After waving goodbye to her friends and her caffeine craving having been satisfied Kala decided to shop around a little before she headed home. It was still early in the day, not even noon yet, and it left her plenty of time to do what she wanted and then get started on that writing assignment. Kala pulled on her large sunglasses and bounced away from the coffee shop eager to browse the local boutiques. It was still warm out, enough so that she could still wear some cute shorts and sandals, but Kala longed for the winter. Not only was she tired of the heat, but she couldn’t wait to get into some of her winter boots.
Phina Fiona's storefront looked sparkling in the sun…..that and the top on display was adorable and calling to her. Her own bright orange top was one of her favorites, loose and light, but Kala wasn’t in need of clothes, want of them perhaps, but not need. Her want won over. It was about time she got rid of some of her older pieces and freshened up her look a bit anyways. Phina’s was sure to have some of their winter collection out, or at least a preview of it.
With a light jingle she pushed open the door.

Phina was at the front of her store looking around. She was still in need of employees, but at the same time they had to be up to snuff. Yes, she knew she shouldn't be the potentials would be judged on their presentation and she probably wouldn't hire someone who had not been into Phina's before unless they wowed her.
She had really lucked out with Lysander, he was such a stylish boy and she could help but to just love him. Such a good catch, but she needed a few more good catches like, someone with a schedule maybe a little different. Even still she preferred teenagers, so vibrant, so full of life.
She eyed a little red head, whom she hadn't seen before, but reminded her of another red head who frequented the store. The girl was even wearing one of Phina's pieces. When she looked at the girl again she swore she'd seen the girl before somewhere, but she wasn't able to pin it.
Lily was in her sister favorite store. Rose had said it was where she bought a lot of Lily's clothes and was sure to have things she liked. Lily was determined to shop for herself without help since she moved out and she had to admit her sister was right.
She had already found two shirts that she liked and thought my be nice to add to her wardrobe, though it was jeans she came into the shop for as she was severely lacking in that department. She shook her head with a grin and moved over to the jeans looking for something at suited her.

The shop wasn’t very busy but it was still early and Kala didn’t mind it so much that there were only a few others shopping about. She noted a pretty red-head browsing the jeans as she lifted her glasses up and onto her head. They slightly mused up her hair, but it was still tamed within its twin braids. Kala loved red hair but she didn’t think she could pull it off with her skin tone. The girl on the other hand looked lovely with her red locks.
Kala came to Phina’s enough times to know the general layout; she had even bought a shirt or two for her dad here once. She stood a moment searching over the racks for the shirt she had seen on display. She figured it would have caught her eye by now and was slightly frustrated she couldn’t find it. Kala wasn’t one to stubbornly avoid asking for help so she headed toward the store’s counter, complete with a pretty vase of purple flowers, to get some help.

Phina looked up to see a girls she had seen before coming up to the front desk. What was her name? She was sure she had asked before. She smiled lightly at the girl and moved from behind the counter.
"Hello there, need a little help darling. I'm sure I've asked you your name before, you've been in before yes," she asked in greeting, "you'll have to refresh my memory though."
Her eyes slid briefly to the red head in the jeans section who seemed at the moment to be looking at four different jeans at the same time. She nearly laughed.
Lily stood over with the jeans that were folded on a tiered table looking over, Phina was right, four pairs of jeans at once. She was not really sure what kind of jeans she wanted. Their were a lot of different style and some of the jeans even had tears and what not.
She found herself wishing for Rose or Alex, but was determined to do it on her own. If she could match clothes from her closet, she could do it in the store right? She knew what she liked right? She could shop well enough with Alex's input.
