Not everything is 100% guaranteed with our noodles right away. If you offer and nothing comes of it and someone else offers, i may just take them up on it. Do not get mad at me, if you do not commit i can and more than likely will change my mind.
For an ONS rp is not always a requirement. It would be nice, but not necessary. I would like to have a little story about how it came to the ONS so as to have in records. (like a little to much fun the night before, etc)
