Shaminga and H3-RB-3RT are visiting the Medical Bay. TW3-NDY is the nurse in charge over them. Nonesense is about to happen.
PostPosted: Tue Sep 13, 2011 1:25 pm

TW3-NDY was making her way back over to the two bots that sat on the other side of the room. Each one was here for a different reason but nothing was major. As she grabbed the wrench and a R/C servo motor. One of the bots had a small damage to their motor and she would use this extra one to take parts from. As she reached the bots she gently sat down the tools and began to pull apart the motor. The small bit she needed was easy to get to and even easier to pull out. Attaching it to the wrench, she went to put the new bit into Shaminga. As the bit touched another piece in his jaw, a jolt of electricity sparked through the bit, down the wrench, and to TW3-NDY's body.
Upon receiving the shock, she ripped her arm away from Shaminga and the bit went shooting towards the wall. She had broken the electric circuit and this caused the bit to recieve the very end of it. As this piece shot towards the wall it landed with a loud crash.
At first nothing seemed wrong, TW3-NDY herself was fine and Shaminga didn't seem to be hurt from it. Looking down at the wrench, she noticed that the piece was missing and then started to scan the Medical Bay. Soon she found a spot that seemed different then normal, and upon approaching, proved to be different as well. The bit was sticking in the wall. She lifted her left hand and started to go for it, but as soon as her finger were about to grasp this piece, it was sucked out of the wall and into space. The vacuum this now created sucked her hand to the hole and surprised TW3-NDY.
Turning to look at the other bots she spoke, "I think we have a small problem." Turning back to the wall she ripped her hand from the hole and stepped back. "Maybe it won't be so bad." But as her words echoed through the room, items close to the hole started to slowly slide that way.

Both Shaminga and H3-RB-3RT had been battling recently and had received some minor damage. H3-RB-3RT was mostly just dented and banged up while Shaminga had a loose jaw.
Both had recently grown and evolved, but their damage from battles had remained much the same, if not gotten worse. Growing only made battle more intense. Especially for Shaminga, whose Dragon Fire now made it's voice box and speech chip worse. It wasn't only dusty and heated by smoke, but now completely crispy. However, it's voice chip was not the problem. It's jaw motor was the current issue. It had grown loose in a fight and needed replaced. It had striped a bolt and no longer maintained the correct motions.

Shaminga felt the spark and shock as well, but it was restricted to her jaw. Mostly that area around the striped bolt.

Both Shaminga and H3-RB-3RT looked toward TW3-NDY and then toward the area where the bit had clanged on the wall. Oddly though, the bit was still there, stuck in the wall.

H3-RB-3RT scanned the area and watched closely. His little red eye scanning the bit and the cracks in the steel.

Shaminga however, was not as interested in the bit anymore as with her jaw. The bottom jaw now hung and dangled some. It was even worse loose due to the shock, which seemed to have killed the rest of the small motor.

Both bots attention was drawn to the nurse bot when her arm sucked into the hole. Why would something like that happen? Shaminga approached the bot, while H3-RB-3RT examined the situation from the examining table.

What was happening? And what could be the problem? Both bots were curious and didn't do much.

While Shaminga looked toward TW3-NDY, furrowing it's brow, H3-RB-3RT's scan range had detected the moving objects. Which seemed attracted to the area TW3-NDY stood. His eye darted between the items and he remained silent. All of these oddities caused a bit of a hush to fall over the two bots.

The objects around the hole slowly moved at first, but after enough force was exerted on them, the items shot toward the hole. Some of the smaller ones were sucked right out of the ship while the bigger ones smacked straight into the wall. Parts of them fit in the hole and that was enough to push their way out. The force from outside was ripping at the objects, trying to make them come out and play. It worked too.

The items on the wall forced their way through, ripping a hole the size of H3-RB-3RT into the ship's wall. The size of the hole was recognized by TW3-NDY and she felt she had no option but to plug it up. Running back to H3-RB-3RT, she grabbed him, ran back to the hole and shoved is body in place. PERFECT! He fit perfectly in the hole. "I am sorry small bot, but your bottom half fit into our destruction zone." He patted his head and then turned to Shaminga. "You need to help me. This temporary fix will not do. Will not do. Will not do. Will not do." Her voice repeated itself over and over again, almost as if trying to make sure they all understood the dangers. "Now. Let's go now." She wasn't really sure where to go and now that Shaminga's jaw was even more messed up, TW3-NDY wasn't sure if she would be any help to her.

"Can you go on an adventure dragon? Can you make the journey?" Her questions almost sounded like one from an epic movie, but it was just the way she was programmed. Walked toward the metal sliding door, she turned back to H3-RB-3RT, "Stay in place and do not wiggle too much. We cannot lose you in space. That would be terrible." Her robotic voice didn't sound very concerned, but she was. Slapping a button on the side of the wall, the metal doors with glass slid open and she stepped outside, waiting for Shaminga. "Where can we find adhesive or metal scraps?" She wasn't accustomed to leaving the Medical Bay much.

The space vacuum that was being created started to tug on Shaminga due to her proximity to the crack turned hole. It seemed that if something wasn't done soon, the whole would grow. It was already causing items to gather near it. And soon, it was growing and growing.

Shaminga looked around in an attempt to think of a way to fix the gap in the glass. It darted toward a desk, but the suction yanked it from it's place. So Shaminga darted for a chair. It too was yanked from it's place. Shaminga began to look more frantically. All the objects around it were moving toward this hole.

The Xiuhcoatl looked to TW3-NDY to see if she had a better idea. After all, she was a nurse bot. Shaminga was used to dealing with the engine room and it's mechanics. A hole in the wall was not within it's specialty.

H3-RB-3RT was surprised to be grabbed, but he was not yet associating his body with the hole in the wall. He simply had been watching the whole event unfold, uninterested in a fix to it. Though really, he hadn't noticed a problem yet.

Though one seemed to create itself as he was shoved into the hole. For a moment, he didn't budge, but then he felt a tug on him and he slid into place, blocking the suction.

Shaminga watched TW3-NDY shove H3-RB-3RT into place. For a moment Shaminga held it's breath and waited. Would it work, or would H3-RB-3RT be unsuspectingly shot into outer space?

Shaminga jumped when H3-RB-3RT was pulled into place. However, when it saw nothing else happen, it signed, it's loose jaw flopping. Smoke came out of it's mouth as he breathed air out. It was a good thing he stuck. Though....the problem really wasn't solved. What would they do now?

H3-RB-3RT's red eye looked around and examined his new position. "I am fine!" He yelled in his normal mono-toned voice. It was true. No damage to him. H3-RB-3RT blinked with the pat and watched TW3-NDY walk away. He wasn't as concerned about the current problem as they were. He felt the solution was applied and now everything was fine. Though really, everything was fine when the hole wasn't plugged. Least, to him.

Shaminga was fine with helping TW3-NDY. She too thought a fix was necessary and noticed leaving H3-RB-3RT there wasn't really going to do.

Shaminga was amused by the questioning. Though her bottom jaw was loose, she was completely capable of going on an 'adventure' to fix this hole. It was required almost. Who else would fix it? Shaminga nodded to TW3-NDY. She couldn't speak. Hadn't been able to do that for a long time. Her smoke and fire breathing had damaged her exposed vocal chip. But it was all fine to her. She was more reserved anyway. Normally, she was hard at work in the engine room. She had a habit of working. What robot didn't enjoy work?

H3-RB-3RT came to attention to TW3-NDY. "Aye, aye captain! I shall not waiver! I shall be ever vigilant!" His goal was now 'stay in place and avoid wiggling'. And he would do that until told not to. "Indeed it would be!" H3-RB-3RT responded. All of his tentacle wiggled goodbye to the two as they left the room. Seeing as he was now a Tantacle, he had more than the usual two.

Shaminga looked to H3-RB-3RT for a moment and considered staying with him. However, he seemed to be ready to handle staying there and his enthusiasm for ordered goals was enough to reassure her to leave him alone. Plus, what would she do if she stayed? She was better off helping the nurse bot find a solution to this mess. She followed TW3-NDY out the sliding door and waited out in the hallway for a discussion of where to go.

Shaminga thought on the question. It sounded as if the best spot for such metals would be in the engine room. They kept spare scraps to repair all the machinery in there so as to keep the engine running. Shaminga was a common sight in the engine room. She knew where they would keep the piles of scrap.

Her large dragon claw motioned for TW3-NDY to follow her and she glided toward the engine room.

TW3-NDY was hard at work running through her archives in her head to think of where to get things to fix it. She might have been a nurse to bots, but what is a rocket ship besides a giant bot that needs to be fixed. As she stood there trying to find something, a wiggle in the corner of her eye caught her attention. Leaving her archived files she turned to look at Shaminga. The dragon was wiggling it's claw at her and TW3-NDY assumed that meant to follow her. Turning and walking behind Shaminga, she really had no reason to ask where they were going but as they walked something kept bothering her.

Shaminga's jaw was still hanging loosley, TW3-NDY had never fixed it and it was beginning to get on her nerves. How could she leave a bot in need unfixed. Though the hole in the wall was important, so was this annoying dangling jaw in front of her. She had to resist the urge to hold Shaminga down and force her jaw into place. As they walked she kept staring at it, each time more intense than the other. In her head the words 'must fix, must fix, must fix' repeated over and over. If she found something on the way to where they were going, she would have to fix it, or it just might kill her to stare at it any longer. Her circuits would overload.

As they neared where they were going, TW3-NDY finally quite paying attention to the the jaw and saw they were standing out in front of the furnace room. "What's in there?" She questioned Shaminga knowing all too well that she wouldn't be able to reply. This would be the first time TW3-NDY actually ever visited the firebot's home. Normally she stayed in the Medical Bay or the Machine Shop. This would be a new place to her. As they entered, the bots that were in there looked over at them, a little surprised to see the nurse here, but not completely. "Where to now? What is here?" She didn't understand why they were here, but Shaminga would probably show them.

TW3-NDY assumed correctly. Shaminga could not speak, or make a sound for that matter, so she had to rely on gestures and motions to help her speak to other bots.

Shaminga had no clue that her loose jaw was a source of complete torture to TW3-NDY. If she had, then she would have opted to stop and fix it. However, seeing as she lacked feeling in it, Shaminga had no care or notice of the thing still hanging there. She especially didn't notice it because she didn't speak. So it was less noticeable to her than it might have been to any other bot.

Shaminga stopped at the entrance of the Furnace Room. Mainly because she heard TW3-NDY question her but also because she had reached the destination and it was time for a new update in direction. How would she answer such a question with no ability to speak? Perhaps she would just continue to lead TW3-NDY to the scrap pile and then it would be shown what they were here for and 'what was in there'.

Shaminga's jaw jiggled as she continued her path toward the scrap pile. There was no gesture beforehand this time. Shaminga figured that TW3-NDY knew to follow her this time. And even if she did not, soon Shaminga would have scrap piece in hand to show TW3-NDY.
