Name: Crispin Alexander Ceineros
Nickname: Crispy. (Please don't call him this, he'll be very embarrassed.)
Age: 19
Birthday: November 7th
Sign: Scorpio
Gemstone: Citrine
Blood Type: O
Fav. Food: Coffee... and if that doesn't count, hole-in-the-wall Americanized Chinese food. Of basically every kind. Nom...
Hated Food: Tea, ew. And if that doesn't count either, sushi. It's hard to be a geek and not like sushi...
School: Destiny City University
Hobbies:
Geekery - Crispin is a giant geek. Huge geek. Self-identified geek. If a hobby is considered to be the province of the geeky and/or nerdy, chances are he's into it and revels in it. Fantasy novels? Check. Anime? Check. Comics? Pretty close to a check; he's gotten kind of annoyed at the industry lately, but hey. Fanfiction? He writes it, but he's too shy to tell you what his nom de plume is. His interests in the geek-o-sphere are a mile wide... though, in most cases, they're an inch deep. Except for two things...
Video Games - Crispin's first great nerdy love. He has a semi-ridiculous console setup in his apartment, and has been known to eat ramen for weeks in order to save up for that next big title. He loves RPGs of all types (including those fused with other genres) and certain FPS titles. JRPGs are a particular favorite of his, and he grew up on older adventure games. If it exists, chances are Crispin either has played it or at least knows about it. He may even have a 100+ hour save of it.
Roleplaying - Crispin's other favorite escapist hobby is simply being someone else. He's in three or four online roleplays, text-based, dice-based, you name it. He tends to always play the same character type, skewing towards Lawful Good with a particular fondness for paladins - but he's a decent writer, and his enthusiasm and activity in his games makes up for his flaws.
Virtues:
Genuine - Crispin is wholehearted, earnest, and eager... and he doesn't hide any of it. He has no sense of guile or mysterious motives; with Crispin, what you see is what you get! Often with no filter, but hey. At least you know he means it.
Honorable - There's a reason why Crispin usually plays paladins. He finds honor and chivalry to be of utmost importance, and tries to put those ancient moral creeds into action in his everyday life. He values being trustworthy, accountable, and forthright.
Sense of Wonder - Crispin never lost that sense of childlike wonder; he earnestly agrees with the Discovery Channel that the world is just awesome. He'll get excited about relatively minor things, and may spot little details that others may miss - like how cool is that plant, dude? Or that shooting star? Holy crap.
Book Smart - Crispin knows a lot, and if he doesn't know, he's willing to do the research and find out! While the knowledge he carries around in his head tends to be an inch deep and a mile wide, mostly relegated to trivia, he is more than ready to dig and get further details if need be. (Also, never play Trivia Pursuit against him.)
Flaws:
Naive - Crispin is an open book. He doesn't hide any of his feelings, and tends to think that everyone is friendly and that nobody would really hurt him. His default approach to others is to trust, and that's not really a good plan in this day and age. He also tends to underestimate just how dangerous a situation really is.
Unadaptable - Crispin relies firmly on rules - and if he has a set of rules, he can game them and make them work for him. But the second something breaks out of his comfort zone? It's panic time! He has a very hard time adjusting to change and can get extremely flaily if a situation 'breaks the rules' and makes him have to think for himself on the fly.
Socially Anxious - Ever heard of the Geek Social Fallacies? Crispin is down with each and every one of them, at core; he can be very nervous in social situation, and cling to fragile 'rules' to maintain his composure.
Obsessive - Crispin's earnest interest can easily flip to become obsessive; sometimes he'll fixate on something and be nigh-impossible to distract. For example, if he gets obsessed with a video game? He won't be happy unless he's playing it, talking about it, etc. So he might talk about it endlessly even while doing other things, thereby annoying everyone. The possibilities are, unfortunately, endless.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Basic reference for everything but clothing!
Eyes: Medium gray and on the large side!
Hair: Ruddy auburn, on the short side, but slightly disordered and just a touch overlong - as if he perpetually needs a haircut. His bangs are almost, but not quite, in his eyes. See reference above for specifics.
Face: Round-faced, Caucasian geek-pale skin (spends more time in front of a computer than outside). No freckles, but he blushes rather easily. Usually has a cheerful expression.
Clothes: Simple but tidy: stonewashed blue jeans (not tight jeans, just average fit), white sneakers (slightly grubby, he wears the same shoes with everything), and a gray DCU sweatshirt that seems a touch too big for his frame. (Boy is SKINNY.) No accessories other than his glasses, which are wire-rimmed and round framed (see reference above).
Knight Title: Parnassus Page
(Mount Parnassus was the seat of the Oracle of Delphi and the Delphic Sibyl ; the Plutonian Mount Parnassus is a gently-sloping, cave-riddled mountain. Within are many beautiful grottos that often contain time-pools.)
Challenge: Your time is running out!
Uniform: I literally have no idea. Match it to his weapon colorwise? XD Something gentlemanly would be fine, more scholarly than warriorish to start with... I basically give you completely free reign! Just make sure he has his glasses in his powered form and we're good. COLORIST'S CHOICE BABY.

Bottoms -- CC

Weapon
-- Page: A small, simple silver-framed hourglass on a length of silver chain - the hourglass is about the size of a coffee mug, easily held in one hand. It counts about ten minutes of time. The sand inside is the same glowing blue as the time pools of Pluto.
------ Page Ability - Rubbish Flava Flav Impression: No magic, silly!
-- Squire: A medium-sized hourglass on a length of silver chain - the hourglass is about the size of a large coffee drink (height/girth-wise), but it can still be held in one hand if you're careful. It has the same basic physical features as before, it's just bigger and a bit fancier! It now counts thirty minutes of time.
------ Squire Ability - Sands of Time, Fast-Forward!: Parnassus inverts the hourglass while channeling power through it; the sands within begin flowing through much faster than they otherwise would. He can then focus this power on any one ally, permitting them to move twice as fast as they otherwise would. If the ally uses an attack with a charge time while under this ability's influence, that charge time is halved. The effect lasts 30 seconds provided Parnassus maintains his focus. (Think of it like Final Fantasy-style Haste.)
-- Knight: A large hourglass (6in diameter/1.5 feet tall) that can be attached to a belt made of multiple silver chains. Again, the basic physical features remain the same, but it is now large enough that it must be held in both hands! It has also become still more elaborate and beautiful, and it now counts a full hour of time.
------ Knight Ability - Sands of Time, Rewind!: Parnassus shakes the hourglass while channeling power through it; the sands within begin flowing backwards. He must focus/charge this ability for 15 seconds before it activates, and if his focus is interrupted the ability will fail. After 15 seconds, Parnassus may select a single ally and 'rewind' damage dealt to them within the past minute (in OOC terms, a post just prior to Parnassus' activating this ability). The damage is cleared from them as if it had never been.
The number of times Parnassus can do this depends on the severity of the damage. Reversing severe damage drains his entire mana pool. Moderate damage can be reversed twice; minor damage can be reversed three times. His Squire ability is still accessible at this stage, though it does not gain any additional power; it uses one-third of Parnassus' Knight-level mana pool to activate. Parnassus can divvy up his mana however he chooses throughout the battle - but once it's gone, it's gone!
(Think like... sort of the Sands of Time in the Prince of Persia games, though it does not literally rewind time, just clears damage from the target ally. It's a fancy heal, basically.)
