Welcome to the October Meta! Here are a few house rules for EVERYONE, regardless of faction, to follow:

Never ever ever EVER delete your posts! If you make a mistake by rolling the wrong dice, wrong amount of dice, or forget to roll at all... No problem! Just quote your post and reroll with the proper dice. One post deleted results in a warning. The second time a post is deleted you will be kicked from the meta.
Please do NOT create a thread. All RP should be done in a GM-made thread.
Follow the Battle and Fear guides.
Follow all shop rules! If you need a refresher, please view this post.
Remember this isn’t a race -- it’s all about role-play, cooperation, and having fun! Thank you all for hanging around This is Halloween for a year -- here’s to another one! <3
Check in and read threads daily. Even if you've already read them, look to see if anything has been updated in terms of rules or added information! The thread titles will be changed to reflect updates. It is YOUR responsibility as a player to keep up do date on these changes!
Characters may NOT heal between battles unless they are using a pumpkin pill. Certain in-room events have a chance to heal your character, or hurt them further. Explore at your own risk!

MEET THE META GMs:

YOUR BENEVOLENT OVERLORDS Admin:

Marushii: Wrote herself in at the top of the list because she's the one writing this. She has also written just about every other thread for this Meta in addition to creating from scratch all the puzzles seen and used in this meta (with the exception of one puzzle). Maru is the mastermind behind this meta, and as such is supporting all other GMs as needed after doing a bulk of the work.

lizbot: A mystery wrapped in an enigma within the deepest darkest depths of the mysterious abyss located on maps beneath the Here There Be Dragons warning. Sometimes can be seen running around Terraria summoning the Eye of Cthlulhu to stare at you creepily. When not doing that, lizbot can be seen running Groups 7 & 9.

Zoomutt: Has the power to become a small black creature with neon green markings and the ability to form contracts with would-be TiH Staff. Don't look into her eyes. Currently GMing the Hunters and Hunter Group #4 only because no other GMs would touch them. Hunter Group #4 please refrain from forming contracts, this is not that kind of shop thank you.

WHO'S THAT POKEMON? Game Moderators:

Appeal: Notorious for taking the last cookie from the cookie jar when nobody else is looking. Currently GMing Groups 8 and 12.

Chobi_Chocobo: Raced and bred until the result was an S-Rank Gold Chocobo. Currently on the loose, if found please return so we can continue rigging running Gold Saucer races for funds. Currently GMing Groups 14, 18, and Hunter Group #3.

danse-hexe: Once saved the entire universe by forming a contract with That White Creature With Red Eyes That Shall Not Be Named, except her wish resulted in that event never happening and thus nobody knows about it. She instead formed a contract to GM Groups 5 and 13.

demon_pachabel: A jellyfish that can transform into a powered up version known simply as Pachbot. Currently engaged in battling against the dreaded foe known as Homework while GMing Group 15.

Dragain: Is the black sheep of the GM family due to disliking the refined art of Trolling. Despite this, her Professor character Malcolm has raised minipets that delight in this act. Go figure. Anyway, Dragain is GMing Groups 2, 6, and Hunter Group 2.

iStoleYurVamps: Currently on the run from Team Edward after kidnapping Robert Pattinson in order to return him to the labyrinth so that he can reclaim what Discord sole from him. In the meantime, Vamps is GMing Groups 1, 19, and Hunter Group #1.

Roxy_roxanna2: Doubles as Agent Sleuth, a minipet detective! Also is currently making plans to take over Disney then the World in order to ensure that everyday is Disney Day. Currently GMing Groups 4 and 10.

Smerdle: A mysterious, cryptic person who is suspected to be the result of the forbidden unification of Pirate and Ninja, as the Blackmarket clue for this week is quite tricksy. When not making would-be pirates and mafioso flex their brain muscles, she is GMing Group 16.

Sosiqui: Another GM that showed a lot of potential before a fiendishly small white fiend formed a contract with her a week prior to Walpurgisnacht. We aren't sure of the details that happened or whether or not Sosiqui is still under that other contract before forming a contract with us, but we do know that she is currently GMing Groups 3 and 11.

Yinesa: Upholds the belief that all Canadians live in igloos and ride moose to work by living in an igloo situated in the middle of a hockey rink with a maple tree complete with a beaver dam built in its branches, eh. When not using monopoly money just like real money, she is GMing Group 17.

Yeah, you. Right there. During this meta event, keep your eyes out for awesome newbies. What this means is that we need YOUR HELP in order to give away newbie prizes! All we ask is that during the course of the meta, you keep your eyes and ears open for really, really awesome and outstanding players. It could be that every post they make with their Boo cracks you up, or they're RPing their Boo to the maximum. Or even they could be a willing battle participant! How you notice potential players is up to you. All we ask is that you follow these guidelines:

1) You need an enrolled character in order to participate in this.
2) Please keep track of what they do and some of their choice RP posts. You have THREE votes you can use on newbies and TWO votes you can use on non-newbies.
3) Use this form and PM it to me, TRICK OR TREAT RECRUITER at the very END of the meta:

7) Boos may not attempt to bribe for votes or attempt to get people to vote for them. This is a ~PLAYER'S CHOICE~ event; please let your RP skills and OOC actions speak for themselves in whether or not a player should nominate someone.

Newbie winners of this will receive first pick of the end prizes in this event! Non-newbies will be rewarded with rare elite minipets.

The GMs will also have no input or sway in these Nominations. You, the players get to pick the next players to join us in This is Halloween!
