Now seeing as Mortal Kombat has essentially run out of original storylines as evidence from their last game, I propose they continue the crossover games. I know they're short, but at least they give us the dream match ups that us snarling rabid fans crave.

Now I know the obvious choice is to have Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter, but really when it comes right down to it, the only thing I'd like to see there is Liu Kang vs. Ryuu and Johnny Cage vs. Ken

So I propose...MORTAL KOMBAT VS. THE X-MEN!

THINK OF THE FATALITIES PEOPLE!

Now I know everyone wants to see Marvel vs. DC, but come on guys...Superman. I mean unless Ironman is packing Kryptonite in his Swiss Army Suit, or Wolverine is especially badass on that given day, Superman is going to win. Not that I wouldn't like to see Quicksilver vs. Flash or Deadpool vs. Deathstroke (cuz come on...awesome...) but seriously? We all know Superman would be like John Cena (That's right. Superman aspires to be Cena now) and it would be no fun.

My idea? WAY MOAR BETTAR!

On a side note, I thought the last Mortal Kombat game was really good. But anyways.

I like the X-Men idea, sounds pretty awesome.

I remember some time ago (I think it was on a Mortal Kombat fatality parody of some kind) seeing The Rock and Shao Kahn have a promo face-off, that was pretty cool. But a WWE game vs MK would suck.

What about MK vs Soul Calibur?

Neither was the DC Universe, but hey. I guess that game did suck (apparently). Personally I think SCV is gonna be complete bullshit, I haven't heard a single thing about it so far that's made me want to play it, and I'm probably going to dislike most of the new characters purely because I liked the old ones so much. But hey...

Tekken vs MK? MK vs Dead Or Alive? MK vs Darkstalkers? sweatdrop Yeah I got nothing.

MK vs DOA: EBV. Just imagine it dude, Generic Bikini Whore #1 vs Sub Zero. After getting frozen in sexy poses which depletes Sub Zero's health, Bikini Whore spikes a volleyball so hard that it makes Sub's groin explode, followed by a casual hit with her boobs which knocks off his head. She then walks over and winks at the camera as "FATALITY" appears on the screen.

Shao Kahn: "THAT... WAS PATHETIC!"

EDIT: Or hey, even better yet, MK vs Xtreme Beach Volleyball which consists of Shao Kahn entering Earth Realm on the beach and him and his posse (read: the bad guys) beating the crap out of everyone.

Also, I heard they were going to bring back Darkstalkers. Can't remember where, or if it's true.

Mortal Kombat vs Killer Instinct

Just because I play a Marvel character, doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy dipping my hands into other fighting games. Remember Virtual Fighter? Killer Instinct? Primal Rage? Now I’ve noticed that Killer Instinct and Mortal Kombat have a lot of similarities, with a significant amount of differences that make both series special. I think the cast of both games can mesh well together, so I realized that MK x KI needs to happen sometime in the future. We get Street Fighter x Tekken, why not Mortal Kombat vs Killer Instinct? Can you see the potential in not only a new MK game vs series BUT a current gen of Killer Instinct? Now before you get your panties in a loop with the whole DC vs MK debate, consider that they wanted to make it a PG 13 game, and not totally brutalize DC’s heroes. Killer Instinct however actually improve upon that considering if anyone remembers it was standard fighting game, but it was more mature character wise. As it had ‘No Mercy’ moves, similar to fatalities. Can you imagine Fulgore vs any of the robots (Robot Smoke, Cyrax, Sector, etc), Glacius vs Sub Zero, Cinder vs Scorpion, Orchid vs Sonya or Jade? A boss which melds Eyedol and Shao Khan? (no ******** that) Call me crazy, but given some of the combos in MK9, I’d love to see the look on people’s face when you hear the c-c-c-c-COMBO BREAKER being yelled and instantly take charge of the fight.
Also Supreme Victory being yelled for KI characters or Flawless Victory for MK characters.

Also considering BOTH games were made by Midway, it’s not that hard to do considering that Midway was bought by Warner Bros.
