 His eyes darted around as he glanced about. A yawn escaped him as he stood and stretched out from the nap he'd been taking. Napping was one of his favorite things to do and while it made some think him lazy, he really wasn't. in fact.. his problem was some times too much energy being spent within the first half of the day. His wings stretched out and gave a downward flap before folding once again against him. It was growing colder.. and his wings lacked the nice warm fur that'd bulk up to keep him warmer... such was the down side of having fleshy membranes for wings than feathers.

Chouko was merely walking by talking a walk when the green glow of a demonic noodles wings caught her eye. She walked over and stared at him. They were so shiny. "Where did you get those?" She kept staring at his wings and eyes. It's so pretty.... After a moment it occurred to her that she was being rude. "Sorry, my name is Chouko, what's yours?" She smiled up at him her tail swishing from side to side.

Hex blinked a bit, the glow of his eyes hiding behind his eyelids for a moment. "Hmm? Oh you mean my wings? I guess I got them from my parents... All my siblings have traits from them you see.." He chuckled lightly. "Pleasure meeting you, I'm Hex, Hex Pardus."

Chouko nodded and stepped closer to look at the wings. "Nice to meet you, Hex. I have wings, kind of anyway, they are on my eyes." She backed away and smiled at him. "Your eyes and wings are interesting since they glow. I've never seen that before. So what were you doing before I came by?"

He chuckled lightly. "I see.. I'm not sure just how unique my wings and eyes are to be honest.." He smiled. "Oh.. Nothing really.. just waking up from an nap.. and trying to keep my wings warm.. "

Chouko looked at him and blushed slightly. "I... uhh.... I like shiny things..." She couldn't believe how embarrassed she was. She didn't even know what to say to him anymore.

"What kinds of shiny things?" His head tilted off to the side slightly, ears perked. "Like metals and glitter?"

At the mention of her treasures she perked and smiled up at him. She had forgotten her embarrassment at this point. "Yep.. metals and jewelry stuff like that. I have a bit hidden away. It's just really pretty. What's your hobby, Hex?"

He shrugged some. "Guess you could say naps.. I certainly have enough daily." He chuckled some. "Otherwise.. I don't have have any hobbies..."

"Naps are good... well what are things you like? Besides napping." She sat down as she looked at him. She liked to have company.

He gave a small smirk. "I like playing tricks... setting small traps for others to trigger. Although nothing really harmful.. just harmless pranks."

She laughed as she looked at him. "That sounds like a hobby to me. Now these pranks... what do you mean by harmless? Do you mean like dumping water on peoples heads or... something more complicated?"

He chucked and thought a moment the best way to describe his pranks. "I guess you could say.. that it's mostly dumping water on their heads.. covering up mud holes so they in inadvertently step in and get muddy.. you know.. harmless.."

He shrugged some. "It's not like I prank total strangers.. mostly just those I know.. and if they can't take a good teasing then well... maybe they shouldn't be my friend? Besides.. It's not like I'm constantly pranking them... it'd get too old real fast... just an occasional prank here and there suits it. long spans between one to the next."
