Class sucked, and if it werent for the fact that she needed to pass this class she probably would have ditched it. The sound of the clock ticking by the last minutes of the day were annoying and starting the nag on the inside of her brain like a needle pricking her over and over in one spot. Moving some of her shoulder length hair behind her ear, she sighed and looked to the front of class. The old man was strict, even if it was 2 minutes before class ended he would surely keep her after just to yell at her for at least another 30 minutes after if she even hinted at leaving. Hell there was time she joked about the clocks being off and his face had turned so red she was sure it would have popped, and goddess did he lay it into her... For weeks the class had a ball making fun of her for the time she spent after class being yelled at by this wrinkled man and the things they came up with made her want to twist some of their heads til their necks snapped.... This little town was truly not made for people with a weak hearts and she didnt even consider that she may have one but this man proved her wrong. Like so many others.... Her eyes flicked down and she had to smile a bit at the thought of that.
And thats when the bell rang

She got up and she saw the old man look straight at her. No way in hell, she thought and she threw her bag over her shoulder and went straight for the door.
"Young Lady..." The mans voice crackled. Goddess, why couldnt he just call her by her name ever? It wasnt hard to memorize thirty names was it? Or even just one, just one was fine, considering he bugged her enough. She narrowed her eyes at him and point one very recognizable finger at the clock behind her.
"Not your time anymore." She said as she walked out the door. The old man tried to get up but with her speedy escape, shed be out the door and halfway down the block. She knew better than to make him mad, hell hed give her the worst assignment when the class came back after their break, but she didnt care. She went her way, avoiding the main halls for the alley way in back that lead out into the forest. Home, goddess she couldnt wait to get there, and be damned anything that tried to stop her.
