User Image Night had turned to day, and day to night. This process repeating intrigued the young cub very much so. It seemed to have a rhythm all of it's own, though it was repetative Sabia`Nafsi, found joy in it. Falling asleep with the sun and waking to find it up again, almost like a secret best friend that everyone could have and boy did Sabia enjoy secrets.

Like all the rest of the mornings, she awoke with a stretch that pleasantly trembled the muscles beneath her pelt and caused small ripling motions as she stood and crouched forward to pull out her fore paws and stretch her back legs a little more. Finally prepped for the day ahead and notices the silence is a little heavier around her then usual, glimpsing around and behind her, she finds that she is the first up. No hustle and bustle, no screaming, no sounds of paw thuds echoing in the damp cave as little bodies have a surge of energy while her Mum tries to sleep.

To say she was excited would be an understatement, to have such a moment to herself! Knowing full well she wasn't allowed to leave the den she creeped forward and peeked out. The sun was sure enough, reliable as it was, rising. Some clouds tried to hide it, but the tender beams of warmth hit Sabia and made her squint as she tried to win the daily staring contest. Soon as the sun became to bright she reluctantly glanced away, recalling a lecture about staring at it to long. Hearing her Mothers voice in her head made her smile.

Sabia was a good cub, quiet, kind and loving. She didn't like to play rough, didn't want to be out there to hurt anyone. She just liked to explore, see new bits of her home, and most of all, get to know the pride members themselves! A people person at heart, something she later finds can be taken advantage of. But today was about having a morning with herself and the sun.

Unfortunately, a side effect of relaxing is zoning out, so when rustling noises behind her signal a body stirring occur she doesn't exactly notice.
