Lazuli gave a heavy sigh as he looked around from his perch on a rather large bolder. he was not one who had many friends as most his time was kept making sure his rather innocent parents didn't end up hurt somehow or that his own siblings stayed out of trouble even though they were adults. even when he was young he had always thought it was his duty to watch over his family and so he did. though he was hoping to run into his new found friend since she had been really the only non family member he had met in a long long time. wrinkling his nose, he was determined to wait and see if she would come around the area again even though it had been days since he last saw her.

A huge smile came to his sad face when Ajala caught his attention when she came running towards him and seemed really happy to see him. he had almost given up hope of seeing her in the area again. " i think luck is on both our sides today. i have been hoping to see you around here again after we had parted ways." he felt silly basically admitting that he had missed her since the last time they had saw one another but he couldn't help it even if it had only been a short amount of time. " it is really good to see you again Ajala." still smiling, he hoped he wasn't coming off creepy or weird for being so happy to see her. after all he didn't want to scare her off by coming on too strongly.

Lazuli couldn't help but snicker at her. " i promise it has nothing to do with the fish." he still found endless amusement from that moment meeting her and the fishing. " i just figured our last meeting didn't go that horrible that it would be nice to see you again. i at lest enjoyed our last meeting, even with the fishing." having always been with family, he was eager to be around those that where none family that he enjoyed being in their company and he had found that he had enjoyed hers. he just hoped he wasn't too awkward or too forward since he mostly interacted with his family which almost made his blush with embarrassment at the thought.
