It had only been brief, but Astra was sure she had seen the ghost Boil known as Yuki for a few moments at one of the voting stalls. Having known him for only a short time, made shorter since she hadn't completely forgot about him during open house, she was keen to find him again so she could get to know him better.
And considering that only students were allowed to go to the voting stalls in the final week of the campaign, she was pretty certain that Yuki must have been enrolled at the school. Aside from that? she hadn't had any other clues. Except that she was pretty sure he was a Ghost.
With this as her only lead, she went to pay a visit to the ghost dorms. Perhaps she would be able to find him lurking about?

Yuki had recently gotten moved in. Everything was still so new to him; he felt like a child. In a manner, he supposed he was. There were some childlike Halloween citizens who had been here for longer than he had, the boil had discovered in his time since the arrival from what everyone else referred to simply as the human world.
Or, as Deacon had bluntly put it, that place he lived in until he went and got himself killed.
His room was cozy and well lit. Lighter and more calming in color than what he'd glimpsed through Deacon's door on the first occasion that he'd knocked on the door. He hadn't been invited in, but the eye full of dark crimson put him off rather quickly anyway.
It just so happened that he was getting ready to leave his dorm to search down something to do when Astra had decided to come have a look around. He'd made it outside before she'd journeyed all the way to the mausoleum, and the sight of a familiar face brought a smile to the ghost's.
"Astra?" Yuki called to her, soon lifting a hand to wave. "Hey! Remember me?"

Her antenna twitched when she heard a familiar voice, and looking about she saw exactly who she was looking for. "Aha! Hey Yuki!" She called out, waving to him. "Yes, I do remember! I heard you got yourself enrolled, so I came over to say hello!" She smilied, then ran to his side. "I...er, hope you were alright at the open house" she said trying not to sound to nervous, considering she had completely forgot about him during that time. "But did you get to go to the florestival? I don't think I saw you there...

The boil's grin widened when Astra confirmed that she did indeed remember him, and he reached out when she came near in offer of a casual handshake.
"Yeah, I got to look around a bit more at open house. There's a lot to see, here!" Of course, now that he was enrolled, there was plenty of time to look around and truly explore the grounds.
"Ah, no, I didn't make it to the Floresctival. Was it fun?"
Clearly, he had no idea that it had been utterly destroyed by a rampaging Fearados...

For a moment Astra looked at his outstretched hand in a curious manner, then gave it a small shake with her own. She felt more relieved when Yuki said he had a good look around, and hadn't said that he had gotten lost or something. Oh well, next time she would just keep a closer eye on him.
:I'm glad to hear you had a good time at open house" She said, then frowned when he mentioned he hadn't been to the floresense festival. "Really? Aww, you should have come! It was great, there was lots of booths, and plenty of games to play, and there were more student boots too!" She remembered Rileys voting booth, which was utterly amazing (if not a little overdone)." here was even a booth were you could get lots of floresense eggs too!" She left out the part about the stealing.
"Anyway, I'mglad you were able to get into the school. Because now I can show you around the school grounds, and everything!"

He gave her hand a gentle shake once the gesture was accepted, letting his hand drop to his side thereafter. He casually stuffed his hands into his pockets, starting away from the ghost dorms again, figuring that Astra would follow. He listened intently as he went, his attention on her as he walked, only moving away to occassionally look up to ensure they weren't about to run into something.
She was quite the enthusiastic ghoul, and he liked that. He laughed softly when she declared that she'd show him around, and he nodded.
"Of course! I'd like that, thanks. It's nice to have someone to walk around with. I haven't really gotten to know anyone else. Well, other than Deacon, and he's not much for aimless wandering..."

"Deacon?" Astra repeated with a note of concern in her voice. She knew Deacon..well, she knew very little about him, but from what she did know, he wasn't a very nice Demon to be around with. Especially since she still remembered him shoving his tongue down someone else's throat. But before she could voice her concerns, Yuki was already walking away
Normally she would have flown after him, but her wings were in a very bad state, and still covered by her jacket. So instead she ran after the ghost boil, hoping to keep up with him on foot. "So, is there anything you want to know about amritiville? Like where to go, or classes, or anything else?"

"Yeah," Yuki confirmed with her question, completely missing the not so pleased tone. "You know him?"
He slowed a little when she rushed to keep up, looking back as he waited to fall into step with her so they could walk side by side.
"I want to see everything." Way to start small, right?
"Well, I dunno. I'll let you pick where we go, since you know the place better than I do."

He wanted to see everything? That left Astra with a lot of choices, but she wasn't sure which one to start with. "Hmmm..." She hummed out loud, continuing to walk as she figured out where to go. "Aha! I know, how about I show you where the classrooms are?" She suggested to him, feeling a small sense of pride at leading a recently enrolled snot around the school. It made her feel important, and it also reminded herself that now she wasn't just a snot, but a knob.
As she continued to walk towards the main campus, she looked up at Yuki with a curious gaze. She still didn't know much about him, and she wanted to rectify this as soon as possible.
"So! Where do you come from?" She asked.

"Alright," Yuki was quick to agree.
He'd seen a few classrooms, of course, but that didn't mean that he knew what went on in all of them. Some of them looked a bit... Unique, for lack of a better word.
Her question initially gained a short, if not slightly sarcastic laugh.
"You're asking a ghost, hun... That's not something I'm able to be very specific with."
Though, in order to try and provide some answer, he only paused a moment.
"I woke up, I guess you could say, in the woods a couple of weeks before I met you at the open house... Since then, I've been taken in by a small family, who has generously footed the funds for me to pursue a proper education, here in Amityville."

Astra, for lack of a better term or pun, stopped dead in her tracks.
"You...you...." Her face was quite humorous too, with her eyes as wide as saucer plates while she stared at him.
Now, it wasn't like she hadn't heard of ghosts who had once been actually alive but were now dead and brought back. She was definitely familiar with the concept, and was pretty sure there were a few undead and ghosts like that at the school.
However, she had yet to actually meet a ghost that had outright told her this, and not only that but she wa snow standing in front of one who was virtually brand new to Halloween town. It was amazing!
And it only made her that much more curious about yuki.
But now that she had found out...she found she was unable to respond to him. How was she supposed to respond to him? Was he sad about it? Happy? didn't really care? She wasn't out to offend the guy, so she would have to think this through carefully...
..Even though she was already circling around him and acting like he was about to do something amazing.

Despite the amused expression that graced his features, his body turning this way and that to watch her as she circled around him yet trying to remain in spot so she could see whatever it was she was looking for, Yuki was a bit confused by the action.
"Did I say something weird?" He asked, a hand lifting to the back of his head, tunneling into his hair as though he were a little nervous by her sudden multiplied curiosity.

"Ah, n-no, you didn't say something weird at all" Astra quickly said, standing still once again. "It's...pretty normal for ghosts to pop up in halloween town out of the blue with no memory of their previous life...I've just haven't met one before" She finished, scratching the back of her head awkwardly then looking up with a sheepish grin. "I get curious about things easily...I guess it's in my nature..But umm! Yeah the classrooms..."
The fairy went off towards the classrooms again at a quick pace, jogging untill she had reached the main doors and went into the place, looking for any classrooms that might stick out. There weren't any on that she coudl see though, but due to this there weren't many students loitering about in the hallway. Which meant she wouldn't have to fight a tirade of students, not would she lose yuki in the rush of the crowd.

Yuki gave a soft smile to her response, laughing quietly. "I see... Well, I suppose I can understand that. Especially considering that there's a lot of things around here I'm pretty sure I've never seen before."
While, of course, he couldn't be positive, on at least a couple of occasions there had been a set feeling toward one thing or another. A strong like or dislike, usually, to hint that just maybe he'd experienced or seen something similar when he was alive.
The boil only had to take larger strides to catch up with the jogging fae, following her inside of the school. He casually looked down the hall, also noting the absence of other students. That was alright with him; easier to look around that way without getting in someone else's way or visa versa.
"So where did you come from? I've figured out that everyone here isn't dead. It's a little confusing... Trying to figure out how this place works."

"Me? I come a forest a few hours from this school." Astra began to explain as she slowed her jog to a brisk walk. "It's a pretty big forest, and dense too, so we don't get many visitors." Which was only part of the reason, the other being that many of the forest dwellers liked to play tricks or toy with anyone who entered, but she didn't tell Yuki that.
"And no one here is really dead...Well, some are. But they're not really dead dead because they're alive...okay partly. But their body isn't...ummm" She scratched her head, trying to figure out exactly how to explain it, but failed. "Lets just sat that some come here by dying, and others are born from pumpkins. "
