Concept Reference: Here! 8D
Uniform:
Main Colour: #240332 - superdark purple
Secondary Colour: #00FFFF - Cyan

Jacket-Coat -- Stupidly Long-sleeved jacket (Sleeve Ref), short military/side fastened body jacket fastened with little wires please. Gears/Wires sleeve tips should be secondary. High/Military collar. Single large gear marking on shoulder (Secondary). When he goes up stages, adding cat-claws to the end of the sleeves would be really cool, or expanding the robotics motif.
Top Formal Shirt, Pinstripes. Gear buttons?
Bottoms -- Basic formal slacks, tucked into his boots.
Shoes -- Black Boots, with a few cyan wires at the top like a tie.
Accesories Glasses. ouo-b Little square ones.

Weapon

Lieutenant

A stuffed toy - specifically a cat, big, black and fluffy with little cyan eyes and white plastic claws. Kail is not going to do much...if...any...damage with this. The most he can do is whack someone with it to create a distraction- and all that's likely to do is open him up for an attack himself. It's a pretty big and hefty stuffed toy though.....so maybe if he swung it REALLY hard?

Captain

That poor stuffed toy! Where's it's body gone? The arms of the stuffed toy are now strapped to Kail's sleeves, and the claws have become stronger, it looks like.

*At this level, the claws are mostly-blunt plastic - scrapes or scratches at the very best, but bruising is much more likely. Never any blood unless he attacked a pre-existing wound.

General

That fur looks...different. Stronger. Almost...reflective? It seems to have hardened - like a guard. At those claws are looking kind of menacing.

*At this level, the claws are sharp plastic. Scrapes and scratches are very likely, and if he gets in a particularly good shot it might draw blood - but it would never cause anything past a scraping/dragging cut.

*The fur along the arms has hardened a little, allowing him to use it as a guard - it's about the rigidity of thin aliminium - enough to deflect a blow, but taking one straight on would render it useless.

Hey Tanu! Congrats on landing Lizzy's upgrade slot! 8D

I'm not really in a place to crit Negaverse people, but I must say his weapons sound very interesting. I saw the note on his Captain stage and I thought I could perhaps help with a visual sorta-ref? The way it's described reminds me of some of Meng Huo's weapons in Dynasty Warriors (when he's not using a pillar or an animal head, haha). I apologize that he's such a scary man. :C

Hi, sorry for the long wait on your crit!

Just three main things to address with the weapon concept:

1. Nega weapons cannot grant a permanent stat boost to the user. You already get boosted stats when you rank up! So, there should not be a maneuverability increase at Captain level or a strength increase at General level like you have down currently.

2. You can have gauntlets / clawed gloves / etc, but ONLY if the claws or blades can't be used to cause deadly or severe damage. If you could describe just how powerful the claws are supposed to be for each stage, that would be appreciated.

3. Nega weapons are supposed to only get one extra effect/improvement per stage. So for captain, you need to choose whether it's a heavy arm guard OR a claw.
