Do you have a question about the metaplot that you need answered?

YOU'RE IN LUCK.

Ask it in here, and we will take care of it as soon as possible. All of the GMs write in different colors, and in some instances where the questions are about specific outposts, those players will quote your post to answer from their own account. We know there is a lot going on. If you get confused, don't stress -- just hop in here for some answers.

SO ASK AWAY, FRIENDS!

How much does the public (that is, the people still on Earth) know about the disappearance of the 59 civilians? Are there search parties, or would it be okay to form those or reference them? Is it big news and all the buzz?

Akina: The newspapers would have covered it. Search parties, interviews -- all that good stuff. It will be huge news. Not as huge as the sleeping sickness (from the Tartaros metaplot), but definitely a big dela that can be referenced.

Do the Earth-bound Senshi and Negaverse know anything about the missing civilians?

Akina: If civilians know, then those powered characters know too! The senshi will be learning some more details after Zue sent out a text blast asking for their help. Whether or not they show up to learn more will determine exactly what they know. As for the Negas, time will tell.

Are there toilets in space, and if so, where does the poo go when you flush?

Akina: Your character must eat all of it. Just for asking this.

When the first set of supplies arrives ICly? And what would it contain?

Nessy: Supplies will generally arrive with individual knights and senshi who can carry them. ICly it would have happened as soon as Virgo got out word what was happening and started bringing people back with her.

Hour or two after she returned from Earth, tops.

They would contain basic necessities, things easy to carry on a teleportation trip. Camping supplies mostly? Food, water, toilet paper. Especially toilet paper.

Aside from basic amenities, like a kitchen and infirmary - food and water and stuff like that - do the outposts have like clothing, items for hygiene and stuff like that? [or is this part of the waves of supplies LLK mentioned in her question?]

Also, with having one of several crafty people now in the Surrounding, are there means for general mending of clothing or even where they're going to be living for the next... who knows? - tools of the sort, hammers, ancient looking screw drivers, needles and thread, stuff like that?

Nessy: As far as clothing is concerned any abandoned bedroom or sleeping quarters of any kind should have clothing and hygiene products to be salvaged. There aren't really any moths to eat the clothing but the soap might be a little sparse.

If you'd like to have your characters ICly find basic tools like that there should be no problem. Otherwise I am sure if you talk to one of the Zodiac or other Order characters they would be happy to have the supplies come in a later shipment.

Roma: It should be noted that if you're looking for clothes on Virgo, you're only going to find them on the third floor. She didn't maintain servants in her Outpost.

It was mentioned that the civilians can only switch outposts every five days. Does this also apply to Senshi/Knights who have come up there to help?

Akina: Because no one is keeping tabs on the senshi/knights in the same way at the civilians are being watched, this doesn't matter. They come and go as they please.

If our senshi permission post is long enough, can it count as a solo ?

Nessy: Sure.

In the Leo outpost, what sort of artifacts would there be to be sorted? And would any of them be about pocket sized?

Roma: Hey, I'm going to pop in for Deri here and say that while the artifacts (which are probably just regular Baroque/Rococo era things like goblets, fancy silverware, gilded weapons, artwork, small statuary etc--you can find these details in her outpost thread) probably do come in pocket-size... You probably shouldn't steal them, because Leo will be extremely angry. Keep in mind these people are opening their ancient, ancestral homes to you, for your protection.

If your character's the kind who would steal and you want to try (and suffer the consequences) drop derivative a line.

Seconding this, as I'm getting ready for work and Roma wrote that up for me real quick, but also wanting to add that I'll compile an example set of things you might find in the outpost later tonight! =) I'm open to all kinds of plot ideas, even the ones that really irk Soldier Leo, so if you want to have your character try to steal something then fling me a PM and we can talk through an RP! Leo's probably not going to let his (very small at the moment!) group of civilians too far out of his sight right away, so trying to steal something wouldn't be that wise, but could certainly be attempted!

Adding to this; clothes and general items on Chronos can be found in the living quarters in the first floor!

Food in general:
Did any of the zodiacs have gardens, if so, would any have survived?
Any special space/outpost crops or foods?
If so, would there be enough to give to the civilians, or, for civilians to find on their own to try?

Re: Gardens!
There is a main garden on the first floor in Chronos Castle, and gardens within rooms on the second floor. The gardens are still surviving, though I imagine the gardens in the rooms are in better condition than the main garden; the latter was mostly for flowers and is thus pretty messy and overgrown with weeds. The vegetable crops are in the room gardens. There are pretty normal crops there, though not very abundant. If people would like, they could try to clear up the gardens there and plant things... perhaps even bring seeds from their homeworlds to grow space crops on there?

Will some clothes [maybe hospital scrubs or something?] be included in the supplies brought back by senshi? It might seem less urgent than medical supplies, and maybe it is, but all dem civs are gunna get stinky after a couple days without some fresh clothing to change into.

Mouse: With all the supplies questions, I'm wondering if there should be a supply request thread -- or at the very least, you could have your characters ask for specific things in an RP! Any goods are technically possible to bring up as long as they can be physically carried, but that doesn't guarantee they'll have the idea to bring it IC.

Do senshi/knight characters need to be escorted back and forth each time they come and go from DC to the surrounding? And if so are the zodiacs going to get annoyed by the people who want to run errands and keep going back and forth, back and forth?

Mouse: You'll always need an escort out to the Surrounding. I think we can assume that guest Senshi and Knights can port themselves back to Earth, however, otherwise the Zodiac would probably be sending people back and forth 24-7. As far as whether or not a zodiac gets annoyed, that's going to be up to their players.

Roma: At least Virgo will always be willing to bring people up, although you can probably find her best in the Early Evening hours.

Also, how do the space time.. restrictions(?) work here (the whole 1 week for eternal, 2 week for super, 3 week for regular thing)? Is there a set time senshi need to wait if they leave or before they return again? Are the zodiacs completely free of these rules and can do it nonstop/whenever?

Mouse: The restrictions are lifted for the Surrounding in this event. You can assume that Zue and the other guardian cats put the Zodiac phones into a temporary overdrive state, or Kurma's hanging around behind the scenes lending them extra energy for space travel.

As such, there's no restrictions on when you can leave or return. Any non-Zodiac is going to need an escort, however.

In Virgo's Outpost, how long does it take for a civ to fully heal?

Roma: It's a decent amount of time that largely depends upon the injuries your character received. Broken limbs take a while, like a few hours (more than six, less than 24), but a bruise is probably gone within minutes. Basically whatever works for your story!

Thanks Roma! C:

Sorry, another question.

When returning are we handwaving that Virgo or another character brought us back? Or should we post in the permission thread everytime?

Nessy: Once you have posted and gotten permission assume that you are being escorted to and from every time without a post.
