I decided that we should have a thread dedicated to your art that was inspired by Tool/APC or anything really, since I'm both an Audiophile and somewhat of an artist I firgured, why the hell not!
As far as censorship goes, I'm all for letting you go wild, just have fun with it...as long as no ones feelings are hurt and it's within good taste then, yeah go nuts!
I'm even considering some kind of contest...or like a ranking system to be tallied once a week or month depending on the overall interest and the winner will win...somethnig...gold perhaps...(i dunno how to set up a pot or anything so im not sure thatd work) basically I JUST came up with this entire idea so its very much in its infantile stages.

I may have found a way to add a little 1 to 10 type thing to everyones post...so youll post it, and then ill edit your post and add the code for the 1-10 doohicky...im going to be making a test post very soon to see if it works right.

Ok well, its not NEARLY as refined as id hoped it to be...but it works...and its a nice feature to have think, i could have made it a lot better but its amazing how much HTML these damn threads wont accept, it wouldnt even let me use name of link THATS BASIC HTML! wtf...AANNNYYYway...there shall now be polling! weee

alrighty well, its been some time now since i made any changes in here...sooo as it stands im still kinda unsure about how to do this voting thing...but the idea was given by Troy to jsut use the internat voting system already in place on gaia...at the top of the thread...and since thats the best thing i CAN do at this point, ill do that...ill change it for every new pieve of artwork i recieve...and then ill keep it up for a week, maybe two...soooo we will kick things off with Casperarevir's piece ...please vote and please leave feedback! thats the entire point of thie thread!

grrrrrrrr...sometimes i really LOVE gaia, and sometimes i really friggin hate gaia...this is one of the latter ocasions! i just started liking the idea of just using the provided poll for the submissions and so i delete the old one, cuz it kept the old voting results and what do i get?

yay! the Polls are working again!
ok so here is how it's going to work, for now...
everytime a new submission is made i will update the poll to refer to te new submission...that poll will then stand for two weeks, or 14 days...then i will update the poll for the next submission in line...it may seem a bit lagging....but be patient and keep checking back to offer your vote and some critiqes
then, after a month or so goes by i will collect all the submissions into one post and hold a little contest...the winner will be chosen by everyone who votes...the one with the most votes will get something...i dunno what yet...gold maybe, id like to figure out how to make a lottery...that could get interesting ^_^ aaannnyyway ill look into the lottery thing when i feel like it.
but ok so thats all for now...we will kick this whole thing off with Casperarevir's submission on Sat Mar 05

ok so heres the deal, instead of 2 weeks (14 days) the new submissions will only be under review for 1 week (7 days). as you can see the submission under review has changed so please, vote! and leave your comments!

im working on updating the poll, heh heh im only a few days(weeks) late sorry folks. but stupid gaia is giving me that same damn debug mode bullshit...so until its done being retarded the poll with be down, in the meantime, chat it up! talk about art, and music, and, if you have any, submit new pieces! once things are in working order again ill be putting [The Perfect Drug]'s picture of Trent Reznor up for review, iu know its a little out of order, but technically she did post it before anything esle...she then replaced it with fred there...but then, after i asked her to she put trent back up. so i think thats all for now, ill keep on trying to get the poll to work throughout the evening and tomorrow.

In the spirit of keeping things moving along, i decided to actually update on time haha, its been a week since i posted [The Perfect Drug]'s submission of Trent Reznor, and things went faily well. i still feel there is a lack of interest in this thread because even though im getting a good amount of entries, no one is really voting, and there isnt much discussion on the pieces themselves...i will of course keep the thread going till there has been no new activity for one month, but until then, things will go on as planned. next up we have Mrs.Orange's Submission on Tue Mar 29, 2005 which looks to be her pictorial rendition of Disgustipated please vote and please give your feedback, thanks!
