The entire top two floors of the building belongs to Nate, so you can imagine all the room he has. As soon as you walk off the elevator, you are in the foyer that leads into the living room. Off to the left of the living room is the rather spacious kitchen and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a small staircase that leads up into the dining room. Off to the right of the living room is a small staircase that leads up to the next floor where Nate's bedroom & bathroom, and private office. The second floor also has another set of rooms that match and have a view of the pool. A small desk and television in the guests rooms but lack their own bathrooms.
Going back downstairs, underneath the staircase is a door that leads to the back of the apartment where the pool and patio can be found. Now that you know the layout all there is to say is: "Welcome Home!"

▛ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▜ xxxxxNathanial Thamesxxxxx xxxxxYour Werewolf Masterxxxxxx ▙ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▟ It was rather late and he smelled rather heavily of rich perfume and expensive liquoir. Chuckling to himself as he eased himself into his apartment, Nate narrowed his eyes in the darkness making sure that his new housemate wasn't up waiting for him in the foyer. Looking from left to right, the werewolf quietly sneaked his way into the apartment, closing the door silently behind him. His job as a host was often fun and it let him meet many beautiful and willing women, the downfall of it was that he had to return home late which made him feel bad. Nate was always afraid of waking Adrian up and considering that he had promised her that he would take her to see her sister... Well if she was up she would ask him many different questions about how he was going to do that very thing. So far all his ideas had back-fired and he often tried out his ideas before bringing in Adrian. He was afraid of her getting hurt during the fight and so far all of his attempts had ended in short little scruffles. Sighing heavily as he ran a hand through his thick hair, the werewolf decided to go up to his bedroom and take a nice hot shower to get the strong smell off of him. It was really starting to hurt his nose.
Walking into his bedroom and shrugging his clothes off of him, the man was completely naked in his bedroom. Walking around and throwing his clothes in a hamper before making his way into his bathroom where he quickly started his shower. He needed to get such strong smells off of his body before it made his head start to hurt. That was the downfall of having such heightened senses. Washing his hair and his body, Nate washed all of the soap off of him and stepped out, wrapping a towel around his waist as he walked back into his bedroom. It was really, really late but Nate couldn't help that his job kept him out most of the night! Well he could seeing as he was an intelligent man but he kind of enjoyed his job as a host. All he had to do was walk in and be charming and seductive. It was easy as pie! Drying his body off and then his hair, Nate discarded his towel in the hamper before going to his dresser and pulling out a pair of boxers. Pulling them on and then moving over to his bed, the male fell back into the soft silk sheets and burrowed himself into them. Now he just needed to sleep and sleep until he wanted to get up and move around! He had earned the rest of the week off which meant more tries of getting Adrian to Lina.
Though the wolf still wasn't sure as to how that was going to happen, he did promise his new companion that he would get her to her sister. Letting out a yawn as he pulled the covers up to his shoulders, Nate nodded his head and quickly fell into a deep and bit of an exhausted sleep. Throughout the night, Nate continued to sleep peacefully on and into the next day, the only way he was waking up if someone was to go into his room and force him awake.

"I'm more then a number, More then a pretty face, And surely, More then you can handle."
It was a perfectly quiet and boring night, as usual. Trapped inside two floors of a building, with the only way to the outside a pool with more barricades to keep her inside. Of course, she was the only one in the place, as her Master, a certain Nathaniel Thames, worked a night shift wooing women or something like that. Most nights, the dark haired female sat inside, reading, or out by the pool, plotting ways she could get to see her sister. She'd made try at least half a dozen of her silly ideas to no avail so far. There were even those plans which Nate made himself. She figured she was nothing more then a burden to him, so there was some equality and balance to her sitting at home alone again. this was her home now, after all. it wasn't like she was getting away form Nate any time soon.S he needed him to take her to her sister Lina. She needed to meet Lina. That was the female's only objective. The only reason she put up with Nate's s**t. The only reason she stayed put. Or maybe, she was lying to herself, and it wasn't that at all. However, Adrian wasn't boarding that train of thought.
Tonight, Adrian was lying in bed when she heard Nate enter the house. She figured he was heading straight for his room for a shower, because she hated when he smelled like alcohol. He either knew that, or his werewolf nose couldn't handle it. She was betting on the latter. Aggravated, that he didn't even have the manners to come and see her, and check to make sure she was in the house, or still alive, Adrian moved form her bed, and padded softly towards Nate's bedroom. She caught him laying down for bed, and shook her head in frustration. she wouldn't bother him now, seeing as he was probably already asleep. She lingered only a few more moments, before she found herself a spot against window of Nate's bedroom upon the floor. She didn't want to disturb him, but she was tired, and still had a bone to pick with him.
When the first rays of sun began revealing themselves in the glass, Adrian sat bolt upright, marks from the floor on her face. She cursed under her breath at having slept in Nate's room. And on the floor, too. She hissed softly, and moved to Nate. He'd slept long enough. She pushed him back and forth. "Get up. Wake your big, scary werewolf a** up. Let's go. Come on wonder Nate." She rolled her eyes, and gave another shove to Nate. He was going to get up. She needed to escape the confines of the apartment, and he was going to take her somewhere, regardless of where they went. "Get up!" She smacked him a good one across the arm with an angry expression, before putting her hands on her hips with determination.

▛ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▜ xxxxxNathanial Thamesxxxxx xxxxxYour Werewolf Masterxxxxxx ▙ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▟ Being so tired, the werewolf male didn't even move the entire night and some of that day! A smile was on his face as he slept rather soundly not even noticing the rather lovely female moving into his bedroom. The warmth of the sun hitting his face was causing him to get a bit hot, so Nate started to kick the covers off of him revealing his strong and muscular body. As Adrian stood up and started her attempts to try to wake the male up, a frown appeared on his face as warm green eyes opened after a sting was left from a slap on his arm. "Now that wasn't very nice! How are you going to apologize for it~" Pulling the smaller body down to his bed and moving to lay on top of her, Nate pressed his lips to her in a seductive kiss. An arm snaked underneath her waist as the other hand tangled itself in her soft hair. His tongue moved across her lips before he drew her bottom lip between his teeth gently nibbling at it. Letting go and placing another kiss to Adrian's lips, Nate pulled away and looked down into her face with a handsome smile. "Good morning my lovely friend." Chuckling and placing another quick kiss to her lips, the werewolf rolled off of the bed before the woman could hit him.
Walking over to his window, rubbing the back of his head, Nate yawned and started to stretched his sleepy limbs letting out a content sigh once he was finished. "Sorry for getting back so late. I would have came to say "hey" but I thought that you were asleep and I know how much you hate to smell me when I get off from work." Moving some strands of dark brown hair from his face, Nate smiled warmly and walked over to his closet to start looking over different things. He was guessing that his new friend was ready to get out of the apartment, considering she had been locked up in here for a long time. Nate was busy with work and he worked hard so he could surprise Adrian. "Did my kiss stun you that much, dear? As much as I'd like to continue and see what else my kisses do to you, we both really need to get packing. We want to reach our plane on time if we wish to go to the Tropics this week." Winking at her Nate grabbed a rather large and expensive looking suitcase from his closet. "You have a suitcase in your bedroom closet and make sure to pack some formal attire. We have a dinner party that I have to go to for a friend." Smiling once more before turning back to his task of getting packed, the werewolf pulled on a pair of comfy blue jeans and a black tee-shirt.
Then he started filling his suitcase with different shorts, jeans, and shirts of all kinds. Shoes were thrown in next along with socks and then underwear and swimming trunks. Leaving out a pair of leather flip-flops to wear, Nate grabbed a long bag which was meant for a suit to hang safely inside. Grabbing his expensive black tux and brillant white shirt, Nate placed his dress shoes in the bottom and then zipped it up. Now he had to go to the bathroom to get some things. Taking a smaller bag, the man walked to the other room and grabbed a hair brush, a razor, his toothbrush and toothpaste. Almost walking out of the room, Nate remembered his shampoo and bodywash and quickly threw them in as well. After a good solid hour of packing, the werewolf threw the suitcases on his bed and smiled. Now Adrian just had to finish and they could head to the airport! Grabbing his things and sitting them in the hall outside of his door, Nate walked down and into Adrian's room to check on her progress. Leaning against the doorway while he watched her, a grin appeared on his handsome face. "If there is things that you need then I will buy them once we reach our beach house. Whenever you are ready so am I."

⊹⊱⋛ αɗʀɨαɴ ⋚⊰⊹ ║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║"I'm more then a number, More then a pretty face, And surely, More then you can handle."Adrian was still furious with the fact that Nate wasn't getting up. She was not going to spend another day trapped in this stupid apartment. As grandiose as it was, she was in no mood to be held as somewhat of a captive inside. It infuriated her to no end, that she was trapped inside twenty-four seven, while Nate went out to work each night. Sure she knew he had to pay bills, and pay for her, but it still was a tiresome period of waiting. She was still in her bit of rage, when Nate finally roused himself and pulled her into bed. As he moved on top of her, Adrian found her arms pinned between Nate's and her own chest. Soon, her lips were missing underneath Nate's, in a kiss that was far form terrible. her eyes were wide, but gently pulling in to close as she yielded to the kiss. Nate's hand were working their way into her hair, as an arm snaked under her gently, giving her the ability to move her hands if she had wished. She didn't. His tongue moved across her llips, and she knew it was the start of a departure, but she didn't want him to go. She would never admit that right now, but she didn't want to be alone on this stupid quest of hers any longer. What if Lina didn't even want to see her? What if this whole search and rescue mission was a flop? Adrian already knew that her sister wouldn't leave her kids. From the few things she'd been told about Lina, Adrian had gathered that Lina was quite responsible. In addition, all that Nate had told her, made it perfectly clear, that her sister was quite happy where she was. That was the real goal wasn't it? To make sure her sister was happy? It had to be, now that Adrian knew she wouldn't be taking her sister away with her.
Another kiss, and the withdrawal of Nate's lips form her face, made her look up into his eyes, as he gave her quite a handsome smile. A good morning was said, but Adrian's mind was racing so face she couldn't speak a word. Did she really hate Nate as much as she thought she did? No. Yet, she couldn't fall for him. not when Lina was so close. When she needed to get out of this crazy house, where her only companion and social contact was this werewolf with brown hair and green eyes. that's all this was. She desperately needed contact, and so she was letting any of it in. Yes. that's all her yielding had been. If that was so, why was she so upset that the moment was over? When Nate Rolled off the bed, Adrian drew her limbs closer to her for a moment, breaking the frozen stupor, only to have another as more questions about how she viewed Nate passed through her brain. When she saw him at the window, she was surprised he apologized. The fact that he realized that she hated the way he smelled was surprising. She wondered if he really knew why she hated the way he smelled. It wasn't the alcohol, but the plethora of perfumes that seemed to surround him when he returned. Maybe she was more attached then she thought. She didn't really pay much attention to him when he made his way over to his closet. She figured it was just the start of a new day. She needed to get out of his bedroom, and go get dressed herself.
When called on the kiss, Adrian jumped, turning her gaze to Nate. She did her best to keep her face blank, but knew that a blush was at least softly tinting her cheeks, if it wasn't terribly obvious. He said something about a plane. And the tropics? The place of palm trees, sand, and beaches. She had never been there before, and apparently, he was taking her there. Did he know that being trapped inside all day was making her stir crazy? She saw him remove a large suitcase form his closet, and carefully moved to bring her hand behind her ankle, where it couldn't be seen. She pinched herself, to make sure she was fully awake, before nodding softly, and moving out of the room quickly. She didn't have it in her to say anything at the moment, which was a shocker. Adrian always had a witty comment, or something to bark about. She should have been yelling at Nate, and telling him that the way he had kissed her was unacceptable, but she didn't have the drive to do it.
Back in her own room, Adrian found her own suitcase in her closet. It was really expensive looking, and was huge. She knew she had a custom styled wardrobe in her closet, and that not all of the items would fit, but still, she'd never really had a suitcase that was this big in her life, not to mention, the things to fill it. With a shake of her long hair, Adrian pulled together an outfit quickly, then ran a brush through her hair. A small bag inside the larger suitcase, was designed for toiletries, and so Adrian took care of those first, making sure shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste and the rest of the works were inside the bag. Following the bag of toiletries, Adrian simply began throwing different clothes into the bag. She was certain she was over packing. Four formal dresses, four bathing suits, thirteen outfits, ten pairs of shoes, and many accessories later, Adrian was packed.
She hadn't taken note of Nate standing in her door frame until he spoke. It made her jump a bit, as she looked at him. She was still unsure how she was feeling about his kiss. She pulled the suitcase off her bed, grateful for the wheels, and pulled it out of her room. 'I'm ready..." She let it trail off, avoiding his gaze as she passed him in the hallway. She was acting stupid now. Avoiding Nate, because he'd given her a kiss? Yes. Stupid. She bit her ip, and turned to him, watching for a moment, before walking up to him. her face a mix of anger, and embarrassment, she leaned up, stood upon her tip toes, and kissed him herself. Pulling back, she looked away, heading to her bag once more. "Let's go then...We don't want to be late right?"

▛ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▜ xxxxxNathanial Thamesxxxxx xxxxxYour Werewolf Masterxxxxxx ▙ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▟ Her body was warm and fit so nicely against his own. Nate lowered his lips to her as a hand moved to hair and an arm snaked around her slim waist. She wasn't fighting him which was a good sign and Nate found that kissing Adrian was much more different than kissing any other woman. She was softer and much sweeter than the others which made his body burn with desire. Realizing he should stop before he did anything to her, the werewolf placed one last gently kiss to her soft lips and pulled away with a smile. Adrian seemed lost in a daze but she wasn't angry like he assumed that she would be, so the male told her good morning before getting off of the bed. Walking over to his window while he rubbed the back of his neck and then started to stretch his long limbs, Nate apologized for not coming to see her when he got back last night. For some reason, Adrian seemed much more irritable when he came home from work. The wolf decided that it was because he smelled WAY too much like alcohol and the different perfume that lingered on his clothes. Of course he didn't think that Adrian was jealous or had any special attachment to him. She saw him as a way to get to her sister and that was it... wasn't it? He didn't like being confused so walking over to his closet Nate started packing telling his lovely friend to do the same.
She left without a word which confused Nate as well. He was sure that she would cuss him or have some snappy remark, but she blushed lightly as he recalled the kiss. Surely the woman was used to kissing? Shaking his head, the werewolf started throwing different things into the large suitcase and once that task was finished with, he pulled his things into the hallway and walked to Adrian's bedroom to check on her. Leaning against the door frame with a smile on his face, Nate watched her with a gentle expression that he never showed anyone but her. Having Adrian here and living with him made his life seem better. Asking if she was ready and that he would buy anything she would need once they reached their destination. Nodding his head as Adrian said that she was ready, turning to follow her Nate stopped when she came over to him. Now that was odd? Was she going to hit him for earlier? Her expression held anger and embarrassment and as he was about to ask her if something was wrong, she leaned up to kiss him. A stunned look was on his face as he tried to ignore the way her body felt as it slid down his. Was God punishing him now? Though the kiss was simple and quick, Nate found himself speechless for a few moments. Yeah he had plenty of women kiss him but there again... With Adrian it was different.
Shaking his head, Nate forced himself to snap back into reality. The need to grab Adrian and pull her against him was too great and the werewolf was tempted to kiss her stupid, but right now he didn't want to ruin their nice but confusing atmosphere. "No we don't want that.." Walking past his own room and grabbing his things, Nate walked them down the stairs and then took Adrian's so she wouldn't have to pull them down. Walking out of the apartment and locking the door, the pair walked into the elevator and then out to the car garage. Throwing their things into the trunk, Nate opened the door for Adrian and then climbed in on the driver side once she was all settled in. "Oh I got you something." Leaning over and opening the glove box, Nate pulled out a small silk bag and placed it in her lap. "I thought you might want some sunglasses. They can be handy sometimes." Smiling at her before starting the car, the man backed out and then pulled out onto the street. Now on to the airport! The drive there was mostly silent, save for the radio, but Nate was thinking to himself. He did admit that Adrian was different from other women and not because she was someone he rescued from a slave shop, but it was something about her that was more attractive... Many called him a man whore seeing as Nate had had his fair share of women but ever since the woman beside him came into his life, Nate found himself comparing other woman to Adrian. All of them came up short of course..
Finally arriving at the airport, the pair went through the long task of getting everything on the plane and then been shown to their seats in first class. Settling back in his seat with a sigh, Nate closed his eyes. In a few hours they would be in the tropics and having a good time. The flight wasn't bad at all and once their plane landed and they were able to walk out of the busy air port, the warm sun and a warm breeze brushed across his face. Now this was nice! Watching as their bags were loaded into a black limo, Nate walked over to Adrian and wrapped an arm around her waist. "Now off to the beach house. Shall we?" walking to the car and climbing behind his companion, the door shut behind him and then they were off once more. With the Windows rolled down, Nate could easily smell the salt in the air from the ocean. There was no place like the ocean! After a few moments they arrived at a little condo on the beach. When the door was opened up for them Nate came out and took Adrian's hand, telling the driver to go and take their bags inside. Watching the other man, the werewolf turned his attention to the woman beside him. "What do you think so far? Think you'll have a good time!"

▛ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▜ xxxxxNathanial Thamesxxxxx xxxxxYour Werewolf Masterxxxxxx ▙ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▟ Strong and primitive male instincts were taking slow control of the werewolf, and the wolf inside him and had the great desire to mate with the woman underneath him. Another urge to change her was just as strong and as Nate nuzzled Adrian's neck, his teeth ached to sink deep into her neck. Though he wouldn't be able to change her until he had mated with her underneath the full moon, which was very close... Was that why the urge to mate was so strong right now? A burning heat burned through his body and a certain part of him was hard and ready. Hearing her voice, Nate looked down at her with dark green eyes. The heat and passion was getting to his head and what the woman said next caused his hopes to drop. Fast. She loved him and wanted to continue but he couldn't promise that he'd be able to stop himself. A growl rumbled in his throat as Nate shook his head and moved to set on the edge of the bed. Putting his head in his hands, Nate hid his face from Adrian, simply afraid that she see that pain that he was in. "Adrian you need to leave and go back to your room... Don't argue with me right now. Just go!" His voice was a snarl and when Adrian didn't get up fast enough, Nate quickly stood up and walked out of the condo. Closing his eyes and breathing heavily, the werewolf tried to calm down but it wasn't happening. He had to get away and find someone to plow into. His hormones were just to high and he needed to fix that. Transforming into a wolf, Nate sprinted off into the night. He had no intentions of returning until super late or the next morning. Once he was at the far end of the beach, his ears picked up the sound of a couple of girls playing in the ocean. They were obviously drunk which meant they were easy pickings. Changing back into a man, tearing what remained of his clothes off of him, Nate walked over to them and started working his charms. Yes it was going to be a long night... Which is what he needed...
-A Couple of Weeks Later- Nate was back at work with his arm around the waist of a slim blonde with bright blue eyes that were full of mischievousness. The werewolf's lips were next to the woman's ear, whispering sweet and seductive words that made her blush and squirm against him. All Nate would do was chuckle and brush his fingers along her cheek, making the blonde believe that he was solely interested in only her... However that wasn't the case. The woman he wanted was tucked away in his apartment, probably cursing his very name and wishing that he was dead. Well... Probably not dead but very injured. Shaking the thoughts from his head, Nate looked down at his customer and smiled seductively at her. Oh yes... He had her wrapped around his little finger. Bending down to whisper in her ear once more, Nate asked the woman if she wanted to come home with him, which she quickly agreed to. When the werewolf finally got off of work, his.. distraction was waiting by his car with an eager smile. Climbing into his own side of the car, Nate unlocked the door and waited for her to climb in. Then it was off to the apartment. As they drove the car remained silent, save for the radio and the blonde's mindless talk. Even with the talking and music, Nate's thoughts were trained when they were at the tropics... He was close to what he wanted but he had to save Adrian from himself. As soon as they got back, the werewolf kept himself busy with work, and keep his passions in check by ******** whatever he deemed good enough. Sometimes he would just have quickies at work, others were at hotels, and there were few occasions that he would bring them home. Tonight he was going home. Of course, as soon as he was finished he would send this woman packing. She was nothing more than tool to get rid of all his pent up frustrations. However that didn't meant that Adrian enjoyed it. Oh, Nate was positive that the woman hated him for what he was doing... especially after she told him she loved him...
That thought caused his fingers to tighten on the steering wheel. He cared deeply for the woman... Hell he didn't know what this feeling had for her was called, but that was why he was going around and messing around with all these women. To protect Adrian. Many wouldn't see it that way. Even few werewolves would understand his logic but he just had to do this... He didn't have much of a choice. As soon as mating season was over then he could get back to his regular life and try to explain to Adrian why he did what he did. By then though... Nate had a feeling it would be too late. At the very thought, they had pulled in and parked in the parking lot belonging to his building. As he climbed out of the car and threw fake but handsome smiles at the woman, Nate couldn't help but think that he wasn't good enough for Adrian... maybe he should just continue to piss her off so bad that she would go to live with Lina. Would she be happier there with her sister? Wrapping his arm around the blonde's shoulders, Nate continued to smile at her and whisper his seductive plans for her. When they moved into the elevator, the woman's arms were around his neck and made Nate think about their size. Compared to Adrian, they were scrawny and weak... Her eyes also lacked the fierce determination that Adrian's had... Still it didn't stop him from pulling her close to his body and to start kissing her stupid. As soon as the doors opened, Nate checked his watch. It was late so Adrian was sure to be asleep. "Come on in... Then we can go to the bedroom and finish things there.." Biting the woman's neck, Nate pulled her into the apartment.
Tonight would be no different from the rest. He would have sex with this one and then send her home afterwards. He never kept them until morning seeing as he didn't want Adrian to see them. Was he ashamed of himself? Most certainly but one wouldn't be able to tell. Not even Adrian...

 ⊹⊱⋛ αɗʀɨαɴ ⋚⊰⊹ ║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║
"I'm more then a number, More then a pretty face, And surely, More then you can handle."
Everything had been simple before vacation. Everything had been manageable. There had been no great quarrel between herself and Nate. They had, of course, been struggling with Adrian's own selfish desire to go and meet Lina, but they had gotten over that. Everything had changed on vacation. Lina and her husband had turned out to be less then desirable people to be around. Lina's husband had nearly beaten the crap out of Nate. Then, Nate had left for the mainland without her. Once she'd caught up with Nate, she'd admitted how she felt about him. How she was starting to feel. She'd put herself out there for the first time ever. She'd never let anyone else in that deeply. Never into her feelings. It seemed to destroy everything. Nate was yelling at her, telling her to leave. She didn't understand. hadn't she seen him as a wolf? Hadn't she seen him at his scariest? But he'd left then. left her so suddenly she didn't know what to feel. There was nothing to base her emotions, or Nate's reaction on. It was simple bewilderment that was leaving the dark haired female in an almost agony.
Things had not improved with time either. They had come back home, and Nate had kept her at a wide distance. He'd even gone as far to sneak in other women. Pf course, it had started with Nate just coming home later, or with the smell of women on him. At first, Adrian had been able to write it off as a busier time for him at work. When he had tried to sneak his first woman in, Adrian had caught her leaving, rather then entering. She felt betrayed. How could Nate do that to her? She was no better then a dog that he couldn't get rid of. She was complete with the collar and the inability to leave the gilded cage. She avoided Nate at all costs, trying to give him time to stop this insane habit, but it seemed as though the more space she gave, the more space he took. He brought more girls home, and Adrian fell further into despair. He was pulling it into her face that he was in charge. She should have never told him that she had loved him. That she cared for him. How could he do this to her when she'd admitted such? She could never fathom such cruelty done to her. She had tried, for so long to stay locked away, and it had kept her safe. The one time she had opened herself up for someone, and they had taken advantage of what she offered.
She was pissed. She was fuming. She was angry, distraught, confused, hurt, and a million more things at once. It was dark within the condo. She was sitting in it's pristine entrance. The first room off form the elevator. Sitting on the couch, she waited for the rush of the elevator that would tell her someone was coming up. She sat vigilantly for hours, until she finally heard the whoosh confirming that her confrontation was about to begin. She focused her eyes on the double doors form the couch. Being that it was dark, she would not be detected until a light was turned on. She could turn them on thankfully, and that would probably be when everything went down. There was a soft ding as the elevator reached the floor. The doors slid apart and Nate moved in with some Blonde twig-like creation. Adrian scrunched her nose in disgust. Nate should at least have had better taste in women. He could have done so much better then this blonde clone of a model or pinup creation. Adrian moved quickly, turning on the lights, creating a defiant stance. Arms crossed over her chest, she leveled her eyes at the Nate. She then turned to give the girl a once over. She had to know exactly what she was dealing with.
It took all Adrian had not to snort. She most certainly scoffed. This blonde was nothing. Just a piece of meat really. The girl wore club wear, and Adrian knew she looked different. Her own hair was down, and probably rather messy looking. She was wearing simple yoga-style pants that belled about the ankles and a fitted long sleeve shirt in black. She knew her gaze was piercing, and she knew that the girl was uncomfortable already. She looked to Nate then, gesturing with a hand as she spoke. "Nice to know you were bringing a girl home. Again. And such a pick Nate. Really. I admire your taste. You had to have picked the skimpiest choice of all, didn't you" She looked to the girl then, her eyes ablaze with badly aimed rage. "Did you tip him well? Or was that what this trip to his house was for? Couldn't afford to tip him in cash so you decided you'd show him a little something, maybe let him take a bit or something as payment instead?" Adrian was seething, her gaze turned back to Nate, watching as the blonde spoke with Nate, with obvious discomfort. nothing went unnoticed. Just as the small saying of "I'll see you later" came. Sure. See him at work. Stay at work. She was not welcome in this home, especially if Adrian was going to be forced to remain inside of it.
Once the girl had left, her gaze was fully on Nate once more. She was so angry, she was shaking with rage. "Shoot. Tell me what the hell you have to say about all of this. I know this isn't the first time. Am I a bore to you? Just a broken toy? Oh, no, better yet, I'm the dog right? Here when you want to offer a pet, complete with the collar. I get the lap of luxury. Food, water, clothes, and all the time in the world to sit by myself while "master" is out on the town ******** some bitches. Should I roll over an bark for you too?" She was yelling by the time she'd finished. She glared at Nate. His stance, the fact that he had stood there and listened while she talked. Everything about him was irritating. She strode to him, and smacked him hard as she could in the face. She knew it wouldn't do much, but with it, she felt angrier then ever. Why did she have to be weak while he got to be stronger then anything else? Why was she frail? She couldn't stand it. Even her hand stung after impact. She shook her head, and turned before he could see the angry tears forming in the corner of her eyes. She was stronger then this. Now she was looking like a damn fool. it took all her willpower not to run to her room. No. She stalked off,a s if she were collected, never turning to let him see her face. She hoped his own clothing was too compacted with human scents so that he couldn't smell the tears.
When she got to her room, she made sure she slammed the door, and even went as far as to lock it. She didn't know if Nate had a key. She didn't much care either. That was his own problem. She HATED the way he was acting. She HATED what he was doing to her. But, she couldn't find it in herself to actually hate Nate. That, more then anything, was what really drove Adrian mad. She was not going to play this game. Shaking her head, she curled into the blankets upon her bed and kept her back to the door, allowing herself view out the window. She wouldn't talk to him if he came after her. It would be better that he didn't. She had nothing to say to him.

▛ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▜ xxxxxNathanial Thamesxxxxx xxxxxYour Werewolf Masterxxxxxx ▙ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▟ Nate had expected it to be a fairy easy night. All he had to do was bring his current lover for the night home, use her body until his needs were sated, and then send her on her happy way home. The blonde understood that this was nly a one night deal. Nate would treat her just like all the others. Sweet talk them, give them the best night of their lives, and send them back home. No promised were made, no drama. Just sex. Nothing more. The ride to his apartment building was quiet, seeing as the werewolf had his current toy shoved against the wall fo the elevator. His knee kept her legs parted while his lips pressed against hers in hot, urgent kisses. His body was more than ready to go even though the wolf inside of him growled with displeasure. This woman (along with all the others) was not the one the wolf wanted! The creature knew that all fo this was just a way to skip the mating process! The displeasure caused a growl to leave the male, which caused him to be rougher with the blonde. It seemed she didn't mind it though because it caused the woman to call his name and moan against his lips.
When the elevator reached his floor, Adrian's scent hit him hard, making him to start panting heavily. This happened every time he done this. When they always reached his apartment and Adrian's scent filled his strong senses, he always pictured Adrian in his mind while he ******** the other women. It made it more bearable that way... More enjoyable. It was easier to live with himself everyday when he pictured her. Walking into the apartment, with the blonde close to his side, the werewolf was getting ready to lead the woman to his room but stopped when the lights flipped on. What the hell? Looking voer towards the couches, there stood Adrian. Oh s**t... She was pissed. Even though he was caught as well as in deep trouble, dark green eyes roamed across her body. His eyes narrowed as his nostrils flared. The look of a hungry, starved wolf was clearly written on his face. Yes! This was the woman that the wolf wanted! The woman standing beside him was completely forgotten for the moment. All his efforts of trying to avoid Adrian had failed miserably. He would have to try and control himself now.. So far it didn't seem like that woule be able to happen though. He wanted her to badly! Her words towards him were angry, hurt, and possibly a little jealous. His eyes seemed to tak an even darker shade as a growl left him. "Seeing as it is my home and all, I figured I could bring women home when I wanted." Shrugging his shoulders as he let out a chuckle, Nate gave her a cocky but seductive smirk when Adrian mentioned his taste. As, she was trying to insult them both now. Wrapping his arm around the blond and pulling her closely to him, Nate lifted the blonde's chin with a finger and looked down at her. He couldn't help but let out another chuckle as the woman shivered against him. "Say what you want Adrian, but I do love all women... It is that you are possibly jealous, dear?"
This caused the woman beside him to become very uncomfortable. This other woman was insulting and scary and the blonde was sure that if she would choose to stay, than she would be killed during her sleep possibly. No.. she had tog et out of this place. Placing a hand on Nate's arm, the blonde said that she would see him later and quickly left the place. She was scared and the woman really didn't want to lose her life. It just wasn't worth it. Watching the woman leave the apartment caused the werewolf to growl lightly. Even though Nate had no real feelings towards the woman, there was no need for Adrian to be so damned insulting!! She could insult all the hell she wanted, but this time he'd let it go... Only because his thoughts were circling around one certain thought. The erection in his pants hadn't lessened, oh no... If anything it had grew and even as he stood in front of the glaring and outraged Adrian, she was still sexy and it made Nate want to shove her against a wall and be mean to her back. With his full attention on the smaller form belonging to Adrian, Nate listened intently with narrowed eyes. Where in the ******** was she getting all of this? She wasn't a broken toy or a dog! If anyone was a dog it was him! God what was up her a**! Before he even got to say anything to her, a sharp slap was delievered to his face. Nate just stood there stunned for a few moments. Did she honestly just hit him?! Letting out a deep growl as the woman walked off to her room, the werewolf started walking the same direction when hse slammed the door making sure to lock it. What the hell was she thinking! "Don't think that we're finished talking just because you slammed this ******** door! I plan on talking to you so you better open the damn thing up before I break it down!" Slamming a fist against the hard wood, a dent was made in the door. Damn it... He was going to have nad break this door down after all.
Slamming against the door and eventually letting out a snarl, Nate delivered a hard kick causing it to crack and fall back into Adrian's room. Looking over at her and storming over at her bed, Nate quickly climbed onto it and over her body. One of his large hands quickly took hold of both of hers and pulled them up and over her head, locking her smaller wrists in a powerful hold. Leaning all of his weight on one hand while one of his leg rested between hers, the werewollf glared down at her with a red handprint on his cheek. "Just shut the ******** up and listen for ******** once! Do you know why I've been ******** avoiding you and going around town "******** all the bitches"? Do you!?" His breathing was harder, faster because of the woman beneath him. Her scent was driving him crazy and because it was mating season.... Everything was multiplied. His erection was surely stabbing hard at her belly, demanding attention as well as relief. "Do you know what is like to go through a damn mating season? Hmm? Certainly not because you humans don't ******** understand anything about animal desires! Do you even know why I left you that night?! I did it to ******** protect you from myself you little idiot! If I had made love to you then and there, I would have ignored your wants and went ahead and mated with you as well as changed you!" His temper was soaring as well as his body heat. His was slowly starting to lose control of himself letting his instincts get the better or him, becoming wild much like wolves were meant to be.
"When wolves can't mate with who they want it hurts us greatly, and so we try to find comfort elsewhere! Those other women are ******** nothing Adrian! Just a way to get through this damned mating season, but I don't even ******** care about what you want right now! I know what I want and I'm sure as hell going to get it!" Letting out a sharp growl, Nate quickly pressed his lips against hers and nipped at her bottom lip so her lips would part for him. Soon as they were, Nate dipped his tongue ran it across hers in order to taste the sweet cavern. His free hand went to grab her hip as he pressed more of weight onto her, making sure she couldn't move. Adrian wasn't getting away from him this time, and by the Gods he wasn't going to run away either. No.. Not this time...

"I'm more then a number, More then a pretty face, And surely, More then you can handle."
She knew almost the instant she’d finished the action, that slapping Nate had not been a good idea. Not only was it rather uncalled for. It was also unnecessary violence that would only be sure to escalate Nate’s anger. Of course, that didn’t mean Adrian felt sorry for what she did. Quite the contrary, she knew that she had only been bringing Nate to anger, which was only part of what she herself felt. She wondered if he’d follow her, and got her answer as she heard him pounding down the hall to her door. Of course, she’d locked it, so he couldn’t just walk inside. He was yelling at her now, telling the conversation wasn’t over just because she slammed the door. Was he really that stupid? The discussion was over. She didn’t’ want to talk to him. Didn’t want to see him. She almost wished that he would just leave the house. She didn’t want to know that he was indeed around. She rolled over in bed, looking to the door. <******** YOU NATE!” She bellowed at the door, hearing a slam against it. He must have punched the door. She didn’t care. She hoped he hurt his damn hand in the process. He had even had the audacity to insinuate that she was jealous of his blonde trash! Far from it! She didn’t care. He could screw as many tramps as he wanted. She didn’t even know why she cared. It’s not as if he’d ever even said he loved her. She was stupid for thinking that “caring for her” translated into something more monogamous. No. She didn’t’ want this man around. She wanted him gone from her. She was about to turn back to her bead, when the entire door splintered.
In burst Nate. She moved to pull herself off the bed, but Nate atop her before she had the chance. This, perhaps, was more infuriating then the betrayal, and the yelling. She was NOT going to be pinned down underneath him. She was not his to control. She was NOT going to do this. She moved to smack him, but this hand found both of hers and she cursed at him, mainly for being larger then her, but also, because she was not going to be held. She trashed wildly, not willing to be held down by him. There were so many things that she could have done. Somewhere in the back of her mind, she knew that Nate wasn’t as vile as a stranger doing this would be, so she kept herself from spitting straight into his face, but her thrashing didn’t cease. His leg moved between hers, and she looked up at him, screeching in her fury. She was not going to be pinned down like this. She was not going to let this happen. No. She was in control of herself. She was not going to be taken in this way. It was a violation of everything. Then he was yelling at her. Cursing at her. She didn’t care what he had to say. She shrieked louder and thrashed harder, trying to pull herself from underneath him. She was not going to be held by him. Not at all! He said something about mating season. That’s what he was talking about. The idea made her even more livid. She growled, and started her howling anew, shaking beneath him, her feet clawing and pushing at the mattress. She was going to move him off of her body. Then she felt his own member press against her. Her eyes widened in further rage. How dare he? Was he going to try and force her? HOW DARE HE! She screamed at him. ”GET OFF! GET OFF! HOW DARE YOU! HOW ******** DARE YOU! TAKE THAT THING AWAY FROM ME! HOW DARE YOU!? YOU WILL NOT FORCE ME!!!!” She was disregarding the mention of being changed, and being mated. She missed all this in her rage. She was blocking him out with her own anger now. He needed to get off of her and leave her be.
Again, he was talking about mating and wolves. How if they couldn’t have what they wanted it hurt them. The only reason she could hear, was because she was out of breath. Yet, she was still moving. Still trying to get Nate off of her. She was not going to tolerate such violation upon her person! He didn’t care what she wanted? He knew what he wanted and was going to get it? Sure as hell, he was wrong. She was about to send another tirade form her mouth when Nate’s lips found hers in some sort of hungry passion. He was nibbling, and she found his tongue in her mouth. She bit down hard upon it, not willingly to let it go for a moment. She only bit harder down upon it. His weight on top of her was not going to stop her either. She managed a leg movement and brought her knee sharply into his side. It was a stretch, and she repeated the action once more. She moved her other leg to his groin, nailing him soundly in it. She didn’t care if she hurt him now. Her eyes were wide with shock and disgust. She scrambled to move herself off the bed, falling off the side once Nate was off of her. She curled around herself, pulling herself into a corner against the wall. ”Stay away from me. Stay the hell away from me. They were right. I didn’t believe… they were right. Lina.. was right…” Adrian brought her arms around herself, still trembling form shock , rage, betrayal, and everything else. If Nate advanced on her once more, it would be all over. She didn’t know what she would do. How dare he try and force her. How dare he try this. Why hadn’t she believed her own blood, when she had tried to warn her? Lina had tried to warn her of this. Why hadn’t Adrian listened? She was a fool.

▛ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▜ xxxxxNathanial Thamesxxxxx xxxxxYour Werewolf Masterxxxxxx ▙ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▟ After the woman had hit him, Nate had lost all self control. Storming his way up to her bedroom, the werewolf kicked the door in and walked inside of it, climbing on top her and restraining her hands with one of his own. There Nate started to explain his actions even though it was completely obvious that Adrian was way too pissed off to listen to him. The wolf inside of was taking control and Nate no longer had control over his actions. The beast inside knew what it wanted and it was determined to have it. Right now. So after his long speech, Nate proceeded to press his lips harshly against hers as his body pressed its weight against her to restrict her movements. Of course she thrashed about trying to get loose, but the wolf knew that all her attempts would mean nothing. He was larger and a hell of lot stronger than she would ever dream of being! There was no escape for her now! Well so he thought... His tongue that had been busy was bitten down on. Hard. Letting out a growl and gripping her wrists tighter, the man was determined to have what he wanted. His holds were becoming stronger and he pressed his growing attraction for her hard against her stomach. When all the other wolves fought against each other, they were rough and had always enjoyed the harsh nature of the mating experience. Which is what Nate was registering her actions. Well... He did until a knee was driven into his side and then a swift knee to his groin caused Nate to let out a howl and fall to the floor. However the pain was what caused the animal to disappear and Nate was starting to get control over his thoughts once more, making him try to register all the pain that hw was experiencing right now. What was going on again? And were exactly was that blonde from earlier? Thinking hard about it, a look of horror was on his face as he tried to stand up, trying to ignore the shooting pain in his crotch.
There he was saw Adrian huddle against the wall and Nate knew what he had tried to do... Taking a step towards her so he could see if she was alright, Nate flinched when she yelled at him telling him not to come closer. What had he done! Opening his mouth to try and explain himself, the man stopped when she said they were right... Lina was right about him... His out stretched hand dropped to his side as he looked away from her. A look of pain clearly written on his face. He ruined everything... In just a few short minutes he ruined everything. Clenching his fists closed tightly, his nails cutting deep into his palms. Blood started to drip from between his fingers and Nate knew what he had to do. He had to let Adrian think that he was the bad one... That way she could be happy and free of him. "Of course they are right... Do you think that someone who is evil can just change their personalities!" A harsh growl sounded from him as he forced thet ears in his eyes to not well. He couldn't let her see how much this hurt him. She deserved better! "I don't need this and I never needed you! You were just someone to make this place more full! Nothing else!!" With that said, Nate stormed out of the apartment making sure to slam the door of the building loudly behind him. Rushing into the elevator, the werewolf slid down the wall and placed his face in his hands. He was such a ******** idiot!! The only chance of happiness he had, he had to ******** ruin it!! Letting out a loud growl, Nate delievered a harsh blow into the side of the elevator causing a large dent to form. It was all over...
There was nothing he could to do fix this except one thing. Pulling his phone out and dailing a number, Nate closed his eyes to stop himself from crying. Werewolves didn't cry over anything! When the voicemail picked up, Nate left a message. "Braxton... you need to come and get Adrian.. I can't take care of her anymore and I'm not the right man for her... Just promise me that whatever she says about me let her believe it, and just make her happy alright..." Telling the address to the building and the pin to get inside of the apartment, Nate closed his phone and crushed it in his hands. After this, he wasn't about to let anyone find him. He was going to run and be alone seeing as his human interaction with people always ruined things. As soon as the doors of the elevator opened, Nate walked out calmy and walked to his car, climbing and just started tod rive. He had no idea where he was going or what in the hell he was going to do, but as long as he was far away from Adrian that was all that mattered. He just had to get the hell out of the city. Things would be better with him gone and pulling his car into the airport, Nate walked inside of the building and handed the keys to a woman at the desk. "Call this number and tell them to take care of it and give it to Adrian..." Paying for a ticket, Nate decided to go oversees to the country closest to the Pyrenean Mountains. There he could live his life out a wolf until he decided to come back home... If he even decided it...

"I'm more then a number, More then a pretty face, And surely, More then you can handle."
She was not going to apologize for what she’d said. She was not going to apologize for kicking, screaming, and causing harm to Nate. She would never utter an apology for her behavior during the time he had been on top of her. It simply wouldn’t be done. She didn’t care. She hated him at the moment. She didn’t care about his feelings, or his reaction. She didn’t care about his words. Nor about what was going through his mind. Whatever followed was insignificant in comparison to her own thoughts and feelings at the moment. He had tried to rape her. That was the cold hard truth. She could use pretty words like forced or “have his way” but the harsh reality, was that he’d tried to rape her. He’d mounted her, and violated her mouth with his own. He’d used his weight to pin her down, and it was only by luck that she’d managed to nail him in the spots she had. Huddled in her corner, Adrian watched, her eyes wide, with fear and rage as Nate started towards her. His hand outstretched. Her words reached his ears and he faltered, before dropping away from her altogether. Good. Stay away form me. She tried to look defiant, but the expression came out terribly, making her look more lost then she had only moments ago.
Nate spoke then. He confirmed everything. Saying that he was just as Lina had said. That he couldn’t just change. That he had never needed her. She was nothing more then an object to him. Her heart sank. Through all the rage, she had never, EVER wanted to hear that. Not when she had told him how she felt. It just made her hollow, as if he’d punched right through her. She watched, her eyes wide, as Nate retreated from the room. The slamming of a door confirmed his exit from the apartment. She sat still for another moment, before doubling over, putting her face to the floor, and losing herself. Tears poured like falls from her eyes as she screamed in Nate’s absence. She felt lost. Everything was gone, and yet everything coursed through her at once. Rage, bitterness, betrayal, loss, sadness, grief, pity. Everything. She punched the window several times until her knuckles bled with her emotions. She could not bring herself to get back up to the bed. Not after everything had happened in it. She didn’t want to move. When her throat was swollen, and sound came no more, the tears were still there. When her hands ached and she could no longer bring herself to move them, she remained still. It was still dark outside. She should have been sleeping, but nothing came.
It was not until hours later, that her mind and body finally made her cave to sleep. Her exhaustion overtaking her body. She remained huddled close to herself. Almost in a fetal position upon the floor. Her hand gingerly tucked to her chest, with the brown crusting of dried blood. There were spots on the window and the floor where her blood had dripped. Tears, even in her sleep did not stop, leaving her cheeks glistening with the stains. Her hair fanned out past her head lie some decrepit banner left on the battlefield after a loss. She was gone in exhaustion, unable to fight it, but even in her sleep, she still felt bitter and lost. Dreaming about venturing down hallways lined with locked doors and mists that obscured her vision. She was unable to find where she truly needed to go. She wasn’t sure if she’d ever find her way out again. Why had Nate done this to her? Why had he lead her along, just to kill her in the end? No. He had done something worse then killing. He had left her to suffer with life that was half of it’s true nature. Something as unforgivable. Killing her would have been a kinder mercy then what she was faced with now.

B ʀᴀxᴛᴏɴ “Bʟᴀᴄᴋ” Tʜᴀᴍᴇs▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Braxton already knew that it was bad as soon as he walked into the building. The same of Nate's blood filled his nose and when he walked into the elevator, a large dent was in the side of it along with blood splatters on the floor. Did a fight break out? Had his brother hurt his mate's sister? Surely not? Black could tell by the look in his eyes that his brother cared for the woman. Surely he wouldn't harm her in any way... unless... Oh s**t.. Mating season. Braxton pinched the bridge of his nose as he waited for the doors to open up for him. Putting the pin number in and walking into the apartment, the werewolf was amazed by the size of the place. Apparently the wolf was doing well for himself to afford such a place. Shaking his head and shutting the door behind him, Black could smell more blood mixed in the Adrian's as well. What had happened here? Did the effects of mating season really get to Nate's head and he had raped the poor woman? Black could only hope that didn't happen. Following the scent of Adrian's blood, the Alpha wolf came to a room whose door had been kicked in. Apparently Nate had been set off into a rage and kicked the door down... Things certainly wasn't looking good as the sun started to peak through the windows. Looking over at the glass, he seen dried blood which must have belonged to Adrian..
Speaking of which, where was the woman? Looking around the room, the werewolf frowned as he saw the poor woman huddled on the floor. The scent of salty tears filled his senses which caused his heart to cringe. She was upset but at least Nate hadn't raped her... Something must have made him stop and that something must had been Adrian. Crouching down and placing a gentle hand on her head, Braxton let out a heavy sigh. The poor, poor woman... "Come on Adrian... Let me take you home..." Carefully picking up the woman, Black walked out of the apartment and back into the elevator. He didn't know how long Adrian had been asleep or if she was awake right now, but Black did know that she would be safe at the mansion and that Lina would be glad to have her. When he stepped out of the metal box, Braxton nodded his head at the receptionist that she was okay and got into his car. Climbing in, Black kept Adrian in his lap and told the driver to head to the airport. The ride was silent save for the light breathing belonging to Adrian, and Braxton ran his fingers through her hair much like he did his daughter's. It always seemed to calm Anoura down so why not Adrian?
When they arrived at the airport, Braxton made the driver pull up to the car that had a piece of paper on it with his name. Climbing out with Adrian, Black walked over to the car and was surprised to see someone walk out. "Here are the keys to the car Mr. Thames. Your friend said that you would be coming shortly after we called..." The guys eyes flicked over to Adrian which made the wolf let out a growl. He would protect Adrian now that she was in his care. Waving his hand to dismiss the kid, Black unlocked the doors with a click on a button and rounded around to place Adrian in her own seat, buckling her up as well. Coming around to sit in the driver's side, a note could be seen on the dash in Nate's handwriting with Adrian's name on it. Flipping the piece of paper over it only had to words... "I'm sorry". Sorry for what? What did he actually try to do? Letting out a sigh and folding the paper and putting it in his pocket, Braxton pulled out and started the drive home.
Whenever Adrian decided to wake up, she would be back at the mansion... In Nate's old bedroom. Sighing heavily and shaking his head, Black just hoped that everything would work out.. Because Adrian would be the only person that could ever make his brother happy.. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛʀᴜᴇ ᴀʟᴘʜᴀ ᴍᴀʟᴇ

▛ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▜ xxxxxNathanial Thamesxxxxx xxxxxYour Werewolf Masterxxxxxx ▙ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ▟ One Year and A Half Later Stepping off of that airplane, the first thing Nate did was stretch his tired and numb limbs. Cracking his head from side to side, the werewolf pushed his now much longer hair out of his face. Living his life out as a wolf in the cold and harsh weather of the mountains caused Nate to lose his tanned complexion, but his muscles were stronger, larger. Running in higher altitudes did wonders for a work-out and trying to hunt in those conditions... Well, lets just say the man went without food for a couple of days. Rolling his shoulders to ease the aching joints and muscles, Nate pushed his hair back once more and started to move through the airport. The last time he was here, Nate was having a tough time... He had to go through a mating season without a mate, which wouldn't have been to bad if the woman he wanted hadn't been in the same house. With his hormones raging, the werewolf stalked his prey and pounced. Which ended in pure disaster. The memory made him frown and close his eyes. He was an idiot and he knew that. He ran away so he could clear his mind even if it meant giving up the one thing he cared for the most. Would Adrian even forgive him? Probably not but he really wouldn't blame her. Nate had tried to do something awful to her, which made him want to turn tail and leave again. Was things better for her with him gone? Had Adrian found someone new and moved on?
That had better not be the case! Nate wasn't about to give Adrian up to some weak man that couldn't take care of her. Yeah he had tried to force his way on her but it actually, really wasn't his fault. Nate had no chance in controlling himself around her! Letting out a held in breath, Nate forced himself to calm down. He just needed to talk to her and clear things up for her. He was sure as hell that his brother didn't because he really wasn't sure what had happened. The process of getting out of the airport was slow as hell, and the werewolf inhaled a deep breath when he finally made it outside. The fresh air was nice but the city air wasn't as clean as the mountain was, but it was home and he had missed it. When he had finally grabbed a cab and sat in the car all the way to the damn Braxton Estate, Nate was surprised to see his father at the door. Bright green eyes widened at the sight and after his initial shock, he asked where Adrian was at. Unfortunately she wasn't home... That pissed the wolf home. The two and half hour drive out here and she wasn't here? Where the ******** was she?! Getting back in the car after learning she worked in the company for his brother, Nate was ******** peeved. Being around other people meant other men. Other men meant them taking interest in the lovely woman. ******** that. The whole cab ride was painstakingly long and as soon as it pulled up to the front of the company, Nate threw the money at the driver and stormed inside.
Walking past the front desk, ignoring anyone that walked by, Nate let out a sharp growl and even punched out the security guards that tried to stop him. If Adrian was working for Black then she would be on his floor which was the top one, so walking in the elevator and waiting while growling, Nate started to think angry thoughts. Why would she want to work?! She didn't need to ******** do that!! His eyes narrowed in a glare as he thought about mean touching her. If that was the case... Well it wasn't going to be pretty. Hearing the ding and snapping out of his thoughts, the doors opened to reveal some larger security guards. All Nate did was growl and lunge at them, easily knocking them out and throwing them so hard against the wall that they broke the sheet wall. All the workers kept their heads down as he walked by, and the werewolf continued to follow Adrian's scent. He straightened when he found her, but he wasn't happy like he thought he'd be. No there was a rather handsome man standing beside her, leaning up against the ******** all flirting with her. FLIRTING! It didn't take the wolf long to reach him. The tall man grabbed the man by the collar of his shirt and held him up in the air. "Hey a*****e! Do you have any ******** idea who you're talking to?! Adrian is ******** MINE so back the ******** up or I'll kill you!" Throwing the man across the office into a desk, green eyes soon turned to Adrian...
She was beautiful as ever but he didn't want her attracting attention, which she was unintentionally doing, but she was still doing it. Taking a step closer to her, Nate let out a low angry growl. That was when Black rushed out of his office. His brother took a step closer to Adrian but Nate quickly whirled and grabbed his wrist. "Don't ******** think about touching her Black. She is MINE after all and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it! I bought her from the market, not you or anyone else for that ******** matter! Now shut the ******** up and leave us alone! I'm taking her back!" Throwing his brother's hand down, Nate turned his attention to Adrian and didn't care what she had to say. Instead, the man picked her up and threw her over his shoulder and proceeded to leave the building. His eyes shifted to a dark golden brown and walking into the parking garage, Nate noticed his old car. Searching the woman's pockets, the were found the keys and unlocked the car before tossing her into the back seat. During the ride back to his apartment, Nate continued to cuss and scream. Demanding to know why she was working and if she was seeing that guy he threw across the place. "You know what, I don't give a ******** if you're seeing him because you're not going to see him anymore!" And the man was serious. When they reached the building he used to live in, he parked the car and grabbed the woman once more. There he proceeded to walk back into his apartment.
Of course Adrian continued to fight and scream at him, and if they gained any attention Nate told them off and they quickly ran away. It was easy to keep Adrian in place seeing all the strength he gained while he was away, and any attempt she made to hurt him or get away didn't phase him. Walking into the apartment, Nate noticed that everything had been cleaned while he was away. That was a good thing but that really didn't matter right now. Walking straight into his bedroom, and locking the door, Nate threw Adrian onto his bed and glared at her. His breathing was heavy and labored with anger. He was on control of the wolf but he was jealous... extremely jealous. After staring her down for a few minutes, the man exploded. WHAT IN THE ******** WHERE YOU THINKING?! You don't need to ******** work and when I told Black to come and get you, I meant for you to ******** stay at the mansion! NOT to run around WHEREVER THE HELL YOU WANTED!" Taking a step toward the bed, Nate clenched his fists and let out a harsh growl. "What else were you doing, huh? Were you out ******** around just to get even with me?! WERE YOU!?" Adrian was his and his alone! He had rescued her from that shop! HE was the one to give her a home and pamper her!! HE DID EVERYTHING FOR HER!! Letting out another growl, Nate threw a punch to his wall causing a huge hole to appear. "You are ******** mine Adrian and don't forget that. I'm not letting anyone else have you, and if someone comes to claim you then I will kill them. Do you understand? DO YOU!?" The man was acting hostile because he hadn't found her where he wanted her to be, and when he did find her some a*****e was flirting with her! Well all that s**t was going to change right now!

"I'm more then a number, More then a pretty face, And surely, More then you can handle."
Life had been very interesting since Nate had left her. She had missed him everyday. Still missed him. It was not something that would go away, but she was used to people walking out on her, or saying goodbyes to people she cared about. That was what her life had looked like when she had dedicated everything to searching for Lina. Staying with people for time to get information then moving on. She wasn't meant to be happy and calm forever. She was made to move. That was the curse upon which she operated. That was plenty fine with her. Nate's abandonment granted her opportunity to meet her niece and nephews. Her little Dimitri, or as she called him, her Dimka. Anoura, of course was a little princess, quite like what she would imagine perfect childhood would grant a girl with attentive parents. Trystan was just a jumble of energy that was left over from whatever his siblings did not feel. Lina, was reserved but strong. She was a good mother, always keeping her children in line, not allowing them to be bratty children. Her husband, Braxton, less formally known as Black, was overbearingly protective. It was very obvious that he radiated strength, possessiveness, and power, but it was all wasted upon Adrian. She would not be bossed around by him, which she sensed irked him more often then not. She didn't figure he truly understood it completely. Her need for distance, and to be separate. She didn't know if Black would ever understand that, but at least he gave her the space she needed when she needed it. Perhaps her favorite person, was Sire Thames. He and Dimitri ran very close. She respected the older man for his maturity and knowledge of the world. Even the places that she had not seen. He was so easy to speak with, and talking with him put her at ease. He had even told her that Lina had sought him out, with similar questions in the early years she spent with Black. It comforted Adrian in some strange way, but it was different. She was simply comforted that he was completely unbiased about his younger son. That was the largest comfort.
Her visit had left her with the need to do more then just lounge around the house. She was not content to waste her days lounging around doing nothing. Adrian was a busy person. She needed something to do to keep her mind from wandering to things she rather not remember. Nate was on that list, along with past happening from her slave days that she did not share with others. Not even Nate, when they had talked in truths. Thankfully, Nate had left her a car, but that meant nothing more then a way to get around when she had money. She could not ask her sister and impose the waste of their money so that she may be occupied, oh no. She had to make her own money. It was something she insisted upon. The fact that her room and board were free were already weighing on Adrian, and she would not mooch more then she already did. Thankfully, Black ran a successful company with many employees. He found her a job, giving her something to do during her days. That was probably the best gift she'd had, save for the presence of Sire Thames and her niece and nephews. She could not have asked for more.
Today, she had dressed in a pencil skirt and a black cap sleeved blouse that had a lose collar around the neck. A red camisole was underneath the shirt, making it professional looking. With a pair of pantyhose and pumps, she was set for her workday. The red of the camisole matched the red of the leather that made her collar. She could not remove it, and did not think it would ever be possible. Lina had assured her that it indeed was possible. She had shown Adrian the necklace she wore in it's place. They had talked of it being removed, but the action was never taken care of. For some strange comfort, Adrian kept her collar. It was a hope that Nae would come back to her, despite her fervent desire to curse his name into hell until it smoldered to ash. he had abandoned her! He deserved none of her hopes, dreams, or time! He had left her to rot away after he had almost forced himself upon her. There was no further shame to what he could possibly do to her, or that was what she thought before getting into the car he'd left her and taking off to work.
The day had been like any other. It had started with a stop at her favorite coffee shop for a Small peppermint mocha and three petite vanilla scones. She drank the coffee as it blistered down her throat, saving the scones for her desk. She was a neat eater, so there were never crumbs on papers or anything of the sort. Once at work she parked in her normal spot, as it was left open. Everyone had their own favorite spots. She parked her car in the same places every time she went to work. Into the building she walked, her steps clicking against the ground. She pressed the call button for the elevator, stepped inside, still clutching her coffee and scones, as the other people around her filtered in with coffee cups of their own. She rode the elevator up to Black's floor and got of. More clacking, passing the receptionist, who she smiled at and said her good mornings, and talk with for a moment about the company's upcoming gala. How it was to be a hit. And some new designs that would used in advertising the company. New letterheads and stamps. Nonsensical office things. Finishing the conversation, she moved through the rows of cubicles until he found her own little desk towards the back of the room, with a large window to her back. She didn't need an office. She preferred to be out in the open with everyone else. She could see Black's office form her own perch. he was already busy with someone on the phone. She smiled, setting her coffee down, as well as her purse and scones, and starting up her computer. During this process she began eating her scones, looking over some papers that had been on her desk for approval.
The change that morning, started with a single chocolate chip being in one of the scones. Adrian twisted her nose at this. How odd. She finished her scones and coffee and began clicking away on her computer keyboard. Then, about mid morning, a man she knew came to her desk. Everyone had arrived at work by this point and was busy starting their workload for the day. A man who's name was Stanton stood before her, with a cheery face. She knew the man and his wife, having gone to dinner, and met the woman in person when she'd brought him lunch. His wife's name was Molly. She was a pretty red head with a fiery Irish attitude not far separate from Adrian's own Adrian's own green eyes flared wide, with a sudden confusion. She personality. She was also very pregnant with their first child. Adrian smiled, as Stanton revealed that he would be the proud father of a little princess. She smiled brightly, her face full of joy. She was happy for her friend! He would be able to have the things that Adrian did not. He had love and a child on the way. She was happy for him! She gave him a seductive smile and teased him about being truly off the market even for affairs. He smiled back at her and she reached out to give him a lose hug. That was when all went wrong.
Stanton was wrenched back, he was being yelled at. Adrian froze. Her body recognizing the man who had picked up Stanton. The voice that threatened him. Who questioned him. Her eyes widened in a flash of confusion. she didn't know what to feel. Certainly, she didn't want to feel as hopeless as she did. When Nate through Stanton, her heart flared with concern. "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" She said it loud enough to be heard a floor below. Black was already on his way out of his office. Adrian did not let her eyes linger to him. He was in her peripheral. That was enough. She put a hand out to him, warning him to stay back, that this was her fight. Black stepped closer, but Nate whirled on him, taking Black's hand, and shouting that Adrian belonged to Nate and no one else. "I bought her from the market, not you or anyone else for that ******** matter! Now shut the ******** up and leave us alone! I'm taking her back!" The market that horrible place. She recoiled towards the window, as Nate threw Black's hand down. Her eyes widened as he turned and came towards her. She crouched back, ready to bolt form him, but Nate was faster, picking her up by the wrists and throwing her legs over his shoulder. Her wrists, small as they were, despite her buffed physique, were trapped helplessly in his hold. She screamed at him, kicking at his back as he carried her. "HOW DARE YOU?! PUT ME DOWN THIS INSTANT! NATHANIEL THAMES YOU UT ME DOWN! NOW! I'LL BEAT YOU SO HARD YOU WON'T KNOW WHERE YOU'VE BEEN! LET ME GO! LET ME GO! I HATE YOU!" She made a screaming fit all the way out of the building there would be no way she would allow him to manhandle her as he did. Not and get away with it.
They'd reached the parking garage. Nate seemed to single out his car easily, and then used his free hand to move through her person for the keys. He was lucky they weren't in her purse. Everything else was. And it was still upstairs. When he unlocked the door, Adrian found herself thrown into the back seat. Nate as cussing at her, screaming at her, just as she was screaming at him. THis argument would never end. She would try to pull herself to the front seat and find herself still trapped in the back. She screeched at him, especially when he started asking if she'd seen anyone while he was away. She was inclined to tell him that she had been with several men just to make him more irritated and humiliate him. It was a lie, but she wouldn't' tell him that. No way in hell. Then he told her he didn't care if she had been seeing any man, for she wasn't going to be seeing him again. She yelled at him even further. He was infuriating and arrogant and a d**k. She HATED him. She couldn't even stand to be around him. This man, who she had cried over. Who she has refused to eat for. The man she had tried to run away from his brother's house. To escape everything. To forget him, but still loved him. This was all too much for her. She hated Nate. He'd humiliated her at her workplace!
When he parked the car and withdrew her from it, Nate had to force her up into the building. Many people stared. This was already a scene. They screamed more at each other, and the people who saw them flew away back into their own apartments. She tried to run, tried to duck and kick and bite even. No use. Nate blocked her at every turn, but her green eyes were full of hate for him. She loathed him. She didn't want to be around him in any capacity. She was dragged into the apartment, which was clean, strangely enough. And then, she was drug into Nate's room. She heard the lock click and then was tossed on the bed. Her head hit the backboard, and she stopped for a minute.the door had locked. She was in the place with Nate. She was back to where they had been when he'd left her. Her eyes were large, horrified, as she watched him. She wanted to yell more, but was paralyzed. She didn't even know if she was entirely in the room with Nate. She didn't want this. No sex. No rape. That would mean to lose herself completely. She couldn't let him take her. No. No no no no no no no no. She was frozen in this fear that Nate would finally win. Finally take every bit of herself that she had left. That she had not given, or that had not been stripped of her.The part that she had built up and rebuilt. This was too painful. It wasn't going to happen.
Her body tensed for the feral reaction she would have to give. She would tear him apart by any means necessary. She would bite and scratch and kick and punch and pull hair. Anything to keep him off of her. All of this in the matter of two or three minutes. And then Nate screamed at her again. Telling her she'd been left with Black so he could babysit. Not so that she could build a life for herself. A step forward. His fists clenched. He'd strike her. Then it would be all over. He could not strike her, for then she'd lose everything and he'd take all he wanted. That was not a possible outcome. That was not what she could allow of herself. Then he screamed again. "What else were you doing, huh? Were you out ******** around just to get even with me?! WERE YOU!?" She lost it, threatening to over take her. Nate punched a wall. She had barely comprehended his last words before she jumped at him, punching him, her aim square in his face. His nose and eye. She punched over and over again, smacking him up and down, her eyes wide and her skin pale with rage. Her hair had released itself from it's bun's hold. She was savage atop him. Beating at him with her firsts. Yelling at him all the same time. Her words moving in time with her punches.
"YOU. WILL. NOT. INSINUATE. THAT . I. AM A WHORE. I DID. NOTHING. WHILE . YOU. ABANDONED. ME. HOW. DARE. YOU. THINK. YOU. CAN. SAY. THINGS. LIKE. THAT. AND. THAT. I. WILL. FORGIVE. YOU. HOW. DARE. YOU. QUESTION. ME. AND. MY. HONOR. I. AM. A. GOOD. WOMAN. AND. FAITHFUL. AND. LOYAL. I HATE. YOU. I HATE. YOU. I. HATE. YOU. ROT. IN. HELL. YOU. ARROGANT. p***k. I. HAT. YOU!" She screamed it at him, her eyes blurry with tears as she continued punching savagely at him. she wasn't sure what she was hitting or how hard her punches came. If they did land their target or not. She didn't care. She was hurting, and in survival mode. She would not let herself be taken by this brutish were man. She would not let him win. She belonged to herself. She hated this man. She hated his insinuations. Hated that he'd abandoned her. Hated that he left with no trace and expected to come back and claim her. He'd questioned her honor. She question his ability to last five more seconds before she killed him and then curled up in on herself and gave up on the world. She hated him. And continued punishing, not willing to give up until she was forced to stop or until she could punch no more. Nate would stop breathing before she wanted to stop. She didn't want to kill him, no. But she would not let him take the last piece of herself because he thought his payment of money for her had entitled him to such. He would not win. She was her own. He would not win. Nate would not win.
