I want all senior members of the guild to have a talk about this. So we can keep the guild fresh. Questions I have: First do we want to time skip? If so When? How long should this time skip be? How do we counter the new students? Should we have it in a different guild? What about any transition? {Other}
Please explain in detail that you think needs to be taken notice.

First do we want to time skip? I think a time skip will give us some refreshing ways to RP that way were not doing the same thing all the time.
If so When? This is one of those things that it can go many ways. I think soon to keep this guild a live. Maybe in a month or two. Next month would be best.
How long should this time skip be? I say a 5 yr gap would be nice. Not too little. Not to long. With one month break so everyone can fill in the gaps.
How do we counter the new students? I have a rule with my character. Only 2 per color. I have 4 options left. I think those who are willing to make a few more members are willing to make a student or two that will help.
Should we have it in a different guild? I don't think so because it will get confusing.
What about any transition? One month break between it.

First do we want to time skip? I'd say yes, considering the current events... If so When? Definitely before the new year... How long should this time skip be? At least 5 years, at most, 15. How do we counter the new students? Eh, it's whatever really (At least how I feel) Should we have it in a different guild? Nah, too confusing... What about any transition? Agreed about the 1 month break {Other}

First do we want to time skip? yes, people seem to be getting bored~ If so When? if in another guild, now. Otherwise, a month. How long should this time skip be? fifteen years?..ish. How do we counter the new students? counter? o: Should we have it in a different guild? Yes. That way, no one needs to rush what they're doing now and can move to a more town-like guild when they wish to.

First do we want to time skip? I suppose so.
If so When? Soon? Probably before the new year, like Jitter said.
How long should this time skip be? Five years, give or take a year or two. No more than ten, preferably.
How do we counter the new students? Crush them into pieces and mold them? I could use a new kitchen counter...
Should we have it in a different guild? Depends. Would we be using this one for the present time? Because then maybe. Actually, that might get confusing. Maybe just another subforum for a village on the island? {Because Capital City is on the mainland, right?}
What about any transition? A month sounds good, as long as everyone pitches in to wrap things up around here.
{Other} I think a post should go in all the threads announcing the timeskip. Then people don't get confused. {Everything before the post would be pre-time skip, everything after would be post-time skip. I'm sure you get the idea.}

First do we want to time skip? Sure If so When? I'll go with the trend and say before 2012 How long should this time skip be? Anywhere from five to twenty years How do we counter the new students? They're just part of the next generation of students. Should we have it in a different guild? I kinda think it would be less confusing in a separate guild, and if people don't want to time skip, they can stay in this guild and not fast forward. What about any transition? One month sounds good. {Other} If we do a time skip, I think there should be a post somewhere that would sum up what each of the characters have been doing in the past 5+ years (whatever the timeskip will be) to show what has occurred in the span of time.

First do we want to time skip? Yes, I believe it is essential with any over time rp If so When? By the end of November How long should this time skip be? 5 years will get everyone graduated and associated with outside of school stuff, 10 years would allow time to have "children", and 15 would allow for some of the children to be ready for the main school. How do we counter the new students? ... Should we have it in a different guild? absolutely not, simply refresh what we already have. Wipe everything except what needs to be kept. What about any transition? 1 month to allow for an update on "history" to be added to each person's profile, and the wiping of all unnecessary threads {Other} If members do not post an update to their profiles to account for time skipped then their character is considered dead and will be removed at end of month. I would also suggest a family tree type thread thing to show who is related to whom or married to whom, possibly making that the new profiles of those characters instead of updating their individual threads. Title this kind of threads as [Family Name: Number of adults: Number of students]. in case anyone wonders about my seniority I was the 17th person to join this guild and have stayed semi active/helpful since I joined

First do we want to time skip? I think it would be in the best interest of the guild to do so. If so When? Preferrably within the next month or two, definitely should be done before 2012 as other have mentioned. How long should this time skip be? 5 years seems like a good minimum so they've started up on careers and whatnot, between 15 and 20 as the max so characters have at least matured into how they appeared during the 'Forced Older Day' event. How do we counter the new students? I'd suggest maybe keep a section for them to continue as is, considering they may not have been able to put a whole heap of thought on the future of their characters, it's all a matter of difficulty doing so. If there's going to be two guilds (as mentioned below) then I don't think much has to be done, they're already posting in the right place if you think about it. Should we have it in a different guild? Again, this is a difficulty thing...if both guilds are going to be active then moderating both properly may or may not be an issue. If the 2 guilds action is given the thumbs up, then the new one would be more cities and areas rather than focusing on the school, so maybe that would in turn be a little neater on both ends. To me, it'd only be confusing if there's, for one reason or another, a character acting in both guilds. Other than that, it'd just be like joining another guild but with a little less emphasis on character development. What about any transition? One month sounds like the best option. {Other} Notifying everybody of the change is a definite. If anything else comes to mind I'll put that as an below.

First do we want to time skip? Yes If so When? Well a lot of people seem to want it soon. I suggest that we finish this month. Next month can be the wrap up and the month after that will be the first month for the time skip. How long should this time skip be? The first one should be five years. After that I think we should look at having a time skip. But I think we should consider time skips every so often. How do we counter the new students? That's true there are some people who are still joining or recently joined. I think I would do what Angel suggested and ask senior Rpers if they would be willing to make some new students to fill in the gap. Should we have it in a different guild? Why would we want to? Not only do we have everything we need here, but it prevents confusion and the need to get everyone to join the other guild. What about any transition? One month. {Other} ((I'll think of things later))

First do we want to time skip? Yes, yes yes. If so When? Soon. Like soon. How long should this time skip be? Hmmm like 10-20 years? How do we counter the new students? Put them on a counter. Uhh not sure what that means. I'll answer in next question. Should we have it in a different guild? I think so. So people can keep old characters and make them older, but if new and old members still want a school environment they can while keeping it clean, and hopefully not confusing. What about any transition? Derp, I really don't know what this means either. But everybody says one month, soooo one month!!! I guess. {Other} Not yet!
