I'd like to see...
Yuka
Byakuren (she'd probably play similar to Meiling, and I'd love to hear a remix of her theme)
Kanako (We have Sanae and Suwako already, so she's only the next logical step. And again, I wanna hear her theme)

Definitely Byakuren. There's actually a really, really good MUGEN make of her out there, so it's definitely no stretch: Youtube link!I'd also love to see Kaguya and/or Mokou, as they were near-misses for SWR. IN needs more love! Lastly, somewhat out of left field... Rin heart

Nitori and Wriggle. Obvious since they were already supposed to appear in Hisoutensoku.
Also, Nue, Miko, Byakuren, Yoshika, and Ichirin. Any of those would make me happy. xd

Hmm, that's a good-looking Byakuren. Makes me wish I still had my MUGEN game. (Sadly, I lost it in my last computer's crash crying )
Mokou would be fun to play, too - in Mystical Chain, she had a really awesome flaming kick xD I would love to see that!
Two more for my list:
Murasa. Throw freakin ANCHORS of AWESOMENESS everywhere xD
...And Parsee. "Green-Eyed Monster" and Green-Eyed Invisible Monster" would be fun homing attacks to use, and if it were up to me, I'd go the way of some fan art and have her use nails as a weapon. Muahahahahaha! mrgreen

I want Byakuren, Sikieiki (who would probably be a projectile fighter) , and Satori, she would be like Olcadan from Soul Calibur, so she is pretty much another "random" character.

I'd mostly like to see Flandre and Mokou, even if they were considered "too powerful". They're my top favourite characters.
Apart from those two, there are a few more in my list: Koakuma, Momiji, the Prismriver sisters (Played separately) Ran and Eirin.

Been thinkin' about it a lot recently, but I think Satori and Koishi would make for some interesting play styles.
Satori would rely solely on a mix up of other character's Spell Cards, with only her base attacks and the last couple/most powerful Spell Cards truly being her own. (Did she really just splash Suwako's bubbles while simultaneously firing off Yuyuko's butterflies? Yes, yes she did, and it was awesome.)
Koishi, I'd imagine would play similar to Reisen, what with the feints and invisibility, only her attacks would be more melee-focused...with Claws. mrgreen And lots of exploding hearts, just for shits and giggles.

And Rinnosuke in Fundoshi as a secret character like Meiling was in IaMP, now that would be the best secret ever xD
