Otto is a grumpy and pessimistic sort. He gets a kick out of pissing people off, bullying anyone submissive and trying to size up anyone bigger than himself. He's a s**t disturber for the most part. On a lax day, he'll come off more stand offish and generally ignore you flat out if he doesn't feel like talking.
Otto is also known for having a flaming temper. In a split second he'll start chucking things at you that happen to be near by; Tables, chairs, anything.
What People Skills?:
He does, however, have a sense of comradeship. If he's in your team, he'll back you up. This doesn't mean you will be free from any kind of sass though.
His sharp tongue stems from having had little to no peers to talk to in his life. He doesn't know how to properly make a friend, and simply interacts on instinct, which is usually something negative.
You're not my real mom!:
Tenya is demanding. Obnoxiously demanding. She'll state her opinion and thoughts at any given time, even when Otto is trying to sleep. Her opinion matters more than anything else.
However, she is moody. She is prone to shutting up completely and saying short or snide comments.
She comes off more like someone who has been kept caged for far too long and his anxious to say all the things as much as she can, while she can do it.
Tenya steps in as the Mama for Otto, trying her best to reign in his sass. Not out of love. No. She does it to piss him off.
A Screw Loose:
Another note concerning the weapon; she sometimes seems to be completely off her rocker. She'll burst out something like she had been thinking the first part and only vocalizing the last half of what she meant. She'll hum loudly in an annoying tone, list off random recipes without notice, and other behaviors that just aren't in any kind of context.

Seems like Jude and him would get along on many levels.
- What are some things Otto likes to do? Like for hobbies that he may or may not be able to find on the island when he awakens.
- Does Tenya have any interests? : D She might not be able to enjoy them anymore but that doesn't mean she can't try to coax Otto... Would she try to coax him?
1- Otto's only source of entertainment back home was basic cable and romping around in the desert. I think since he can't watch TV anymore, he'll be at a bit of a loss, and probably take it out on everyone else. Other than that, I can see him do some light reading.
2- Tenya was a brawler when she wasn't a weapon. She would be Hell bent on getting Otto to move around and pick fights. At the same time though, she nags. She'd be nit picking everything Otto does when she's bored.
So yes, she would coax him into doing random things just because she can't do it on her own.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter? Otto grew increasingly terrified of something from 'the other side' coming to get him. He was also eager to leave his small town and find adventure elsewhere.
