- Kami-e (紙絵, Paper Drawing?) makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper. In the Viz Manga, this is called Paper Art.

- Kami-e "Slime" (紙絵 『軟泥」, Paper Drawing: "Slime"?): Instead of the body becoming limp like paper, it stretches and moves in ways slime or sludge would move in order to avoid attacks.
- Geppou (月歩, Moon Step?) allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. No CP9 member has yet shown any variations of the technique, with the exception of Lucci's Kamisori and Fukurou's one legged Geppou (which in theory, other Geppou users may have the capability to do). It has once been used aggressively by Lucci, performing a suplex-styled move while Luffy clung onto his back. The impact left a rather large crater in the floor. While the technique itself affords several advantages in both in and out of battle for the user, it has but one major weakness: since its usage depends heavily on the user's legs, restraining or pinning down any major parts of their lower body can significantly disrupt Geppou. This was seen during Fukurou's fight with Franky, where the latter managed to grab on to one of the CP9's legs, noticeably affecting the technique. However, it should noted Lucci has been seen kicking off the air with one leg at a time rather like hopping and keeping himself afloat.

- Rankyaku (嵐脚, Storm Leg?) is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users starts by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.

- Rankyaku "Gaichou" (嵐脚 『凱鳥」, Storm Leg: "Victorious Bird"?): Creates a large Rankyaku in the shape of a bird, but instead of using your legs, uses hands. This Rankyaku has a much wider range, greater attack power, and is capable of cleaving steel - something not witnessed from other variations. The cut also seems more focused, instead of flickering and jagged like a normal Rankyaku. The "Gaichou" can also mean "Injurious Bird".
- Rankyaku "Sen" (嵐脚 『線」, Storm Leg: "Line"?): The air is blasted straight ahead in a line towards the opponent like a bullet, instead of in a curve as witnessed in the normal version.
- Rankyaku "Hakurai" (嵐脚 『白雷」, Storm Leg: "White Lightning"?): A much more powerful form of Rankyaku that is used by using both legs, it appears to cut the air in a larger area.
- Rankyaku "Ran" (嵐脚 『乱」, Storm Leg: "Confusion"?): After using Geppou to launch yourself into the air, stabs your swords into the ceiling to stay in the air, then launches multiple Rankyakus with both legs. Each cut is smaller than a normal Rankyaku.
- Rankyaku "Shuriken" (嵐脚 『手裏剣」, Storm Leg: Shuriken?): Fires multiple Rankyaku blades in the shape of shuriken.
- Rankyaku "Korou" (嵐脚 『孤狼」, Storm Leg: "Lone Wolf"?): In this attack, the Rankyaku-cut skips across the ground, bouncing in curves towards the opponent.
- Rankyaku "Lupus Four" (嵐脚 『群狼連星」, Storm Leg: "Four Wolves"?): In this attack, shoots four Rankyaku cuts, each in the shape of a wolf, straight at the opponent. Because of their unusual shapes, these Rankyaku seem to explode upon contact rather than cutting, much like compressed air bullets rather than blades.
- Rankyaku "Renge" (嵐脚 『蓮華」, Storm Leg: "Lotus Blossom"?): In this attack, Rankyaku is performed with both legs instead of one, causing multiple cuts on either side of the opponent. The cuts at first appear small and then "blossom" into larger ones, perhaps explaining the name.
- Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun?) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. A sharper point is added to this technique when Lucci and Jyabura morph into their half-beast forms, enabling the use of their claws to fire the Shigan like an actual modern bullet. So far, it seems each CP9 member has their own version of Shigan, aside from Blueno, Nero, and Spandam, the latter two not even knowing how to use the technique. The Shigan's shape is derived from the shape of the finger, hence the hit of Shigan will have more of an impact on Luffy's rubber body (which normally reflects bullets) as it is sharper than the round bullet and resembles more modern bullets.

- Shigan "Ouren" (指銃 『黄蓮」, Finger Gun: "Yellow Lotus"?): This attack is simply a rapid-fire version of the normal Shigan technique that hits the enemy multiple times.
- Tobu Shigan "Bachi" (飛ぶ指銃 『撥」, Flying Finger Gun: "Plectrum"?): A projectile version of Shigan that fires sharp air bullets from the fingers, similar to "Rankyaku". Unlike other versions, this type of Shigan is launched by flicking instead of jabbing.
- Tobu Shigan "Mitsubachi" (飛ぶ指銃 『三撥」, Flying Finger Gun: "Three Plectrum"?): Same as above, except launches it three times in three rows.
- Tobu Shigan "Hibachi" (飛ぶ指銃 『火撥」, Flying Finger Gun: "Fire Plectrum"?): Same as Tobu Shigan: Bachi, except that it ignites the victim upon impact.
- Juushigan (十指銃, Ten Finger Guns?): In this attack, puts both of your hands together and performs Shigan with all ten of his fingers at once, greatly damaging the opponent.
- Gekkou Juushigan (月光十指銃, Moonlight Ten Finger Guns?): A combination of Juushigan and Geppou. After using Geppou to get yourself into the air and subsequently avoid your foe's attack, you finally use it to launch yourself towards your airborne target in a vertical drop. The added momentum and the vulnerable target makes the following Juushigan more effective, and harder to avoid.
- Jugon (獣厳, Stern Beast?): This is a very strong punch which is done at the same speed as Shigan, making it even more powerful.
- Jugon Ougi: "Fukuro Dataki" (獣厳奥義 『梟叩き」, Stern Beast Secret Attack: "Owl Strike"?): A rapid-fire version of Jugon, in which Fukurou unleashes a flurry of punches at the enemy while using Soru to move around him, in order to strike from all directions.
- Shinaru Shigan "Whip" (しなる指銃 『鞭」, Bending Finger Gun: "Whip"?): In this attack, pulls back your arm as if to use a normal Shigan attack, then whips your arm out at the opponent at high speed, causing your arm to appear as if it is bending like a whip would, and hits the enemy with her finger. The whip aspect of this variation results in the added effect of the target being thrown forcibly backwards.
- Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye. Luffy has also learned from this move and was able to use it in his fights against Blueno, Lucci, and Mihawk, though Luffy's own version (via Gear Second) is more powerful and swifter. Coby was seen being able to use this move during his friendly fight with Luffy after the Enies Lobby arc. As Nero lacked the complete training, his Soru is actually more of a swift run instead of disappearing speed seen from other Soru users.

- Kamisori (剃刀, Razor?): A combination of Geppou and Soru, where you use Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movement in 3 dimensions.
- Soru "Tekkai Dama"] (剃 『鉄塊玉」, Shave: "Iron Mass Ball"?): In this attack, spins your body at great speeds towards your opponent using Soru, then uses Tekkai to harden.
- Chou Sokuten Tekkai Dama (超側転 鉄塊玉, Rapid-Spinning: Iron Mass Ball?): A variation on the above technique wherein you combine your usual Tekkai Dama movements with Geppou to use it in midair.
- Tekkai (鉄塊, Iron Mass?) hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces such as Luffy's various Gears, Roronoa Zoro's Shishi Sonson and Sanji's Diable Jambe. When Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move, with the exception of Jyabura's Tekkai Kenpou. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces with his use of Tekkai. Furthermore, despite the increased physical density that one gains when activating this move, one should remember that the user's body is still flesh and blood. Thus, its resistance to other than solid attacks remain pretty much the same, making the user as vulnerable as ever to certain attacks. An example was during Sanji's fight with Jyabura where he used the burning force of friction to incinerate through the latter's Tekkai or when Franky used his actual iron fist to break Fukurou's Tekkai. As such, even masters of Tekkai are far from indestructible. However, for Rob Lucci, he seemed to be able to resist even cannonball flames at 13 years old.

- Tekkai "Utsugi" (鉄塊 『空木」, Iron Mass: "Deutzia"?): This form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter, where the purpose isn't to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body.
- Tekkai Kenpou (鉄塊拳法, Iron Mass Style?): Using Tekkai Kenpou, is able to move while using Tekkai. Tekkai Kenpou is also an entire fighting style, with various techniques of its own.
- Tekkai Kenpou "Ookami Hajiki" (鉄塊拳法 『狼弾」, Iron Mass Style: "Wolf Bullet"?): After hardening hands with Tekkai, punches his opponent.
- Tekkai Kenpou "Rouba no Kamae" (鉄塊拳法 『狼芭の構え」, Iron Mass Style: "Wolf-Banana Stance"?): A form of Tekkai Kenpou, in which combine Tekkai with Soru in order to move at extreme speeds.
- Roukaru Area Network (狼狩エリア・ネットワーク, Wolf-Hunt Area Network?): While moving at high speed, slashes at your opponent with both hands. Because of his high speed, it appears as if you are attacking with multiple hands.
- Tekkai Kenpou "Don Pou Rou" (鉄塊拳法 『重歩狼」, Iron Mass Style: "Important Wolf Step"?): A punch to the opponent's stomach with Tekkai in use.
- Tekkai Kenpou "Maten Rou" (鉄塊拳法 『魔天狼」, Iron Mass Style: "Devil-Heaven Wolf"?): Flips onto hands, then kicks your opponent up into the air.
- Tekkai "Rin" (鉄塊 『輪」, Iron Mass: "Wheel"?): Uses Tekkai and kicks one leg into the ground and starts rotating legs at a fast speed, causing your legs to simultaneously slam into the ground on a set path toward your opponent. It also seems to incorporate Rankyaku, as the legs leave blue traces in the air like a normal Rankyaku shockwave.
- Tekkai "Sai" (鉄塊 『砕」, Iron Mass: "Smash"?): After using Tekkai to harden your body, then use Geppou to project yourself towards your opponent, smashing them.
- Tekkai "Gou" (鉄塊 『剛」, Iron Mass: "Strength"?): Visually, the move differs from the ordinary Tekkai in that the user visually tenses his body even further while standing still; the ordinary Tekkai could be activated seamlessly.

Background Information
Growing up in the slums of a large village in the South Blue, Leo was forced to learn how to survive on his own. He constantly had to fight away and protect himself from countless muggers, gangsters, and even pirates at a young age which was the stepping stone to his combat skills. His parents died when he was six causing him to have to raise his three year old brother. Growing up together, they learned to break any laws necessary for survival. After a few years, they became known as the devil brothers never losing a fight when together.
One day when walking on his own at 17, Leo spotted a suspicious looking man in a robe walking carefully around the corner. The young man instantly recognized that the man had a valuable possession that he was trying to hide. He followed the man into a long alley and sprung into a sprint tackling the mysterious robed male. They both fought for several minutes viciously but Leo prevailed standing over the bloody leftovers of what used to be a pirate. Looking through the bag the pirate was holding, all he found was a strange looking fruit that was covered in cloth. Sensing the specialness of the fruit, he carefully heading toward what he called a home making sure not to be noticed by anyone.
Arriving home, Leo was shocked to see the dead body of his brother in the middle of the room with a gang flag posted on the wall with the words "A Devil Has Fallen." With the exhaustion from the fight, the shock of the dead of his brother, and hunger from the little food he had, he lost consciousness falling to the ground hugging the fruit in his arms next to his brother. Waking up from what felt like days later, the fruit was surprisingly still in his hands and his brother's body still remained on the floor. It was late then with the only source of light coming from the moon. Experiencing death all of his life, no tears fell from Leo's eyes when he wrapped the body in the single blanket they both shared. He carried the body and buried it in the their secret training area in the forest. Knowing that he would die if he didn't eat soon, he tore through the fruit like an animal devouring the whole thing in a few seconds.
Weeks later Leo discovered his new extraordinary powers of lightning and trained himself secretly until he felt powerful enough to venture the world and leave the village and his memories behind. He set sail alone at the age of 21 and lived on a pirate ship still hiding his devil fruit powers. There, he learned everything about devil fruits and the way of pirate life working as the deckhand on the ship. Once he was ready, he destroyed the ship and the crew mates leaving them behind as a pile of ash. This confirmed that he was powerful enough to lead a crew of his own. A few months after killing his old crew, he met up with an old friend Lucas N. Bluestone.Meeting together, they formed a crew and were known as the Black Demon Brothers of the Grand Line. For a purpose only the two know of, they separated and Leo was alone again. Now, he is known as The Devil's Storm and is leading the King Pirates.

* Haki-Color of Armament: allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves, this allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Only significant physical force can overcome this defense. Naturally this invisible armor can be used as a weapon to strike others with. It can be used to augment the user's own attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. Background Information
Sky grew up in the south blue with his mother and father, his father used to be a member of the White beard pirates and would tell him about the battles he was in and of course Capitans father would teach him how to weapons from time to time when he was little, he was one of the best fighters in the crew. Sky always loved the stories about his fathers adventurers as pirate and would go through maps to see the places he had been.
On one stormy night,His family was attacked and killed by giant pirates that had a grudge against his father. Left in this world, he grabbed fathers weapons and ran into town. he was a street urchin for a long time, Sky would steal from shops and travelers to survive until day he mistakenly stole a devil fruit. For long time gangsters had kept picking on him and beating him up for the fun of it,they even stole his fathers weapons from him. one One when they here doing this Sky went into a fit of rage and without any idea how he had done,(he didn't know much about devil fruits but that people who eat them sink in water.)Sky had almost beaten them all to death. he looked at what he could do know and disided to become a pirate, he had heard of the pirate White beard from his father and had made up his mind of finding him and becoming a part of his crew. he grabbed his things and disappeared in to the jungle to train how to fight and survive alone, he wasn't seen for years. During his training, sky learned to fight multiple targets, to one on one fighting. he trained to use throwing weapons and shoot his guns with great accuracy. Sky would punch, kick, elbow, knee, and head butt the iron wood trees that grew in the forest every day till he would bleed. Over time he was able to crack the wood and then split it like it was nothing, he had toughened his body to be as hard as the trees and made his close combat skills even more powerful from it.
After the years of training he became a fighter with deadly skills, he had learned to use his new found powers and became proficient with throwing weapons in his training. he the began looking for the white beard pirates with dreams of being one of the greatest pirates the world has ever seen. he still has a deep hatred for giants. When he found that the White beard pirates had died he didn't care, he would just find another crew to join.
Sky still has a grudge against giants but stays passive most of the time. Sky still haves dreams of being a legendary pirate.

He then closes his hand making the darkness close around the target and gravity crush it to almost nothing. Background Information
Eco was born into being a slave of nobels, his parents where killed in frount of his eyes at a young age which made him a grim person of a sort. He was made to play with the children and help them with whatever they needed, secretly the cildren acually would teach him to read and write so he could read their stories to them when they dident feel like reading. Eco began to read the vast library in the house he was living in and learned about all sorts of things, he began to crave freedom and more knowledge to the point when he was 13 he ran away.
The familly put a bounty for his return soon afterwords, he was taken back many times before they had him shiped off to impel down (its still a wounder who they dident kill him). he was put in Level Two: Wild Beast Hell for the fact that he went against the nobels wishes, he became a long time resedint of the prison for some years to come. Over time, he ended up being able to outsmart the beasts and survive the tourture, he would be moved to other levels when he dident crack from the horrors.
One day, when he was 18, Eco was able to get out in supplies going to a leaving navy ship. When stowed away on the ship, he found a devil fruit the captain was saving for navy H.Q, it was the dark-dark fruit, Eco remebered a picture of it from one of the books he read and instentlly ate it without any more thought, he took advantage of the powers when they landed, going far away from the ship. Eco swore to take down the world government on that day and trained to use his powers and his vast knowledge. Four years later, he came into the world as a feared pirate with a large bounty on his head for escaping impel down, he know plans to bring judgment to thouse that made his life hell.

Personality: Zara is a kind and caring girl. Always trying to help those in need when she can. It's hard however because Zara knows she can't heal them all. It's almost as if she plays the role of god, choosing who lives and who died. Zara however doesn't like this burden so when she runs into a sick town she leaves without doing anything. A kind soul who tries to help out all she can. Not wishing to be taken advantage of Zara keeps to herself and doesn't revel her devil fruit powers unless necessary. She tires to be happy go lucky and brighten the day of those around her.

Background Information
Raised in the North blue, Zara is unknown all together. Rumored to be raised from a wealthy family. Zara has been traveling the ocean blue in search of a place she belongs. Not shamed of her past, Zara is willing to answer if asked but due to her stunning appearance she isn't asked very often. Background Information Alistor grew up in alabasta with his little sister by his side, at the age of 10, his little sister was kidnapped and held captive by a group of filthy bandit in hopes to get a ransom reward but little did they know Alistor and his little sister were the children of pirates and therefore would not be backed up by the towns people. It was up to Alistor to save his sister after rushing in blades drawn, Alistor rescued his sister due to training his father gave him in his youth. Shortly after the incident Alistor decided to join a pirate crew and sail the seas in search of one peace and there parents so that they may live happily as a family
