 Hikaru was stalking the fireflies. There were a small group of them. With his net carefully placed in his mouth, he bolted toward them, swopping them into the net. Once he was sure there was enough in there he tied the bag up so they would be safe. Than he grabbed another net and was ready for action.
Other members of the pride didn't seem to understand why Hikaru was so dedicated to his job, frankly neither did Hikaru. Some sad that in a previous life Hikaru was a firefly, though he always denies it. He just tells everyone it is the best job in the pride. Other job keep you locked up inside the tunnels all day. Being a kamata lets him roam freely.
As he ran, he saw a nice little pond. He decided that he should probably get a drink before he gets too tired. If he fainted again the other kamata's would have to find him in the grass and he did not want to have that happen again. The cool water refreshed his throat and he was set to head out again.

Tsu was panting heavily with each step he took more blood pumped out from the large wounds on his sides and legs. He had gotten attacked when his guard had been down. He had found a small little nest like bed under a tree that had its roots above ground.
He was attacked by a group of leopards he thought it was odd for them to ban together but he pushed it from his mind. His body had been to tired to fight them off. He had been pushing his body to the limit to see just how much he could push it and it had been his down fall.
He nose caught the scent of another feline but it was leopard so he thought he would be find surely. He moved closer to the water but as soon as he got it in his sights he passed out falling to the ground with a loud thud.

Hikaru heard a thud and twirled around to see what it was, dropping his net full of fireflies. What a disgrace catcher he was, he thought angrily at himself. He had just waisted all his precious time hunting and now it was wasted. Upset, he picked up his net. Before he started to hunt again he decided to see what the noise was.
He wasn't expecting to see a lion on the ground. He almost looked like he expired, like a firefly that wasn't lite. Quickly he made his way to the lion. "Are you okay? Oh gosh please be a live. I don't know what to do if you are expired. I might get blamed! What if they think I did this to you?" He said quickly, blurting out everything that came to his mind.
He walked around the lion as he ranted to see his face. "How are you doing? You look fine, like you're sleeping so I think you are okay. Maybe I should take you to my home, but what if I get in trouble? That wouldn't be good, but neither is letting him expire."

the lion opened his eyes slowly and looked at the very loud ranting cheetah he grunted out a small growl trying to get the feline to shut up and let him sleep. When he heard about the feline saying he would get blamed he left out a huffed sound and rolled his eyes a little. Struggling to get to his feet but he only managed to drag himself to the water and began drinking the water greedily. It was several minutes before the male finally pulled his soaking wet face from the water.
The males stomach growled loudly but he was in no shape to hunt or to ask for hand outs. He looked to the feline once more. He stood slowly getting some little bit of strength he had left. "I will not die because i was foolish." He said his voice seemed to have almost constant growl to it. He took a step closer to the cheetah.
"Do...you know of a place where I might rest?" He asked to tired to search on his own. He pushed down his pride he needed to ignore it for now however much he did want to listen to it he did not want to die.

Hikaru jumped up when the lion spoke. "Oh my gods! You're awake! This is great now I won't be in trouble!" he was so happy he could dance, but he didn't. He knew there was a time to dance and now wasn't the time. "I know! You can rest at the Mazunguko! It is the pride where I am from, but... I'm not aloud to bring anyone in." He thought on it. This lion was hurt and tired and needed sleep. Mazu would be the perfect place for him to rest. No distractions and no loud annoy creatures that wake you up. Perfect place to rest.
"Follow me! I'll take you to Mazunguko, but you will have to be quiet because I'm not alloud to bring guest in, but since it is an emergency I am pretty sure it will be okay, but if it isn't I might get in trouble. I probably won't get in trouble. I am the head catcher, I catch fireflies, and that is a position of power in the pride." He boosted about the rank he made up.
"Oh geeze, we don't have much time to sit and chat. You're hurt. Follow me and I'll take you to the entrence. Just promise you won't tell anyone about the pride. If we had intruders that would be bad." He said as he slowly started to walk to the entrence. It was a ways away, on the side of the mountain.

( Ihope you don't mind snails but I plotted it out where Hikaru took him to one of the guards to watch while he heals up. Though I'm fine with him staying with hikaru a day or two before getting dumped on the guard. I hope this is okay... sweatdrop )
The male looked weakly to the other before struggling to get up. He knew a place he could deal with not talking he rarely talked since most thought he was always angry and about to attack them with his growly deep voice. He followed the binding orange and yellow cheetah to the entrance. He collapsed just inside having to take a small rest before pressing on further. He grunted and stood once more. He needed to get out of sight from the other he didn't want to cause problems for the cheetah.
Once inside the male looked around curiously at the new place. It was different not like he ever expected at all. He turned his attention back onto the great firefly catcher. He wanted to chuckle at the title did they really need that in here? He thought looking around a moment before guess they did it was rather dark. He hoped he hadn't cause to much trouble making the male loose the work he struggled for in catching the fireflies.

(It's totally fine XD)
"Welcome to Mazunguko! Home to any males who need a place to stay. Now this place is a giant maze and even a great firefly catcher like me can get lost. We should be fine if we stick to the main tunnels though. Finger-Cave is largest one and leads to some of the dens. I can take you there and have you rest until I can find someone who is able to watch you." He walked carefully through the mazes. He hated to admit it, but it was confusing to him down here. Unlike the world above there were no open spaces, grass, moonlight. Those were things that helped Hikaru around.
"Here we are Finger-Cave! My den is down here too! Most of the catchers dens are. Maybe once you are feeling better I can show you around a bit. My den is the best around, well except for the King's of course. Though I never actually seen the king's den. I want to though, but he hasn't had a chance to invite me yet. Hes probably waiting for a special occasion." he said as they got closer to the dens.

The male looked to him curiously he talked way to much he thought but he wasn't about to shut him up as long as he didn't talk to loudly he was perfectly fine. He also guessed he should learn a bit about the lands he had stumbled upon.
He looked around he began to get slower in his movements he was growing tired and really needed a rest. He looked over and noticed in the distance a mostly dark lion with some striking light colors amidst the dark colors. He stopped in his tracks his attention captivated by the male. He was no longer paying attention to the cheetah or even notice that he was being left behind.
When the male had wandered off out of his line of sight he blinked and looked around curiously a moment before looking to the cheetah male some way in front of him. He grunted as he began to follow him once more he watched his paws to afraid to look up and see that male again the male that made him completely loose his train of thought.

"And here we are. I'll let you rest here for a little bit while I find someone to take care of you. I would do it personally, but I'm always bust catching those fireflies and don't take this the wrong way, but you would probably hold me back. I would have to keep a close eye on you, make sure you don't go to sleep and never wake up. That would be no good," he showed him the den. "Maybe I can get you a guard. They usually like to protect others. Yea. That's what I'll do. I'll find you a guard to be your knight while you get better. How does that sound my friend?"
He didn't wait to here an answer. He went on his way to find the closest guard and bring him back to where the injured lion was. He wished he could guard the lion, but his duties were highly important. Without him there would be no light and the caves would become completely dark. He couldn't help but shudder at the idea.
Finally he found a guard, a dark colored lion. Hikaru explained what had happened and asked the guard to watch the injured lion. He brought the lion back to the den.
"Here is your guard for now. If you need anything tell him. I might try and come back to do a quick check on you. Get better soon!"

The male was glad to be left alone finally he slumped down onto the cave floor tired. He was enjoying his rest until a grumpy male came to the came and woke him up. He let out a small growl wanting to rest a bit longer. When he opened his eyes he was shocked to see the male he had noticed not that long ago now before him.
He was confused shocked and did dare want to think on the luck he had. He pushed all the thoughts and feelings away finally his attention was garbed by the two. This was the male he would be staying with. He stood slowly and began to follow the other male out. Oh boy was he ever pleased to have someone to baby sit his body language screamed he was so thrilled and over joyed.
Once to the new den the male lead him over to a specific place in the den. The much bigger white male figured out quickly what this spot was for. He laid down curled up and tried to rest. The other male huffed and moved over to his bed not caring to check if he was okay. Though when Tsudai finally feel asleep his guardian stood moved over to make sure he wouldn't die on him during the night before huffing and going back to bed.
