Quiet. The thing the simple colored stallion both loved and, hated about his little stretch of forest. Some days it became lonely but, today Tavshed felt content. The decently sized river that ran through his home is where he know stood knee deep in water; Bau had been left in the shade with his soft cloth saddle. Though no sounds left his lips anyone with eyes would see how pleasing the water felt to the stallion, he had always made it a ritual to bathe. Being nearly all white did have it's downsides..like mud, making him look filthy with just a few little splatters.
Taking a few calming breaths Tavshed moved into the deepest part of the river, where the water covered his back and shoulders fully. The gentle ebb and, flow..the soft brushing of fishes when they became curious and got close to his submerged body. All these things he took in, all these things he let carry him into a dream like state. Bau would be fine on his own..others rarely came into the forest and, hopefully those that did wouldn't think to take the well worn plush. No..for Tavshed all things were right in the world.
