History:
Delosuke was said to have been a shinigami killed during the winter war. He was former 12th division lieutenant and was said to be one of the brightest minds of the soul society. But that's not what sets him apart from most 12th division lieutenants. What truly set this man apart was his research in the high demon arts which soon labeled him as a Demon Arts/Kidou Master. He was former captain of the Kidou Corps before his new career into the science and research bureau. It wasn't because he was interested in the arts of science. It was because he wanted to extend his further research into the high demon arts by extending his knowledge by combining it with science. When he was killed, he left everything to his captain Oruga Sodai....or what he at least thought was all of it. Including some of his unfinished research that he left for Oruga to finish which would lead to his come ultimate comeback. Now he resides in a gigai disguised as a human called Delos until his comeback.

Spirit Personality:As the Avatar of Sen’s Zanpkuto, Juuryokushi's personality complements Sen’s well. They have much in common and share a bond that Sen believes is stronger than the norm between Shinigami and their Zanpakuto. Juuryokushi perceives himself as being Sen’s guardian and protector as well his caretaker, but as he cannot physically protect Sen he gives his all to motivating Sen to unlock the higher echelons of his power, so Sen may properly protect himself. Believing in his wielders judgment Juuryokushi never outright disagrees with Sen but will offer suggestive alternatives if need be. Juuryokushi is reserved by nature and is of high intellect. Prior to Sen’s achievement of Shikai he spent most of his time as a nomad, wandering the landscape that was Sen’s Inner World, biding his time and waiting until he believed Sen was strong enough to take the his Test and achieve initial release. Juuryokushi addresses Sen with the honorific “Mikoto” which means “Prince”, a testament to the greatness he believes that Sen is.

Shikai Release Appearance: It is released with the command Collapse. Once released the sword grows in length and the guard is dropped, replaced by a long silver cylindrical handle. The blade glows dark purple and becomes more cylindrical in nature.
Shikai Abilities:A passive effect that is in place at all times Eiga Kamei is an ability that affects Delos directly. A sort of “Spirit Weight” is placed on Delos's Soul at the initial moment he achieves Shikai. This weight actually gives him a larger physical weight making his attacks harder and himself more heavy but also it makes him slower in battle. The point of such a ability being that if Delos can overcome the initial hardships of having so much extra weight put on his body, he will eventually get to a point where he is just as strong as his peers with the Spirit Weight on. Then, in a time of need or emergency, the weight can be temporarily removed and his unrestrained power allowed to him. This phenomenon occurs in Juuryokushi automatically the first time Delos achieves/uses Shikai. Juuryokushi's actual ability is the transference of this weight to an opponent. Upon Delos command his Spirit Weight is readied for transfer and upon physical contact of Juuryokushi to the intended target, that target will receive the Spirit Weight, thus making them slower and heavier than normal. Additionally most of those without the proper amount of strength, (those more than one rank under Delos will most likely find it hard to stand under their own weight, let alone fight. Also note that during this time Delos's own physical speed and agility are boosted somewhat because of the weight being gone. The increase in speed does not affect Shunpo and the effect of this Shikai ability lasts fifteen minutes. Once Delos calls it back or the target looses consciousness, the Spirit Weight returns to him. It should be noted that the weights make Delos stronger once he's used to them and has mastered his Shikai (ML-A), but removing them wouldn't boost his strength so much as it would allow him less restriction when using his strength (or doing anything else for that matter).
Shikai Attacks:
Tsuiraku Sukai/Falling Sky- This attack is one of physical contact with unspeakable force and momentum behind it and requires Delos to use two hands to use it at full power. It was given it’s name due to the feel that the Sky is falling on whomever it’s used upon. It, “Augments the weight of a blow to increase the damage” the actual amount is five times the force, power and weight of Delos's normal blows. When used at it maximum strength this attack give's Juuryokushi the ability to cut despite having no physical cutting edge.
Shikai Mastery Upgrade: Mastery over the initial release allowed Delos to learn the ins and outs of this ability and he augments the use of Tsuiraku Sukai for defensive capabilities and an offensive alternate.
Defensive: This attacks' energy which augments weight, instead of being dispersed through Juuryokushi itself, manifests to make a sheild of heavy and condensed atmosphere around Delos that requires someone of great physical strength to break through.
Offensive Alternate: The energy embalms Delos's body on key parts; Fists, feet, knees, legs, elbows, head, ect. and his physical attacks gain twice their normal power. This ability lasts a duration of five minutes. All forms of this ability can be used in conjunction with one another.
Juuryoku Rosen/Gravity Lines- Shikai Technique Number Three. Juuryoku Rosen creates a strong gravitational pull on Delos's and in a sense it yanks his body across great distances in mere seconds. It was used as a means to quickly attack an ill prepared opponent, it also has some great escape application. The very specific thing about this technique is that it only travels in lines. One direction, one line at time. Delos can if need be free himself from the “pull” in the middle of it. Similarly, once arriving at the end of the line Delos can then go back the way he came, or change the line’s end destination and take off again. This speed increase does not affect Shunpo. It’s maximum distance initially is 60 yards and the strength of the pull on Delos increases as his power grows the pull is strong enough now to cover the maximum distance of sixty yards in six seconds.
Shikai Mastery Upgrade: Once Juuryokushi gives Delos full access to the power of the Initial release Juuryoku Rosen gains capability. The ability to create a gravitational pull is expanded to that of other objects. The speed at which Delos can push or pull different objects depends on his strength and the weight of the object. This ability has no effect on other Souls but does work on weapons, including Reiatsu based ones like Zanpakuto.
Suta-Arashi/Star Storm- Juuryokushi's final and most devastating Shikai attack. The eight metal rings on the base of Juuryokushi's handle expand and shatter once they are filled with Delos's Reiatsu, they disintegrate into the surrounding air. Following this, the prominent part of Juuryokushi's "Blade" begins to glow an ebbing Crimson, the color of Delos's Reiatsu. This "Charged" form of Juuryokushi has power equivalent to the Falling Sky Technique but it does not go away after one attack. The blade's charging is but a catalyst to the actual Star Storm Attack. Once Charged Juuryokushi becomes an anchor of sorts for a large and unseen celestial body. This body possess so much weight and mass that Juuryokushi , (a very heavy blade) will begin to float if Delos let's it go, as it counter balances the weight of the celestial body. When Delos takes the charged blade and slams it into the ground Juuryokushi in turn pulls the celestial body into pieces and those pieces (exploding and heated large chunks of molten rock) are shot towards the battlefield, showering it under a hail of "falling stars" and everyone in it. It’s radius is a quarter of a mile from the point where Delos marked the Earth (the place where he slammed down the Charged blade). This attack require a great deal of Delo's Reiatsu to be used. Normally this large amount is collected from the atmosphere as he fights, making it an attack that takes time to prepare. However Delos can will this attack to happen without the build up and perform it by directly cramming his Reiatsu in the rings until they shatter. This forced form of the attack, though just as effective, take more out of Delos then the normal procedure.
Bankai Appearance: Shiroi Getsuei No Juuryokushi looks exactly the same as Juuryokushi in Shikai. Following in accordance with traditional Bankai Delos's final release is but large solid dome that absorbs all light on it’s outer surface leaving it with a black appearance that cannot be seen through… ((cliché huh)). The dome is a perfect circle and has a diameter of 100 yards. Delos's appearance in Bankai only changes slightly, the final release giving him a hooded cloak to go over whatever clothing he had on before hand.
Bankai Release Appearance: Delos's Bankai requires the release command "Bring Down the Skies". By activating Bankai, his already Vast spiritual power grows to knew heights. Delos gains another blade like his Shikai blade. The gravity in the area increases, making it harder for opponents to move.
Bankai Ability: A passive effect that is in place at all times like Eiga Kamei before it, Eiga Yousei is an ability that affects Delos directly. Delos's Shikai “Spirit Weight” becomes small fish compared to the one he gets at Bankai. The same as Majesty’s Command, weight is placed on Delos's Soul at the initial moment he achieves the Final Release and the Spirit Weights give Delos's a larger physical weight making his attacks “naturally” harder/heavier and himself also more heavy. It makes him slower in battle at first, gradually adapting to the weights until he masters Bankai and thusly masters the Spirit Weights. The point of such an ability being that if Delos can overcome the initial hardships of the extra weight put on his body, he will eventually get to a point where he is just as strong/fast/skilled as his peers with the Spirit Weights on. Then in a time of need or emergency, the weights can be temporarily removed and his unrestrained power allowed to him, during this time his physical speed, agility and Reiatsu/Kidou ability are boosted formidably because of the weights being gone. Getting into specifics, Delos with no weights has natural speed equal to someone one rank above him. This increase in speed does not affect Shunpo and the effect of this Bankai Technique lasts five minutes.
((It should also be noted that the weights make Delos physically stronger once he's used to them/mastered his Bankai, but removing them wouldn't boost his strength from what it already is so much as it would allow him less restriction when using his strength or doing anything else for that matter)).
Unlike before though, is the fact that the Spirit Weights of Eiga Yousei not only affixes to Delos's physical body, but to his Reiryoku as well, making it difficult for him to use his Reiatsu based attacks earlier in his Bankai training. The upside to this is that once Delos adapts to the new weights and removes them, his Kidou and other Reiatsu based attacks become vastly more potent, having the power and precision of one a rank higher than himself.
Again, the Spirit Weights are a passive part of Eiga Yousei, and the ability itself is the transference of the spirit weights to an opponent. The weights affect targets in the exact manner that they affect Delos; it makes targets slower and heavier than normal in a noticeable way and also distorts their ability to use their Reiatsu. The difference being that Delos (in time) will have mastered the weights effects while targets will be completely unprepared. Once Delos wills them back or the target(s) looses consciousness, the Spirit Weights return to him.
Delos is no longer limited to one target, being able to use the tech simultaneously on a number of targets. The weights amount are the same per target and is not lessened on those targets due to Delos having more one target.
Physical contact is still required to use on a target but the contact no long needs to be between Juuryokushi and the target. Anyone whom comes into physical contact with either Delos or Juuryokushi after he releases Bankai can be hit with this ability.
Eiga Yousei is an ability Delos will suffer and struggle with as he works towards mastering Bankai. For the ability to be broken by someone who isn't Delos , it would take great amounts of both energy and force. Though the process of breaking free is simple enough, the amount of Reiatsu needed to break free of the weights is grand, though still the number does depend on the strength of the opponent in question. Once targets force the weight off with their Reiatsu Delos cannot use the Tech on them again during that same Bankai release. Targets who break their weights will regain their normal speed and skills with Kidou/Reiatsu, but the weights will still not return to Delos until he wills them to do so, or the Tech runs out of time. Targets who release their blades will find it easier to break free of the Spirit Weights but breaking free will still require the same amounts of Reiatsu.
Opponents who have a higher understanding (mastery) of Reiatsu than Delos will be able to negate the Reiatsu effects of the spirit weights totally. Opponents who have a higher understanding (mastery) of Kidou than him will be able to negate the effects on their Kidou performance but other Reiatsu uses will continue to be affected.
Though the spirit weights may attach to another being they are still of Delos's weights and as such they cannot maintain attachment to beings whose distance from Delos or Juuryokushi (the sword) is more than 50 feet. If someone manages to achieve this distance the weights will fall off, not returning to Delos and though this gives Delos's opponents a less costly way to rid themselves of his weights it should be noted that the moment the distance becomes less than 50 feet again the weights will attach themselves once more instantly and without any doing from Delos. His greatest ability however is the ability to cause a gravitational collapse, opening a small black hole. The hole is powerful enough that if left open for too long it could grow out of control and destroy most of the planet. Delos is only able to keep it open for around 5 seconds before being forced to close it. He can open one with pinpoint precision as to where it will appear. The use of this technique though is extremely draining and uses up large amounts of spiritual power.

Masked Bankai Ability: Delos's Bankai ability to create Black holes becomes enhanced. He is now able to coat the black holes in a Kidō barrier. Doing so stops the holes from sucking in the surroundings but anything that comes into contact with them will fall in and be destroyed. Delos utilizes them by spitting them from the tip of his sword. As they travel, they destroy everything that comes into contact with them. Delos is capable of carefully stretching and thinning the black holes to his desire, often wrapping them around himself during an attack. They are capable of being charged to grow to large sizes.

Details: Tokomaru Delos has touched the ceiling of Kidō studies. In addition to knowing an ever expanding library of Kidō Delos has also shown his superior skill in the art by using spells in combination with one another to give them application beyond their normal parameters. He has attained a knowledge of Kidō so intimate that Eishohaki has become 2nd nature to him. He can use nearly all of his Kidō at full power with no incantation or formal introduction. His prowess in the Demon Arts is more than enough for him to be recognized as a true and pioneering Master of the Art.

Details: Delos is now, as he has always been, an unorthodox fighter with a street brawler background. The result of that background is a fighting style that not even the Shinigami Academy could break. Hakuda was Delos's strong point in the Academy but progressive training has suffered greatly to make time for Kidō training. Even still, now at the power level of a Captain his muscular and agile body is at a new peak.

Details: After being instructed one on one by his Sensei Kyōraku Shunsui, Delos has trained Shunpo to his/it's limits on his own and has discovered that with his massive Reiatsu and high level Reiatsu Control his steps are quite large and he can use them in very fast succession. His growth in Shunpo as a whole is not yet finished but he has reached his limits on improving the standard and original from of Shunpo, earning him the status of a Master.
