eren't affected.
Then shortly after my internet died for a bit and there was a rumble.
Nah, not an earthquake. Just them outside drilling holes for the subway extension.
Ask my mom if the TV out there was flickering, she said the lights where. So I was like, yea, mine too. My TV was flickering. Since my TV and monitor are my only sources of light for like a year and a half in my room. The room's lightbulb is cracked from the base and it's too much trouble to have it removed. Besides, I like the dark.
Although, I do have two old lava lamps in my room hidden... Too bad the older of the two is probably not safe to use since the switch on it is broken and sparks and all. Not sure if the other one had a problem with it though.
