TNA star Jeff Hardy was back in a Moore County, North Carolina courtroom on Thursday and pleaded guilty to three felony drug charges, including:
* Two counts of intent to distribute a controlled substance
* one count of conspiracy to traffic in a compound containing opium.
Hardy was sentenced to serve ten days in jail and also fined $100,000.
In addition to the fine and jail time he was also sentenced to 30 months probation.
In the event that Hardy violates the terms of his probation, he could be sent back to jail.
No word yet on when his jail sentence will begin.
Hardy returns to TNA television tonight on Impact Wrestling.
Gets ten days in Jail for all the bullshit he's put us and everyone else through over the past two years of what seemed a never ending court case..

It's thirty months of robation though, right? If he gets caught again over the next 2.5 years, he's going to be jolly well ********. If he has it in him to get clean, then this is his chance to prove it.

TEN ******** DAYS?! <******** the U.S. judicial system! It has failed on multiple accounts. Hell when I was underage, and got caught with alcohol, I was given six, count em' 6 Months. I was only 20. It was my VERY FIRST offense.
So I have a beer, which is only hurting myself, and they give me SIX months...
Hardy gets caught with OPIUM, and is believed to be distributing a Methamphetamine, and he gets TEN Days. Oh that's sounds reasonable, and fair.

Are any of you honestly that surprised?
Besides, it's 10 days in the klink. More than 2 years probation. It's not like he got off scott-free. He's just not going to be behind bars for particularly long.

black_wing_angel Are any of you honestly that surprised? Besides, it's 10 days in the klink. More than 2 years probation. It's not like he got off scott-free. He's just not going to be behind bars for particularly long. No I'm not really surprised at all, just pissed..

He has to be out in the world where he can get drugs anywhere, and he has to resist that temptation. Honestly...that's worse than prison, for an addict.

Hell they did random weekly drug tests on me, it was no piss test either. I get stuck with the p***k that rather do Hair Follicle instead. So if you were thinking that would cheer me up, or see it from a different perspective, or find reason in the systems... system, then your dead wrong. The U.S. Judicial System is still crap, and until they stop worrying about money, and start caring about Justice, and Innocent Until Proven Guilty. I'm sick and tired of how it's Guilty Until Proven Innocent now.
