Hidden Council Meet. This Large Home has been seen In the Middle of the Shinobi World. It only allows three people from Each village inside. If there is no Kage the next three strongest shall represent the Ninjas. The Doors are locked. They are sealed the only thign that can bee seen is a large countdown. that has started and will expire next week. This Meeting Will start Next Monday.

Inside The basic set up is like a board room. There are enoug hchairs for everybody to sit. There seems to be a strange Void Seal on the ceiling and a way to stop any jutsus or Taijutsus of being used. Once one enters the void they have officially agreed to handle things with their words and not attacks.

History of the Kage Mettings
**This Is Only cannon to our Universe**
About 20 Years ago
The Nins of Gana, Drago, and Bone were declared to powerful and each were meant to be killed and they were declared Missing Nins by the Councel. Causing what was known as the first War against the Ninjas but also causing a Unity in the Villages that had never been seen before.
The Meeting happened about 12 years ago in our Past.
Those Who were in attendance were The Ghost Elites(Now The Cool), The Hidden Nations, The Akatsuki, The Alliance(Now Defunked). It was agreed upon that the Hidden Nation world should be protected from what were known then as Giants by casting a giant Barrier around the Hidden Nations.
About 8 Years Ago
The Alliance between the Nations had dissolved once the Giants invaded. The Giants ended up being war tools of Asgardians. However tension between The Angra Mainyu, The Cool, and the Hidden Nations started to be noticable again. The Asgardians were given The Village Hidden Heaven and the Counself officailly disbanded.

 Shino arrived at building where the Hidden Council meeting would be hosted. Upon entering the home the first thing he noticed was that he was the first person to arrive which was a surprise to him. Shino came to the meeting in order to represent the Hidden Light village as the Ranpukage. He wandered around the building until he came across the book shelf. He looked through the titles on the shelf and grabbed a science fiction book. After finding a book Shino sat down in a chair at the meeting table and began reading.

 Asuka walked into the door of the meeting room and quickly glanced around to know his surroundings as he made his way directly to the meeting table. He noticed the seals on the ceiling but knew nothing of what they might do. The temporary Raikage could only hope they were some form of protection. He also noticed one other person was already there, but Asuka did not recognize him. He could only assume that the person across the table was another kage since he was by himself in here. Asuka quietly sat down at the table and made no motion to give off any kind of hostility or weakness. His goal was to give off complete neutrality so as not be be read the wrong way before any discussion was even started. The young Sinobi's Ryuugan eyes allowed him to realize that the kage across from him was multiple times stronger than himself. It wasn't until that moment that it occured to Asuka that having been a chuunin that was appointed to this position of temporary leadership, he would most likely be the weakest shinobi in this room. Which meant his goal was to avoid fighting at all costs, which wasn't exactly one of his strong suits.

 Jono walked into the meeting as he looked seriously for a moment. He started to examine the room. He he gave a brief smirk as he took his seat at the table. "Seems as if everybody will be coming to this shindig..Doesn't matter. Those bastards of Hidden Leaf killed my friend. That makes them no friend of mine." Jono said with a bit of a sigh as he startedt o lean back in his chair. He couldn't help but wonder if the rest of them were goign to show up. Joker, Satasuri, and Drago. He figured Satasuri wouldn't he was to young. But Joker..he was on there level...maybe he would make a appearance..he hadn't seen him in years.

Shinobu followed behind dutifully and stood behind him, he'd neither instructed nor invited her to sit so she didn't, her thoughts weren't that different than Jono's she was wondering who'd she see here as well, perhaps the one she was after would show his face, she'd not say anything though, the hawk didn't announce itself to it's prey while it was on a branch the shark didn't inform it's quarry until it's teeth were ready to bite it, the panther didn't let the food know of it's presence until it was pouncing and like most predator she'd not announce herself intent until the target was about to die. She had her blade but she could tell it wouldn't work here there were seals here that prevented it. She was tired anyways, she always seemed tired, Shinobu was tempted to force her eyes open just to see her reaction.

This man gives off the look and feel of a down and out drunkard. He's wearing little more than a simple, checkered yukata and wooden sandals. In one hand he carries a tiny vial of liquid while in the other he carries a large jug with a white label over it. He strolls into the room and sets down his jug on the table, the black x's on it visible to those already present. He nods his head to the two men in the room as if to show he is greeting them, before he slumps down into one of the chair positioned around the meeting table. He lets smoke billow from his mouth before also setting down his small vial onto the table. Doku messes in his short navy hair a bit before looking over at Asuka. "You smoke? You drink? I don't mind sharing if you do. You're welcome to have a swig'a whiskey too if you like over there!" Doku's carefree navy colored scan the room as he looks between Shino and Asuka. He eventually catches sight of two more people and is open to offering them some of his goods as well, if they so desired them.  Joker kicked the door open to the Hidden Councel meeting. He actually couldn't believe that he was invited here. He was paler than pale and he would actually look quite a bit different now. He started to walk towards the chair. He was a representive of Hidden Clown or the Federation. Which ever one they called him. He looked at his companion and he started to scan the room. He saw Jono as he started to smile. But no ONE...so it wa true he was dead. He glanced back over towards 707.
"It seems as if the party is just getting started.."
Joker chuckled as he started to walk towards his chair. He Stood up in it for a moment as he gavea big grin.
"HELLO BOYS AND GIRLS! YOUR OLD BESTEST FRIEND UNCLE JOKER IS HERE! NOW I CAN'T WAIT TILL WE START THIS MEETING BUT PLEASE REMEMBER ONLY LOW BLOWS, KICKS TO THE GROINS AND BITTINGS ONCE THIS MEETING STARTS! NONE OF THAT FRIENDLY CRAP!"Joker laughed as he started to spin in his spinny chair.

707 kept a smirk on her face as she walked in after Joker had kicked the door open. Glancing around she noticed the lack of people in the room and couldn't help but to wonder who else would show up. So far there was no one who she recognized which made her slightly sad. Maybe it was true that everyone she knew was gone from this earth now. Such a shame that would be. ' Wounder if this means if the wars wont be as much fun,..' She thought while walking over to the railing and leaned forward on it. This would of course give a full view of her body but that mattered little to her. She didn't feel right sitting in the chairs with the rest as she was from the other worlds. The only reason why she went for the pure curiosity and because she was asked so nicely to come. Who could turn down an offer from the Joker after all? When hearing his comment to her she could help but to let her smirk grow a bit. This time it caused the stitching around her mouth to tear slightly but nothing too strange. it just let her smile bigger.
" I personalty hope they don't use their limbs for the attacks. After all weapons are far too much fun to use to the groin," She said with a curtly expression now on her face as she stared ahead at the others in the room. If they looked in to her eyes then they would all see something strange. She was just looking a them as if they where food, not beings. ' If they use the weapons then maybe a arm will fall off and dinner will be served,..' She thought while placing both of her arms on the railing, wanting to be comfortable during this. Usually the talks did take awhile to end. If it got too boring them she would simply bring in her Protector. Nothing said business like a sawed off shot gun wielding man blowing a whole in someones face. The mental image along made her giggle with glee.

The shorter and smaller in size of the two, seems to look around the room with analyzing hot pink eyes. Not getting much information, her doujutsu probably not working, the pink haired young woman just steps farther into the room. She takes a seat next to Doku as the other male that had arrived with her draws off his hood. "Takumikage, Shaneko Warabe. Guess I should have figured you'd get here somehow. Who told you?" Doku then looks at Kan and waves a hand to him. "Him huh? Kan always acts like a little emo boy with those sad gray eyes of his." Hearing Doku's comment, Kan quickly draws off his cloak completely and makes his way over to the Poison Dragon. The two look at each other a long while before Kan snorts and takes a seat beside Shaneko. He then adjusts the silver band tying his long, gray hair down his back.
"So I was mistaken to think that this meeting would be anything more than a gathering for washed up clowns, rookies, Captain America's, and drunken old men." Kan's eyes seem to drift over each person as he comments, some he doesn't mention because they don't stand out. He looks at Joker, Asuka, Jono, and then at Doku. Doku resists the urge to bellow that he isn't drunk because Kan is only acting like a little kid.
"What's the matter? All hot under the collar cause you lost your cat, boy?" Shaneko hears Doku say the taboo word and quickly stands up to try and dowse the flames. Kan is already on his feet and glowering at Doku. The drunk seeming Hidden Volcano member sneers at Kan and then Kan draws nearer.
"Kan, Doku, cut it out. You are both acting immature! This isn't the time to be picking fights, okay? We came here for a reason," Shaneko reasons. Kan slowly sits back down as Doku takes another drag from his cigarette. They'd finish things later. The smoke coming from Doku whenever he exhales smoke or it drifts off of the end of his cigarette never seems to flow from around Doku; seeing almost trapped in a flask. So far three members of SCM had arrived to the meeting place, all seeming to barely be on good times, what other characters just might arrive? Mashira gave an annoyed sigh as she opened the door to the meeting then slammed it shut after her. She was as tall as the railing in the room and didn't seem to care too much for the very tall people in the room. All she did was give everyone an annoyed expression as she scanned the room. The only person she knew was her sister 707 who seemed to be enjoying her time here. Shrugging her shoulders the child simply gave the strange women a small smile before walking down to the seating area. She then took a seat at the table and found it a bit higher then she liked. It just barley came up to her chest. ' F-ck this s**t,..' She thought while while changing her sitting position so she was now sitting on her legs instead of the chair, giving her a more taller appearing.
" So when's the rest of this groups posy going ta get here? " She asked while leaning back in her chair. The Lycan child was representing Hidden Twilight and thus was even more annoyed. She had just found out her kage died and now she was in charge until they found someone better. Least to say this wasn't her favorite of days. 'Wonder who is leading Sand now,..' She thought while glancing around the room. None of these people seemed to be from her old village and that was fine with her. She didn't even want to know the chaos that was happening there let alone care for it. The child held no weapons in her hands however on her side was the Chigo and the two famous Kurosuki Raigas Swords. She never seemed to used them as they appeared to be in perfect shape. The only thing strange about her was the fact that her nails where covered in blood and dirt
As she waited the child reached in to her bag and took out a flask. She had learned that there was no way anyone was going to give her alcohol or hookah so she simply would have to improvise. she unscrewed the flask lid and started to drink the unknown liquid. When she was done she simply placed it on the table in front of her and began to lean back in her chair again, waiting for the fun to start.

Joker looked up as he heard the word clown being used in a flammatory way. He pulled out one of his knives as he titled his head. Those words. Washed up.. Those burned his but. "I am far from washed up. I still have plenty of material.." He jumped on the table and started to walk towards the kid as he crouched infront of him. He gavea big smile showing off his teeth. Even though he had evolved being past human. He sure wasn't use to being beyond human as he looked at him. He opened up his coat and he pulled one of the longest knives he had as he dragged it across his own throat.
"If I am willing to do this to myself..Just imagine what I will do to you kid. I will take your internal organs and decorate them on this pretty little girl friend of yours...Then eat her..and not for her pleasure."
Joker laughed as he looked at them. He clapped his hands together repeatedly louder and louder with each clap. As he was goign to have a good time here. He pulled the knife from his throat and splashed the blood towards the group. As he let his neck heal. His eyes went up as soon as he felt another monster in the room. It was good not to be alone. There were a few of them now. About three Monsters to the normals. Good ratio he figured.
"Now if you will excuse me..."

It takes him a good deal of time before it settles in that Joker, this clown, was calling him a kid. After Joker flicks the blood in his direction and that of his 'comrades', he simply flicks his cloak from behind him and sweeps it in front of him to catch the blood. He doesn't conceal Joker from view at all, the teens eyes remain locked on the man. "I'm not a ******** kid!" Shaneko again tries to keep the peace but Kan had heard kid one time too many. "You think I'm some damn pacifier sucking toddler who can't hold his bowels or somethin, huh?" The boy gets to his feet as Joker walks away and grabs the side of the table. "I'm gonna flip it over and then I'm gonna kick his a**!"
"Kan, stop!" Shaneko and Doku exclaim. The Dattourmaru and Doku both hold down the table so that Kan can't get the chance to flip it over. Kan continues to swear more before a large chunk of hail collides with the side of his head, or looks to. Shaneko and Doku stare at Kan as he grimaces at the young woman standing at the end of the table.
"This is so annoying. I get forced out to this meeting and have to babysit a guy whose got a head almost as hot as Collab's. What a bother." The brunette steps over to Kan, not even intimidated by his intense glare, and picks up the large piece of ice that had rolled under the table. "These stress reliever balls aren't working. Probably should have got the real things instead of being cheap." Her brown eyes catch Kan's expression and she's in his face in no time. "What? You gonna hit me? Punk~." Shaneko watches as the woman walks over to the far end of the table and takes a seat. Nimen Karite, a Zoto from Hidden Void. She had a bad attitude and could push someone's buttons easily. With Kan, she could do it all she wanted and he wouldn't get violent. Comes with the decision not to fight women unless they have a certain level of kenjutsu skill.
