Personalities: DerykWIRED - Deryk is very much the twitchy, fast talking type of guy. He is incredibly excitable and pretty enthusiastic for the most part. Aside from that, he acts like he's on a large amount of caffeine. As a result, this also makes him pretty jumpy and relatively easy to startle.
Can't shutup - Well, not literally. Deryk has a strong tendency to ramble on when speaking. Given how quickly he talks, he may need a smack to the head to two to get him to shut his trap in the meantime. Between this and the previous mentioned trait, he may get on the nerves of his peers fairly easily.
Hyper... focused? - It might not seem too likely, but once Deryk sets a task for himself, he'll generally get right onto that and pour all his energy into it until it's done. It just might be a little difficult to get him started on said task, however.
Technogeek - A little more of a hobby rather than a persona trait, but Deryk is a huge technogeek. Back at home, he was a hacker and enjoyed it quite a bit. He can deal with tech and is really good at it, however this will likely drive him nuts on the island due to how limited things are there. It will be an adjustment for sure.
TooleyIndirect - She rarely ever gives a straight answer when asked a question. This aside, she has a tendency to beat around the bush in general. Rarely will she ever be straightforward. This gets on her hunter's nerves a fair amount.
Carefree - Tooley really doesn't worry about a whole lot over all and she's actually fairly laid back. Are we under attack? Oh don't worry, look there's some cover over there! That being said, she's also quite the optimistic type. The 'don't worry be happy' song could very well be one of her themes. With this, she counteracts some of Deryk's twitchiness.
Absent minded - However, though, she is a bit scatter.. brained. If a weapon could have a brain at least. She has a tendency to forget about this or that, even if they might be important details. These things may or may not come back to her later on.
Exploratory - Tooley generally doesn't like to stick around in one spot for too long. She likes to drift and wander if possible. New things excite her and she enjoys seeping in details of things she hadn't seen before. Being a weapon now, she can't exactly move around on her own. So because of this, she will probably try to poke Deryk to go here or there to see what's going on or what something in particular is.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter? One part is that he's kinda a geek (see his quote below), another is that I can see him kinda wishing he could do a little more with his life. He's not necessarily bored with the way things are but you could say a part of him wants to better society.

Hope you don't think I'm Neo or anything like that... though being able to fly and stuff like that could be cool... Dodging bullets and all that other really awesome stuff. Maybe learn kungfu. Hm. Eh, likelyhood of that happening is not too big but you know what? Sure thing. I'll take the red pill and see how far down this rabbit hole goes."
Weapon Ability Psyblade stab - (Battle Cry) - The hidden blade emits a sort of visible and tangible aura that doubles its size and range (the normal blade is roughly 6 inches long, about a foot with this aura) allowing for a more powerful strike.
