THIS RP TAKES PLACE IN DESTINY CITY

It had taken a great deal of coaxing to convince Virgo to leave the Surrounding. In fact, the Princess and Leo had even gotten involved and all but ordered the Zodiac Captain to return to Earth. Zue waited, they told her. They had to have at least one person in front of the fountain in Times Circle, or else the White Moon senshi might think it a trick.

So the Sixth of Twelve, the Captain, waited in front of the tall, notably intact statue that eerily resembled her. A few minutes inside her Temple had fixed her wrist right up. Strange magic, but one she'd always been happy for; for that reason, Cancer rested in one of the third-floor bedrooms behind locked doors, until she could be moved into the medical wing at Castle Chronos.

Virgo wanted to go back. Waiting here felt like a tremendous betrayal of her duties, and she wanted to go home. Back to the Temple, back to being useful--but this was useful, too. Just… lonely, when she thought about all the activity taking place high above her head.

She straightened up from her slump when she felt light auras beginning to approach. Time to call on the poise taught to an ambassador's daughter and accept whatever help she was offered.

What's up with this thread?
If you play an Order character, you can post in this thread to be taken to the Surrounding to interact with the civilians there. You must post in this thread at least once to be able to play on the Surrounding; but you don't have to post for every RP you do. This is so that the Zodiacs can keep track of the people who have helped them, and maybe pay them back a little later!

As soon as you post here, you can start your thread inside the MISSING OF DESTINY CITY forum according to the rules laid out in the Information threads. A Zodiac will post basically saying "ZODIAC takes SENSHI/KNIGHT to the Surrounding!" but you don't have to wait for that.

When Eternal Sailor Bellatrix had gotten the message, she felt a strong desire to act. She might have been standing on neutral ground as far as the war was concerned, but these were innocent civilians that had gotten caught up in the middle of things. At the very least though, they now knew the missing 59 civilians weren't dead, or worse. Common thought that 'worse' would have meant 'in possession of the Negaverse' by many but again, Bellatrix was for the moment Neutral. All-in-all, she was relieved, and informed her boyfriend that she'd be offering her assistance.

She knew she had the means of helping - money to buy supplies and such - and thus, along with her self she brought a great load of things - blankets of some number and two large bottles of ibuprofen lain on top of a 16 megaroll pack of toilet paper that she carried in her arms, only just able to see above, and hanging from her arms were two bags of canned goods - thankfully with pull tops. Hopefully the civilians liked ravioli and spaghetti-o's. There was a pack of plastic forks.

That was as much as Bellatrix herself could carry, and she hoped more would answer the call and bring things. But for now...

Bellatrix walked carefully so that things didn't topple and fall, and was relieved when she got there and saw the Zodiac Senshi. She had never met any of them, so on with the introductions.

"Hello. I am Sailor Bellatrix. I hope some of this will help?" The amazon looking Senshi offered a smile with her greeting.

When the call had gone out, two senshi who had hardly spoken took off from their hotel beds, both carrying large hard plastic briefcases. Insider were medical supplies. Castor had taken his kit from his own room, a few bandages missing from use in past skirmishes too trivial to go to the red light doctors, to serious to simple leave unattended. Pollux's case had been taken from his base, reluctantly since a few senshi might have had need of it, but Castor's insistence that it be picked up wore on the senshi of frost, and he'd agreed.

"Virgo." The prince of hail was not in his true form, but his concern as why civilians would be in space, much less what the full situation was, alarmed him. Chronos and her zodiacs kept to their own and even if they were open, this event was unprecedented. Regular civilians, in space? Hurt? This was a case of worst case scenario. "We came as soon as we got the call. By the way, this is Pollux, my brother-" The senshi of frost stepped forward and nodded. "Wish we could have met under better circumstances captain Virgo." His tone was curt, and he stood straight, as if waiting for some kind of order. Castor only kept talking. "We've got two medical kids. Mine is missing a few things, But Pollux's is fully stocked. I take it we're going on a little trip?" Pollux's expression looked grim. Castor merely looked worried and concerned.

Sailor Aster had spent quite sometime searching for any answers about the missing fifty-nine civilians of Destiny City. She was there when Ricky Cunningham vanished into thin air and had been on the search ever since. She knew something was up - but she had suspected the Negaverse to be behind it, not the Senshi. She knew that with the Senshi they would at least be safe, but she had to make sure of this for herself which is what brought her to Times Circle.

The brunette Senshi of Sunflowers marched towards Sailor Virgo with great stride in each step. With her she brought a large paper bag filled with goods - Advil, water, snacks, necessities, and some marijuana hidden at the bottom. Just in case she got bored.

"Yo," she greeted casually. "I'm Sailor Aster, are you the one we're supposed to meet with?"

Virgo smiled at the pale-haired senshi that approached her, and when she took in everything the senshi had brought she smiled even wider. This one didn't seem forced; in fact, it was full of relief. "Thank you so much," she said, actually tearing up a little.

Despite her friendships among the White Moon, she hadn't believed anyone would actually come. Nor with so much. Still, she pulled herself together fairly fast. Poise. Calm. Cool. Collected. These were things she could do. "Captain Virgo," she said, dropping a curtsey towards the sailor. "It will be such a help. Thank you so much."

She had set a hand upon Bellatrix's arm to bring her up to the Surrounding when Castor and Pollux arrived. Her smile upon seeing Cas was huge; his brother got a bemused smile until the introduction. She nodded over Pollux's words. She would have loved to meet a brother of Castor while fighting a youma, or even a Negaverser. Meeting him over sixty kidnapped civilians? Not so well. "Yes. We're going to Virgo Outpost. That's where we're setting up the infirmary--I still have to activate the, um..."

She narrowed her eyes. "Healing powers?" She didn't want to say 'blood protection'. They might over-react.

Aster got another smile. "Yes, I'm Captain Virgo," she said. After a long moment of waiting, she held out her arms. "Everyone please grab hold. I'm going to take you to Virgo Outpost--from there, everything will be distributed, and I'll take you right back unless there's someone you want to see."

As soon as each senshi had taken a hold of Virgo, she concentrated on hearing the song of her homeworld. Rustling wheat, rushing waters--and then they were gone.

Virgo returned a few moments later, ready to wait for another group of senshi or knights.

Lina sent out the call, and Camelot could only answer. If civilians were in danger, his first priority was to aid them, and bring them home safely.

Of course, he had never been to space before...

But it didn't matter. The knight of Earth did not just fight for a planet, a place to live, or some concept of right and wrong. Not just. He fought for life, for people, and for the chance to live something close to normal. As close as it might get for each person he aids. Each life not lost to the war between senshi and the negaverse. He would do what was necessary to ensure whatever semblance of that he could.

He approached the mentioned meeting place, glancing around and spotting a familiar face waiting for them. His green eyes softened and filled with a familiar paternal warmth to match, moving closer and realizing that she wouldn't know him.

She hadn't met Camelot.

"Sailor Virgo," he said softly, as he walked nearer. He didn't want to interrupt. He bowed his head peacefully, and in a show of respect, though his eyes sparkled with a lifting happiness. She was well, it seemed. She looked it. That eased a tension he wasn't even aware he had been carrying, for however long he had been carrying it. He had brought what supplies he could, as well as his limited knowledge of field medicine and, of course, books to aid him from the library's collections.

He smiled and took a breath.

"I'm here to aid you," he said, meaningfully.

Valhalla had gotten the message from Camelot just a little while ago, but he powered up and made his way to the location as soon as he could. He didn't know who else would be there, but he didn't have any way of contacting the others, so he could only hope he'd run into familiar faces, and hopefully meet a good handful of new people. He didn't know what kind of supplies were needed, specifically, but he'd quickly shoved the few boxes of granola bars and poptarts and as many bottles of water he could into a backpack, before throwing all of his medical supplies he had in his apartment in a basket with all the towels in his linen closet. He knew it wouldn't be enough, but hopefully there would be other people bringing items that would be useful.

He knew he probably looked rather strange, carrying a laundry basket and wearing a backpack while dressed like a wannabe-viking, but when it came to helping people, he didn't really give a damn.

There were already people there when he arrived, out of breath and a bit red in the face from exertion. "Valhalla of Jupiter," he introduced quickly when he caught his breath. He caught sight of Camelot and side stepped in his direction, wanting to be able to stick together if at all possible. "I'm not a healer, but I know basic first aid." He was a life guard and had to learn sports medicine, after all. He wasn't completely useless.

She smiled at the unknown knight, clasping her hands before her chest. She'd never actually met a knight before; this one seemed like the best one to start with, he seemed so friendly! And a little familiar? But no, definitely not someone she knew.

"Do you know me," she asked, and then she said, "Oh, Zue must have edited the message to tell people it was me waiting. I guess that makes sense." She supposed. What about the people who would come while someone else was there? She curtseyed, tugging on the heavy bronze embellishments on her skirt. "It's a pleasure to meet you, even if it's under… these circumstances. I'm Captain Virgo, of the Zodiac Guard. But I guess you knew that, right?"

Her giggle was a little awkward, but not forced; her attention turned to the man in the viking uniform. "That's so wonderful! You'll be staying at my outpost, then, we really need people with basic first aid. The natural magic does a lot but it only just began, so it needs some time and we-- well, I'm wasting it! Here, let me take you two up."

She latched on to each knight, her arms looped through theirs, and they were gone to Temple Virgo.

A few moments later, she returned to the fountain of Dike Triumphant, a little winded but ready to bring the next group.

Castille had been out patrolling when her phone buzzed. Her eyes widened as she read the message sent to her by someone named Zue. The message raised more questions than it answered though. Who was Zue? Where was the Surrounding? And what were civilians doing there!?

So she powered down and sprinted home, practically flying through her bedroom window. She threw open her backpack, emptying the contents all over her bedroom floor. Then it was a quick trot to her bathroom where bandaids, hydrogen peroxide, and neosporin were grabbed. A first aid kit from the kitchen was also swiped. These she threw in her backpack.

She almost tumbled down the hallway again, back into the kitchen. With a larger family, her pantry was full of all kinds of snacks and foodstuffs. She was quick to grab a few hand fulls, trying to stuff them into the backpack without crushing anything.

Then she was out the window again, powering up before running to the fountain. By the time she could see other senshi, she was panting. Super Sailor Grus skidded to a halt in front of them, leaning forward slightly.

"I'm...Sailor...Grus..." She said between breaths "I got...a message from...Zue?" She ended her words with a question, still unsure of just who Zue was.

"What can I do to...help?"

Sirius had been having some down time, trying to avoid meeting up with Ares and when her phone buzzed she practically jumped out of her skin. Expecting it to be Birhan she was surprised to find it wasn't and with the chance of helping some others out and being well away from Ares and her court Sirius jumped at the chance.

Not only that she knew first aid! Well Louisa did so Sirius did. She grabbed her first aid kit and tied it around her waist. It was full of bandages, plasters, wipes, all the general stuff that was needed in a first aid kit. There wasn't enough for the number that was listed on the text but it was something right?

She got to the meeting place and looked around, not really recognising anyone. Castor looked different so she didn't really recognise him either.

"Heya, I am Sirius and come to help with first aid kit in tow." She smiled and then pointed to the bag at her waist. She wasn't a healer at all but she could at least help strap others up. However she had never been to space, this was going to be a new one.

"It's good to meet you, Sailor Grus," said Virgo, enthusiastically. "I'm Captain Virgo, of the Zodiac Guard." She smiled, brightly: So much help, so quickly! It was so good to know her past faith in the White Moon was being rewarded, and heartening to see how they brought things for the civilians they didn't even know.

Another senshi arrived, this one with long brown hair as opposed to orange hair done up in buns. "Thank you, both of you. Um, if you would come up to space with me, you can help us get things ready at our Outposts? Someone can take you home when you want to return." She held out both hands, and when the two senshi took them, they disappeared with a loud pop.

Virgo returned a moment later. This time she sat on the edge of the fountain, tracing her fingers through the water. Had to stay awake! Had to!

One would think that Sailor Nemesis had enough going on in her life right now. She had more problems than she could list on her ten fingers, so why was she feeling the sudden urge to hurtle herself back into space and answer the Zodiac's call? Maybe she was bored. It was more likely that she wanted to trade one drama out for another. A bunch of civilians trapped in space was a far more preferable drama than what the BMC was going through. Besides, Eternal Sailor Nemesis went where the trouble was, and right now there was trouble in space. But, she really couldn't just leave. It was why she sent a quick text message to Eilian.

'lol going to space, bbs. text me if u need me.'

Why she was so inclined to help the Zodiacs was beyond her, and she really knew none of the civilians that had been listed as missing. Perhaps she was in the mood to play nice for a little while. She was bound to get annoyed at some point, bound to get frustrated and irritated, and thus snappy. But, any help was better than no help. The Soldier of Decay showed up at the designated meeting spot, carrying no actual aid with her, but a backpack full of energy drinks and candy and snack food.

Everyone else could take care of the actual needs of the civilians, Nemesis needed to make sure she remained happy and content for most of this little space adventure. "Viiirrrrrgo!" Virgo would hopefully remember Nemesis, though Nemesis couldn't be certain if it was a good or bad memory.

Normaly he wouldn't be one to bother answering a call to help civilians (what care was it of his if they got themselves in trouble?) but the strange disappearances and the inability for teh Zodiac to get the civilians home was interesting. It was something strange going on and if he liked anything it was getting himself involved with the strange things.

So he'd gathered himself and found the fountain where the message had instructed. The girl waiting at the fountain was vaguely recognizable. He must have seen her somewhere but he had no idea who she was.

He bowed his head slightly in greeting before getting his tongue to work. "Sailor Asrinoe. I received the summons and would like to offer my services. I can't say i will be much help taking care of the civilians but i am good at information ... i can help try to figure out why they are there in the first place"

When his little sister off-handedly mentioned that some of her friends had gone missing, one right from the middle of basketball practice in front of the whole team, Babylon Squire tried his hardest not to think too much about it. Thinking too much about it was just asking to get involved... but with the disappearances all over the news it was hard not to think about it.

That said, Babylon was almost a little bit relieved when he got the summons from Lina. It meant he was no longer waiting for the foot to fall, no longer waiting for some magical force to yank him in and force him to be involved... because now he was.

The skills he'd picked up camping seemed to finally be coming in useful, considering the useful array of tools, supplies, and high energy foods he managed to stuff his backpack with. You never knew what awaited you on the final frontier, but considering his own ruins looked pretty bare he figured stocks out in Zodiac land wouldn't be much better.

The squire tried to steel his nerves as he approached the waiting captain of the zodiac guard. Space camping! Come on, Finn! Chip in and do your part! Only you can prevent forest fires!

It didn't really work. When he addressed Virgo, his voice cracked. "Um. Hi. Virgo? I'm Babylon Squire-" He held up the piece of paper stamped with Lina's crest, wondering if it was like an official summons and he had to show his invitation. "Someone told me to come and help."

Eternal Sailor Polaris had been... more than surprised when she got the message. She didn't even think of not going, instead she was trying to think of anything at all she could do to help. As a cook herself... her first thought of course went to hungry space bellies.

She filled two huge duffel bags with a mixture of foods, called her boyfriend to let him know where she was going so he didn't worry, and quickly headed off to the meeting place.

When she arrived she addressed the unfamiliar Zodiac senshi politely, shifting the growing weight on her shoulders softly. "Hello. I'm Sailor Polaris, senshi of magnetism."

"I got your message and I'm here to help in anyway I possibly can. I'm alright at patching up minor injuries and I'm a pretty good cook."

"I also have a pretty good attack..." She added softly, uncertain if that sort of thing was even NEEDED, but better safe then sorry!
