Shopping for their school trip. It was boring. Clothes, more clothes, and seriously, finding fire proof pants? Good in theory, but not that easy to DO. Roch started at the bags he was holding, then looked over at Rikki. "Can we go get the snacks now?" he asked, sounding much like a little kid.
The maul was okay once in a while, but an entire day there? Not so much. There weren't even musicians playing this time, which made it super boring to the punk boil.

Shopping with Roch was like dragging a two year old behind him. Unlike the bright-hair boil, Rikki enjoyed buying clothes and he didn't understand what the big issue was. He muttered as he thrust his new shoes back in their bag and glanced at Roch. "Yeah, yeah. Do you ever think about anything other than food?"
He surveyed the maul and hummed. The closest place for snacks appeared to be a candy place a few stores down. He motioned to Roch and began walking towards it, dodging all the other teenagers trying to shop after school. "Just don't go over board, man. Remember, we've gotta be able to pay for it, and it's probably going to have to fit on a train with us." Not that he didn't think Roch capable of thinning out a snack supply if needed.

"Train sized, right," Roch said, clearly picturing a snack as big as a train. "That might tide me over," he decided as he headed inside. The candy--the candy--ooooh, man, it was so GREAT shopping! He loved the maul! "I LIKE this place," he announced, cheering up instantly. "Dude, check out the size of those suckers!! They're bigger than my head!"
He headed deeper into the store, exclaiming over every snack that was far too huge to actually eat. Unless, y'know, you were him. "I want this!!" he said, appearing with a gigantic chocolate bear with a noose around its neck. The noose looked to be white chocolate. Then he looked at the price tag. "Fifty seeds? For a stupid chocolate bear? Damn!"
That the bear weighed ten pounds was blatantly ignored.

He knew he should have snuck out to do the snack shopping on his own. Rikki sighed and peered at much more manageable candies - gooey bears, spookies, and sour sugars - fingering the few seeds left his his pocket. "Roch, anything bigger than your head can't be real. That thing is hu-..."
He turned to find Roch coming back with a gigantic chocolate bear. "Dude..." Even he had to admit that thing was awesome. "Man, it's not worth the price but that looks delicious. It would probably be cheaper to buy a bunch of chocolate and make our own bear, though." He grabbed a bag of gooey bears from beside him and held them up. "Think portable! We can fit stuff like these in a bag or something."

"Yeah, but..." Roch sighed, looking at the bear sadly. He would have asked Xiu or Junko or someone, but... "Yeah, we need a bag, right? A special snackage bag," he decided as he looked around. "Hopefully they'll have a place we can restock it with wherever we're goin'."
They had some really strange bags over there, he realized, putting the massive chocobear down and crossing over to the wall of bags. "Dude, it's a zombie monkey bag!" he said, holding up a very disturbing looking bag. "You unzip his scull, see?" he showed the other boil, unzipping the scull and pulling it open. "That's... kinda disturbing." But it didn't stop him from shoving his hand into the bag.

"Yeah we probably do. Ruska tore a hole in my other bag." Rikki shrugged. The florejox was far too cute to be mad at, and he hadn't really meant to. It was partially the grim's fault for using it as a play thing with him. He followed Roch over to the wall and peered at all the strange bads hanging from their huge clunky zippers.
"Aw dude that's gross. Don't stick your hand in it!" he stuck his tongue out in disgust. What if there were like, surprise brains in there or something? Ew. He shuffled through various other bags, amused at the variety. There were bags that looked like scythes, bags that changed colors, and he was pretty sure that bag in the top corner just blinked at him. He was elbow deep in backpacks of all sorts when he cackled.
"Roch.... RochRochRochRochRochRochRoch!" He was blabbering like Danny, probably, but he didn't care. He was about to pee himself with excitement.

"It kinda grows on you, though!" Roch said, his hand still in the head of the monkey. "Dude, wha'd you find?" he asked, getting excited as well. He dropped the bag and headed forward, trying to see through the piles of strange bags to what the other reaper had found. "It better be awesome, man!"

Rikki pulled the bag out slowly, revealing a spherical body, a porker nose, two triangle ears, and four conical legs. In short, it was a round, red piggy. It's huge grungy zipper jingled as he shook it a little and grinned at Roch. "Piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig!"
The little pig had enchanted eyes that made it look as if were looking around. At least, Rikki hoped they were just enchanted. Either way, they were jacking cool. Plus, it looked big enough to hold a decent amount of snacks.

Roch stared at it, his eyes growing larger by the second. "Piiiiiiiiiiiiigggg!!!!!" he said, reaching for the piggy. "Dude, this thing ROCKS!!" he said, dropping the zombie monkey, and forgetting it entirely. "How much space does it got?" he asked eagerly.
He could see it, them running around with the pig. The pig was PERFECT! It would set the mood of the entire trip--and more importantly, carry a jackload of snacks!! "Dude, it's lookin' at me!!"

Rikki reached around Roch's hands to unzip the little porker and reveal that, much like it's eyes, it's innards were enchanted to allow about as much room as a standard backpack. "I'd say that's plenty of space." He patted it on the head and zipped back up, way too excited to be healthy. "It even matches our scheme, man. This is fantastic! I think the eyes are enchanted. Like animation magic or something. We could ask Lil."

"We gotta get it," Roch said, nodding. "Absolutely gotta get it. How could we have gone this long without THE PIG?" he asked the other boil, looking stunned. "Our lives were incomplete!!" he said dramatically.
Dude, for serious?
Well... sort of serious. Kinda. Okay, not really, but the pig was so jackin' cool!!

"From now on," Rikki shook the pig for added flair, "we will live our lives to the fullest! For THE PIG will guide the way. All hail THE PIG!" He held it high in the air and dug in his pockets for seeds. "I've got piggy if you've got the snacks. And don't forget the gooey bears. Goooeyyy bears."
The perfect bag? Hell yeah.
Were they probably going to look ridiculous? Hell to the Yes.

"I pulled an hour last night just for this," Roch said, shaking the seeds in his pockets before heading into the candy part of the store. Gooey bars, S&Ms Jelly Screams, this, this, this--
He had to grab a basket before the second row, but he was going to town. He had the basket full to almost overflowing before the third row of candy. "Dude, maybe we should get two pigs!" he called over to Rikki. "We also gotta bring some spare clothes and a couple of first aid boxes, right? Though, do you really need first aid if you're dead?"

Rikki just stared. How was it possible to eat that much? Wah.
"Two pigs? Mmm. Maybe we can find an older reaper to expand the enchantment a bit? Two pigs is twice the price. Why buy what you can get for free, yeah?" Cheap? Rikki? Nawwww. "I hope we don't need first aid or die," he whined. Dying sucked. Or so he heard. He'd never tried it himself.

"Yeah, man, you gotta remember it ain't just me and you, G is on our team, too. Man that guy can EAT," Roch said, sounding impressed. "We're just lucky that grue guy and his brother aren't on our team, too," he added. "Or we can just sneak the rest into our clothes bag for refills!"
