Kharn enters sniffing food. Some one has left out a few platters of various foods for the students to grab as they see fit between the meals.

"I'll have to remember this place. *Sniff, Sniff* Smells good to me."

He grabs some sandwiches with some rare meat and a handfull of the snacks putting them in a pouch on his belt for later.

"These will taste great ater a good workout."

Kharn leaves the cafeteria.

Kharn strolls slowly in his eyes alight with hunger and his nose leading the way. He reads the sign and takes a tray going through the line stomache growling loudly the whole time.

"Hello there," Says one of the ladies working behind the counter. She lughs as she hears the growling stomache and says kindly, "Well what would you like for breakfast?"

Kharns eyes are wide. 'Look at all this food!', he thinks. 'I've never seen things like this. I don't know what they all are but they smell good!'

She smiles at Kharn and says, "Don't be shy now. If you want just point out the things you would like."

Kharn nods and starts pointing at one thing then another and another. Soon he's pointing at everything in rapid succesion. The ladies eyes bulge and she calls over two others to give her a hand. Wide eyed in amazement they pile his tray up high with large portions of everything. One of them whispers, "Can one student even eat all of this?!"

Kharn notices and his ears droop a little in embaresment. "Thank you," He says taking the tray. "That will be enough... for now." He takes a seat and begins to eat rapidly and hungrily with great delight as he 'wolfs' down his food and the amazed staff watch. They look at each other and one ofthem says," He said 'for now', right? I guess we should get busy making a bunch more. Let's get back to work!"

Ryth enters the Cafeteria and says to the students in the tour, "Welcome to the Cafeteria. This is a good place to eat and socialize. Please relax here and take a break for a while."

Ryth pulls out a chair for Iolite at a table near a window with a veiw of the garden. "Why don't you take a rest Io. Can I get you something to eat or drink perhaps?"

Ryth smiles back and leaves for a moment. He returns a moment later with two cups of tea and some cheese, crackers and fresh fruit. "I hope this is to your liking for a snack. They had some nice looking pomegranites, apples and berries."

Ryth takes out a knife and begins cutting the larger fruits and the cheese into smaller portions to put on the crackers.

Ryth smiles happily and even blushes a tiny bit. "You are very welcome, my friend." He finishes cutting and cleans his knife before putting it away.

He looks around as he eats some of the snack. "Has it? It's been so long since I was here the first time and so much has happened since then that it is honestly hard for me to remember some things. What has changed for you?"

Ryth nods and stares off out the window. "I've also lost just about every one of my old comrades." He swallows hard and even though there is a sadness to his look, his eye seems to show a strength of steel inside. "I have to continue," He says quietly. "For them I shall complete every mission until this war is finaly at a end."

Ryth looks up and smiles though. "But for now, I am here. The sun is shinning and I am enjoying a day with you my new friend."
