Her tail flicked back and forth as she watched. Almost in a stead rhythm, back and forth back and forth... a few irritated flicks here or there, but mostly staying to the steady beat that the feline had unknowingly set upon herself.
She had head rumors, oh yes... rumors and sayings and thoughts passed from senshi to senshi, she did not trust her own ears. It could not be true, could it? How could to be? She was told Lyra had been kept prisoner... backhanded by one of the very pillars of the enemy organization. The one with the deep wings and the claw, more youma than not. She honestly was sure of this one account, something that set the feline into a ever growing frantic searching. Originally others helped... but soon after, they all gave up hope of the red head returning. Of her surviving. Chloe had not given up, chloe had still searched... going on believing.
Though that belief was now something of the past. It was true, Lyra was living and breathing and healthy... but she was not whole.
Cerulean eyes peer down at the scene she stumbled upon. The energy ofthe senshi she now watched was what called to her, spoke with her. It felt so familiar and yet far too strong to be the object of her searching. In a way it was whom she was looking for... but as she was now she was nothing more than a empty shell of her former self. It was disheartening, sickening, frustrating... and overall? Sad. It was jsut sad. Chloe, a guardian cat, had let down the senshi she had lived with. She was unable to protect the girl from losing her mother. Unable to protect her from the scars she now carried... and the final straw was she had even failed to protect her humanity. Shell.. just a shell.
Chloe watched on for a while... well aware that while she could not feel his aura, something that kept all mauvians safe from being found out, she could see the streak of black and orange that was with her former senshi. It was not until Lyra had departed that Chloe found the courage to leap off her perch and approach closer. Call it shame, call it cowardice, the siamese could not approach the red haired senshi this night. No... she wanted to approach the fellow felid whom was now, apparently, her new guardian cat.
This last few words filled her mind with spite... as she felt her ever growing rage start in the pit of her stomach and rise. Chloe was well aware of her own emotions that were disappearing, almost as if they went away with the senshi whom had departed. "You." Was all she called out, making sure that the other feline was also aware of her presence. Her tail flicked back and forth, not able to hide her own irritation with her feline body language.

Hiro was having a good evening. It was always a plus when his kids were up for training, rather than having to be tricked or bullied into it. Not that he ever wanted to bully Ammolite - she was just the sweetest thing ever, all lost kitten who really needed the hugs that Hiro doled out on special occassions. Thankfully it wasn't necessary - she was enthusastic about training with Hiro, and always so respectful too. It gave Hiro the warm fuzzies in his chest. He watched Ammolite leave with a rather dopey expression on his face, soft and fond.
So his night understandably took a turn for the worse when a small shape slunk from the shadows.
"You," it growled, lashing it's tail.
Hiro's good mood plummeted. He cocked his head to one side, ears swivelling back. "Yes, me," he agreed. He wondered just what he was agreeing to. "What about it?"
Had he met this cat before? A Mauvian, clearly. (The talking kind of gave it away.) Had Dahlia been recruiting cats instead of senshi? Hiro felt a headache coming on.

She was bristled, angry... and just a hint of frustration was tossed into the mix. Her ears were alert, and her small feline frame just screamed 'pissed off'.
"Were you who took her from me?" Who was 'her' he would probably wonder, but then Lyra had just left them both...so.
Claws dug in to the earth as she methodically extended and retracted them. Cats were blessed in one reguard, and that was they could hide their Auras. She had never seen this cat before.. but the fact he was with Lyra, whom now RADIATED corrupted energies from her being... and his forehead star was black...
"Why, Why help them."

"Took who?" Hiro frowned. Was she talking about... Alkaid? She was his permanently assigned senshi, so it felt natural for Hiro to assume that any 'her' belonging to Hiro was his Alkaid. But he knew for a fact that Alkaid hadn't worked with any other Negacat before him...
Oh.
He eyed Chloe with disdain. "A white moon cat?" That would explain why some Mauvian Hiro didn't know was facing him down, making absolutely no sense, and claiming that his senshi belonged to her.
Ears tipped back, Hiro stared at the smaller siamese. Her clawing of the ground wasn't going unnoticed. Hiro responded with a lash of his tail. "For your information," he grated out, "she is mine. She has always been mine and she always will be mine. Whatever claim on her you think you had was nothing more than a few seconds of guard duty until her rightful Guardian - me - came along."
(He didn't touch on the 'why help them' question, dismissing it as ridiculous. Chloe might as well ask why he didn't think he was a dog. Hiro simply was of the Negaverse. It was fact, as immutable and intrinsic as the knowledge that he was a Mauvian.)
