This hate has GOT to stop.. It is totally unnecessary, and cruel. The bullies of Jamey Rodemeyer are now targeting his sister and family. At a recent school dance, they chanted outside the school "jamey deserved to die" "we're glad he's gone" etc.. Please join this event on facebook, and e-mail the school. Do what you can to help. you should put some of the blame on their a*****e parents. they teach s**t like intolerance to children and children then think it's okay to harm those who are different from them.

I agree with the whole parent's thing. It's a never ending chain of prejudice and hate passed down from generation to generation. Just the other day I saw pictures of little smiling children with "god hates fags" shirts on. It made me sick to think that our society has such hatred in it.

Forgive my cynicism, but if the kid's suicide didn't change the bullies' behaviour, I kind of doubt that joining a Facebook group is going to do a whole hell of a lot, either. It's preaching to the choir. Animeissuperawesome I'm young too and I want to kill those bullies! Yes. Killing them would totally solve the problem.

He said the same thing. To a certain degree, I have to agree with you.. But imagine if nobody did anything about this. if nobody paid it any attention. And now, we have thousands of people joining this event, and emailing the school. It shows not only Jamey's parents, but the whole lgbt community and the world that we care! And that we will fight for our rights, and stick up for those who don't have a voice. <3
