He didn't really fight much, if ever actually, it wasn't in him to be aggressive, but wrestling wasn't really about aggression, it was about letting off steam, getting down and dirty and just having lots of good old fashioned mucky fun. Coburnycus had been looking forwards to it. Now that he was upon the cusp of his match he was starting to feel all the adrenaline in his body zapping about and making his toes tingle.
Smiling and giving a nod at his opponent, Chasasa'koa, the young peach maned male dove through the thick mud, splashing the damp and wonderfully soggy stuff up his sides turning his coat quickly from silver gray to muddy brown.
This was going to be a lot of fun....((OOC note : Burny is an adult, he just hasn't grown yet))

Chasasa'koa was not much for a fight, either, but he was all for having fun. He wasn't given a whole lot of time to size up his opponent- and while he was familiar looking, Chasasa was quite sure he'd never actually met Coburnycus before.
He waded into the mud and shot a smile back at Burny-- and then everything took off all at once. Scrambling to start, an attack would have been a bad move so he did what he thought was best and he dodged. Despite the mud, he stayed on his feet and managed not yet to be hit, keeping them on even ground. For now.Round 1 - Tie!

The young coral maned male gave a cheery grin, his deep grassy green eyes dancing happily as Chasasa dodged. With a raised brow Coburnycus, leapt at the other male attempting to grab him around the neck, his paws full of the soft squishy mud of the swamps.
His hope was to catch him off guard and throw him, hopefully he would take the other male off guard enough. He wasn't much of a fighter but he had been taught to defend by his father and that in a way was a sort of fighting so he was going to use those skills in this fight.
Th flying mud made him laugh and he guessed he already looked a little silly feeling the mud splash on his silver cheeks as he went in for a lock and throw...

While his dodge was successful the first time, he wasn't prepared to keep dodging- which turned out to be a critical mistake in his effort to wrestle. Before he could react, Burny was leaping at him again and suddenly he had another lion hanging from his neck. Between the mud covering his opponent and being weighed down, Chasasa's pale fur was quickly turning dark.
"Ack!"
The laughter was infectious and he chuckled with Burny as he ducked down a bit more and, pushing upward forcefully, made an effort to throw the gray male off of him.

Coburnycus chuckles and shakes his head, he couldn't help but laugh. He loved the mud and the new found sport felt right. "You should see your face right now." He grins playfully releasing Chasasa as he pulls away and making a rolling dive to the right moving in to tackle the soft tan male his head lowered ready to shoulder nudge him in to the mud.
"I hope you like the mud mate it's gunna take you a week to get it all out!" He barks playfully his green eyes fixed on his target from under the bangs of his peach mane.

Chasasa was used to teasing, this was far from ruining the fun for him- which was especially good because it was obviously not malicious. There wasn't much he could do to control how he looked while they were rolling in mud and he off to such a rough start.
He opened his mouth to respond while making an effort to move and execute a counter attack but very suddenly and very quickly, he slipped in the mud and caught his balance again just in time to be hit full force. And then he was laying in the mud, completely covered on one side now.
He choked on a laugh, the only sound even kind of word-like that he could make in the ridiculous situation he was now in. There was a short pause before he realized he'd need to be back on his feet, though.

Burny laughed and shook his head jumping over the other male he lowers his head and nudges Chesasa up a little, he winks a cheery wink and starts to circle, his tail flapping left to right causing a wonderful muddy rainbow to form. He was staring to feel sorry for Chesasa he had no idea he would be so good at wrestling, it was obviously beginners luck!
A little mischievous sparkle came to his eyes and he lays down for a moment before leaping for Chesasa, diving over him to spray him with the thick goopy mud that plastered his belly.
He could get used to playing this game, it was fun and a good way to let off some steam that was for sure!

As Burny prepared for his next attack, Chasasa realized he needed to be on his feet- and he almost made it all the way up before Burny came flying at him again. He ducked back down quickly, first thinking he'd dodged an attack but the splattering of mud over him let him know pretty quickly that that had been the whole point.
"Hey now!" he laughed, "I don't think that counts as wrestling!"
He knew he was inviting another physical attack, and now he was quicker to get back up to his feet and spin himself around to face Burny. He only needed to slip once to get a handle of how to use the mud to help him move quicker.

Burny gave a cheery smile and a wink."I couldn't resist." He beams and slides on his belly towards Chasasa intending to take him off his paws and pin him for the win. With his legs spread eagled under him he slips and slides and even manages to do a little twirl before his body found contact with the other male hopefully dislodging him.
He spreads his paws and manages to get a purchase, feeling little dizzy he jumps for Chas, ready to pin him down.
They were both, very mucky and that had been the fun of it, he would be wondering where that bit of mud came from for some time he had no doubt, he didn't think he had ever been this, filthy, in his whole life, even when he was a cub. It was definitely a day to remember.
"Do you give up?" He chuckles shaking his head a bit to shake mud from his once pristine mane and dislodge a very soggy blob that had been heading for his green eyes.

Seeing the funny lion sliding toward him like he intended to bowl him over, Chasasa dared to lift a paw and step back a bit, watching him with a raised brow and a quiet laugh. The strange tactics were distracting enough and he completely failed to respond when Burny came flying at him yet again and then he was in the mud again.
"OK, ok! You win!"
He was covered nearly head to toe in mud and while he could hope to give Burny one good shove into the mud from here.. it wasn't going to undo the rest of the fight. It was over, he lost- and he was OK with that.
