in the future we hope to be able to do either of those two by looking in this thread. applicants will be reviewed here. This isn't to say that we wouldn't EVER take on a guest colorist who isn't listed here, however, this makes it nice and convenient. also.... whoever applies in this thread will have had the fun of getting to color a few buns for us.

please note if we start seeing unauthorized buns popping up all over gaia that didn't come from our photobucket.. there'll be BIG TROUBLE.. so don't steal it..
you may use your samples for other hiring threads AS LONG AS you have posted your samples here in this thread.
if at any time we hire you into the shop, we reserve the right to take the buns you make and use them in giveaways. you must understand this upfront. i don't recommend making one you want to keep. if you join the staff, you're allowed to make yourself a freebie up front.
I would love to see at least two samples from each applicant - one bunny with
natural colours/markings, and one with unnatural colours/markings. feel free
to edit your application once it's posted, or do more than two samples.
then, we want you to take the 2 samples you make.. and do a mock breeding.. for that, you'll make 4 bunnies who would be "children" if those 2 bunnies mated. this is important for anyone who wants to do more than guest color and hopes to join our team, since our shop really likes breeding.
edits are optional, but should match the style of the template. please be sure
to colour the lines (and preferably, the shading, too)!
please do not make cosplays -- if you want a cosplay, please follow our shop's system for acquiring them. srsly, if you make a cosplay, you will NOT be hired here ever.. since that will mean that you not only don't read our rules.. but you don't bother to follow them. someone who can't follow our simple rules cannot be allowed to work here ever. since staff need to be examples of upholding desired shop behavior
if you got hired in, what's your expectations?
work load expectations - colour at least five pets a month, with all stages uploaded before giving them out. these can be for a flatsale, freebies for instant giveaways or games, and/or a breeding.
general activity/presence expectations - you should stop into the thread and chat or host games from sometimes, too! and by sometimes, i'd like at least once a week if not more frequently. you be hte person who starts up a new conversation, initiate a game or roleplay. staff members who love their bunnies and contribute to the community are critical and vital to the thriving of any good b/c shop. if you are inactive for more than a month in the shop while active elsewhere; you may be let go, with or without notice.
so what do you get?
colourists get 80% of flatsales, breedings, customs, and raffles; and 100% of
bribes and auctions. the 20% taken out is used to pay the managers and certists!
