First Meeting Philia: -sitting in a cardboard box in an alley, waiting for his big brother to return from scavenging some food them, when he smells a delightful aroma, and is struck by hunger and curiosity enough to follow it, clinging to the walls when he can and sniffling at the scent, finding the scent being a restaurant, but he startles the others there and is chased out, crashing and scampering all over, running for his life frightened, having no idea where he is or what to do, ready to cry as he keeps running, unable to stop himself-Ande: *was also sniffing around the restaurant when Philia found his way there, though he stayed outside, suspicious of the others inside and too cautious for his own good, he jumps when he hears the crashing and commotion, frowning when he sees a little black blur running away* The hell? *curious, he gives chase, his longer legs easily eating the distance between himself and the kit, and he passes him, smirking a little before planting himself right in Philia's way, thinking he would stop when he saw the larger male in the way*Philia: -distracted by the pounding of his own footsteps and heart in his ears that he can't hear Ande, blind eyes open with fright as he runs as fast as his little legs will take him, until he crashes hard into Ande, yelping and tumbling as he hits the ground flying and bounces to a halt, whimpering and trying to stand, tears in his eyes a little from the pain- w-what? w-who's there? -can smell Ande now- w-who are you?! -tries to glare, but his senses are shot and he doesn't know where to look, looking pathetic and pitiful with his blindness and big watery eyes-Ande: *grunts and falls back a little when Philia slams into him since he didn't expect it* Pwahh...damn kid you pack a punch... name's Andesite. *frowns a little when he realizes Philia's not looking at him but slightly to one side* Uhh... *waves a paw in front of his face* What's your name, kid?Philia: -trying to find the right place to look, but the confusion is still messing with him and he's swinging his head around terrified- w-what do you want with me?! -tries not to whimper, but he's trembling and his blind eyes look around terrified, moving back and bumping into a wall, staring directly straight ahead, which just happened to be right at Ande- d-don't hurt me! I-I'll fight back! I-I bite! -looks waaayy too panicked and scared to-Ande: *frowns still* Whoa, kid I'm not gonna hurt ya. Relax.*blinks and leans a little closer to him* Hey...is something wrong with your eyes?Philia: -swallows hard and tries to calm down, trembling still like a leaf, and then trying to glare again, scooted up against the wall- y-yea.. m-my eyes don't w-work .. g-got a problem w-with that?! -keeps trying to glare, but it's coming out as a more pitiful, forced gaze just begging for help-Ande: *chuckles a little* Feisty little kit, ain't ya? Calm down, I was just asking... *feels pity for him that he can't see and he lays forward on his front legs, looking at him curiously* Did you hurt them or something?Philia: -keeps trying to glare, trembling in fear still and fidgetting, keeping his head low and trying to make himself small- s-so what if I-I'm t-that.. f.. f..festy.. I-I can s-still bite! -barely looks like he could nibble at the moment and blinks his unseeing eyes- w-what's it m-matter t-to you h-how I-I got them?! -pouts and fidgets- I-I was born t-this way! g-got a problem w-with t-that too?!Ande: *smirks a little* I never said I had a problem with you at all. Aren't you listening? *lightly taps his paw against Philia's head* Why don't you chill out and tell me why a little kit like you is all by yourself? Kits should be protected... *kinda trails off, his voice getting softer as he remembers his own kit-hood, and how alone he was*Philia: -yelps at the tap and pouts, trying to swipe at his paw- d-don't touch me! -whines and pouts, curling up smaller- I-I left m-my box b-because I-I smelled somet-thing good h-here.. m-my brother h-hasn't come back f-from finding f-food and I-I g-got h-hungry a-all alone.. b-but when I found t-the smell, s-something w-whacked me and I-I started running a-and then y-you and and.. -trembles, whimpering and looking embarassed, covering his head a little from his embarassment-Ande: *sighs a little when he he whines and curls up* Sorry kid...you got a brother? *frowns a little* You ran a long way, kid, he's gonna miss you soon, I bet...maybe I should help you get back to him. You want a ride back?Philia: -nods and pouts, and then blinks and blushes- y-you'd help me back? -winces and looks suspicious- y-you.. you swear you won't h-hurt m-me or t-take me s-somewhere w-weird?!Ande: Pfft. What kinda fox do you take me for, kid? If I'd wanted to take you somewhere "weird" I coulda done it by now and wouldn't have asked. *sighs a little* But if it'll make you feel better, yes I swear I'll take you back.Philia: -pouts and whimpers- j-just promise.. -feels a little better with the swearing and reaches out a paw, blindly waving in his direction- I-I.. l-live with my brother.. n-next to.. a-a b-big.. brick.. b-building.. a-at least m-my brother said so..Ande: *snorts a little, but gives him his paw, shaking it lightly* I promise. Better? *stands and picks him up i his jaws by the scruff of his neck and sets him on his back* Hang on kid, I'll get you back to your brother. *starts back, slowly so Philia can hang on* Philia: -blinks as his paw's taken and shaken- a-ah.. okay.. -whimpers and winces when he feels himself being lifted, trying to put on a tough face, but he blinks as he's set on Ande's soft fur, shuting his blind eyes and nuzzling against it warmly- .. warm.. like brother.. -clings tightly as they moves, whimpering abit, frightened-Ande: *blinks a little when Philia nuzzles his fur and speaks, but he brushes it off as him being a frightened kit and doesn't say anything about it* So uhh...what's your name, kid?Philia: -blushes and just sorta curls into him, enjoying his scent and memorizing it, and then blinks- um.. Triskadekaphilia.. but.. brother calls me Philia..Ande: Whoa. That's a mouthful. What's your brother's name? *walks slowly so he doesn't fall off*Philia: -clings to him, so cute and small, his unseeing eyes blinking- Triskadekaphobia.. I call him Phobia.. we're.. twins..Ande: *blinks* Well then. Okay. Twins. *has always felt like he was missing part of himself, but never knew what it was* Hmm...anyway... uhh. My name's Andesite...but you can just call me Ande.Philia: -nods and nuzzles into his fur cutely- mm.. you told me.. -blushes and clings to his back-Ande: *blinks* Did I? Huh. *shakes his head* Bad memory I guess...so...what about your parents?Philia: -nods and sighs, and then winces, whimpering abit- .. they abandoned us.. when we were bowls.. m-my brother is all I have.. -looks upset, sniffling-Ande: Ah...that sucks...Sorry kid. *sighs a bit and keep quiet for a long time, until they near the place they began and he can see Phobia looking around for his brother and calling for him in a panic*Philia: -nods abit and just clings to Ande, feeling.. strangely safe, shutting his eyes and curling up on his back, just thinking about Ande, until he hearshis brother, and perks up- B-Brother? Phobia?! Phobia! -cries out and whines, scared again, wanting to be near his brother-Ande: *sighs a little, wondering why it is he feels...attached to the kit already, but he shakes his head and keeps walking, stopping near Phobia and pulling Philia from his back, he deposits him in front of his twin* Try to stay out of trouble, alright kid? Have a nice life. *turns to walk away, braided tail dragging on the ground*Phobia: *ears perk up when he hears his brother, relieved that he's okay, but when he sees Ande he crouches a little, ready to pounce if need be, a low growl coming from his throat, but he stops in surprise when all Ande does is drop his twin off* Philia!? Are you okay!? *clings to him for a second before checking him over for wounds, not even paying attention to Ande now*
Philia: -squeaks as he's picked up again and set down, blushing as Phobia gets all protective of him- I-I'm okay brother, I"m okay! -nuzzles him, but then blinks as Ande speaks, whimpering- w-wait! -looks up at him with his blind, watery eyes- you.. y-you'll .. come visit maybe? -blushes and nuzzles into his brother, hiding a bit, not wanting the first person he allowed himself to trust that wasn't Phobia to disappear frmo his life-Ande: *blinks and stops in surprise, turning halfway around to look at Philia, getting a kind of chill as his blind eyes look at him and he asks him to visit* ....ah...yeah....sure, I guess...if your brother doesn't mind and you really want me to. *shrugs one shoulder, waiting for Phobia to refuse to allow him to visit, to protect his twin the way he wished he'd had a brother to protect him*Phobia: *growls a little when Philia calls out to stop him, the stops when he hears him ask him to visit* Philia? You...want him to...visit? *frowns a little, confused, but he hugs his brother tight on instinct, a little cautious still, but if his brother can trust Ande, he should at least try* Yeah...if you want him to, Philia...
Philia: -blushes as Ande accepts and smiles, and then looks up at Phobia so pitifully for him to let them do this, and then smiles happily, hugging him back and sniffling cutely- thank you Phobia.. -blushes as he turns to Ande, sniffing him out- so.. you promise you'll come here and visit right?Ande: *smiles a little and chuckles* Yeah, alright, I promise. *rolls his eyes a little* Maybe I'll come by tomorrow. *turns away again* See ya kid.Phobia: *blinks* What happened when I left?
Philia: -smiles and blushes, nodding and waving cutely- bye.. -blinks and turns to Phobia, snuggling into him, and smiling softly, a blush at his cheeks- I met a nice noodle while smelling good things.. that's all.

A Little Rain... Pre RP Note: Philia is lonely and leaves his box to go looking for Ande a week or two after lots of visits where Ande's earned the trust of both kits, but gets lots and stuck in the rain, losing Ande's scent trail Philia: -lost.. again.. whimpering while hiding under a tree from the rain-Ande: *muttering unhappily under his breath as he tries to find shelter from the rain despite the fact that he's already soaked to the bone, his tail making him walk instead of run* Stupid rain...I hate rain... *catches Philia's scent as he passes a couple trees and frowns* Philia? *comes closer, sniffing the ground until he comes nose to rump with the kit* 8| What are you doing out here in the rain?Philia: -whimpers and snuffles in the rain, and then yelps as his rump is touched, jumping and skuttling around, until he smells Ande- A-ande? -whimpers and crawls to him and bumps noses with him- A-ande! Ande is that y-you? -sniffles- I-I got lost.. I-I was looking f-for you and then t-the rain w-washed a-awya your s-scent a-and I g-got stuck a-and I was too scared to g-go home.. -whimpers-Ande: 8| You shouldn't have come without your brother. What if something else had happened? Or someone else had found you, maybe someone who's not so nice? Jeez, Philia, anything coulda happened! *is only scolding him because he's so worried that something could have happened* C'mon, let's go.Philia: -whimpers and snuffles, crying softly- I-I'm sorry! I-I wanted t-to see you.. I-I was lonely -whimpers and snuffles, clinging to Ande's nose and crying softly- I-I'm sorry!Ande: *sighs a bit and can't stay mad at Philia, especially when he cries and looks so cutely pathetic* It's fine, okay, don't cry >.>;;; I was just worried, your brother would kill me if anything happened to you cuz of me >.>;;;; *isn't saying anything about how he'd feel personally*Philia: -whimpers and snuffles, and then blinks and nods softly, rubbing his eyes, and he snuffles and cooes, crawling over to Ande and finding his leg and nuzzling into Ande's leg- w-warm.. A-ande's warm.. -blushes adorabley and snuffles-Ande: *sighs a little and picks him up in his jaws, putting him on his back* C'mon, I think there's a cave over there where we can wait this storm out... *runs with him carefully until they're inside and he can set him down and shakes his fur out* Ugh...my tail is gonna take forever to dry...Philia: -squeaks as he's picked up and snuffles, nuzzling into his fur and nodding- o-okay.. -squeaks at the running and then as he's set down, shaking off his fur too and blinking- w-why? -sniffles and sneezes cutely-Ande: *blinks a little* It's not like your's...your's is fur, mine is all hair, and thick...so it takes forever to dry. I try to keep it braided but I'm gonna have to undo it... *sighs* It's gotta be brushed and cleaned out before I can rebraid it. Dammit... *sighs again*Philia: -blinks and bblushes- what's.. hair? -waves his paw to try and find Ande- c-can I help? -blushes cutely, smiling so innocently-Ande: Ah...it's uhhh...longer than fur, and thicker. *smiles a little* Yeah, sure. *uses a paw to pull him closer to his tail* Use your claws to brush it out, and to pull the sticks and stuff out, okay?Philia: -blinks cutely and smiles, and then squeaks as he's pulled, but smiles and nods cutely, reaching out and finding his tail, and starting to get the stuff out through touch alone, giggling- this is fun! hair feels different from fur! -blinks cutely and smiles- I can help you from now on~ -blushes and keeps pawing out the stuff, and purring cutely- I like it.. lots of .. hair..Ande: You'd really wanna do that? *smiles a little when he purrs* Alright...I'll let you help me with my hair. Philia: -blushes adorabley and smiles happily, nodding and nuzzling into Ande- I want to .. thanks Ande.. -smiles and keeps pawing out everything in his tail till it's nice and clean-Ande: *pets him a little and smiles* Okay...now that it's clean and combed, gotta wait for it to dry out then I can braid it again.Philia: -blushes cutely and smiles, nodding and purring at the petting, crawling over to find Ande's lap and curling up there- mm.. Ande's so warm..Ande: *blinks when Philia curls up in his lap, but he smiles and curls around him so he's warmer* Maybe we should sleep til the storm's over...looks like it might last a while anyway...Philia: -blushes and smiles cutely as Ande curls around him and he feels even warmer- mm.. okay.. -blushes and cuddles into Ande- night night..Ande: *blushes a little but smiles and falls asleep himself, ears cocked to hear any noise coming into the cave*Philia: -cooes in his sleep and smiles, glad to be near Ande-

Exploration! (Unfinished) Philia: -waiting in their little box, nibbling on a piece of cheese Phobia picked up for him, all lonely-Ande: *slowly making his way to where Philia is* Hey kid. Where's your brother?Philia: -blinks as he hears Ande and smiles happily, trunning over- Ande! -bumps into his leg- ow >< My brother went to get more food. I got cheese! -smiles and holds up his cheese-Ande: *chuckles a little when he hits his leg and helps him sit up* Heh, I can see that. How's it taste?Philia: -blushes as he's helped, giggling and blinking- umm.. good? -blinks cutely and smiling, holding his piece of cheese up to Ande- try it?Ande: Heh, nah, you keep it, Philia. You gotta eat to grow big and strong. *sits next to him* So what have you been up to?Philia: -blushes and smiles cutely, giggling and nibbling his cheese- umm.. nothing much.. Phobia never lets me go out on my own.. and I an't since i'll get lost.. but Phobia's brought back lots of thigns I like.. -crawls into his box and pulls out a wildflower- like this~ it smells nice.. -sniffs it cutely-Ande: *smiles a little* But he doesn't take you anywhere with him? *smiles a little at the wildflower and bends close to sniff it* Yeah, it does smell nice.Philia: -blinks and blushes, looking down a little- no.. he says it's too dangerous.. -sighs and then blinks, smiling and sniffign the flower as well- I like things that smell nice.. -blushes- Ande smells nice too..Ande: *blinks, then blushes a little* heh...glad you think so. *sighs a little and watches him for a moment* Don't you want to explore a little? I could take you with me...Phobia wouldn't be able to say no =w=Philia: -blinks and eyes widen- A-ande.. would take me exploring? -looks so excited-Ande: *chuckles a little* Yeah, I'd take you if you wanna go. At least with me you'd be safe, right?Philia: -blushes and nods happily, smiling so cutely- I would love that.. I wanna go with Ande! I wanna explore! -laughs and clings to his leg-Ande: *laughs a little and pets him* Okay okay, but we have to tell your brother first. I don't want him to worry about you again. *nuzzles him a little*Philia: -blushes and smiles, nodding and nuzzling him cutely- okay hehe.. I'm excited- blushes- where will we go?Ande: *smiles a little* Wherever you wanna go. We can just wander for a while if you want. *shrugs a little*Philia; -blushes and smiles- Ande will describe everything to me right? -blushes cutely- so that Philia will be able to know what everything looks like?Ande: Pfft. 'Course I will. What kinda friend would I be if I took you exploring and didn't tell you what was going on?Philia: -giggles and smiles cutely, nodding and hugging him- YAY! exploring hehe! I wanna go on adventures!Ande: Hehe yeah. Just gotta tell your brother. Here, let me put you on my back. *picks him up and puts him on his back* Let's go find your brother. *smiles and starts walking*Philia: -smiles and blushes as he's put on his back, snuggling into his fur again and nodding- okay.. -sniffs the air- mmm.. he went.. towards a good smell..Ande: *nods* Alright. What kind of smell was it? Maybe we can find him that way.Philia: -thinks and blinks cutely- umm.. it was.. sweet.. fruity.. -smiles cutely and nuzzles into his fur-Ande: *nods and smiles when Philia nuzzles into him, smelling the air to find the scent and follows it when he does*Philia: -smiles cutely and giggles, sniffing around and catching the scent too- mmm.. does Ande know what that smell is?Ande: Hmm...maybe...strawberries? Or some other kinda berries...dunno. *keeps walking*Philia: -blinks cutely- what are strawberries? -crawls up his back a little and snuggles into his neck-Ande: They're a fruit. They're sweet and uhhh kinda sticky, but they taste good. Maybe if we find some I'll pick one for you to try.Philia: -blinks cutely and smiles- I like sweet things.. sometimes Phobia brings back tasty sweet things! he calls them.. chocos? -thinks cutely-Ande: Mmm chocolate is delicious. I get sick if I eat too much but it's sooo good, heh. But strawberries are a different kind of sweet.Philia: -blinks cutely and smiles- what kind of sweet? there are different sweets?Ande: It's a fruity sweet. Heh yeah, there's lots of different sweets. There's the chocolate kind, the fruity kind, the chocolate fruity kind, ummm...Philia: -blinks cutely and smiels, giggling and nuzzling into Ande- that's cool! sweets! I like them! I want lots of sweets Ande!Ande: *chuckles* We'll see what we can find, okay?Philia: -giggles and nods, snuggling into his fur, so content on his back-
Phobia: *trotting back with a basket of food dragging behind him when he spots Ande and Philia and he smiles a little* Hey, where're ya goin'?Ande: *smiles a little* Hey kiddo. I was gonna take Philia exploring a little. I just didn't want you to worry about him.Phobia: Okay...uhhh....I guess I'll go back for more food then... See you later...
Philia: -smiles as he smells the food and giggles- Phobia! that smells great, what is it? -giggles and then blinks- um.. Phobia doesn't wanna come along? -blushes cutely-Ande: *blinks and tilts his head to the side* Yeah...you can come with us if you want.Phobia: Oh...no, I'm alright. You guys have fun. *smiles a little and nods* I found some candied strawberries...you guys want one before you go?
Philia: -blinks and smiles- strawberries! the sweets! -giggles and smiles, nodding and holding out a paw for one- gimme one Phobia?
Phobia: *smiles and hands one to each of them and eats one himself* mmm they're my favorites! So sweet...Ande: *nibbles on his, and nods* oh man...these are amazing! Thanks, Phobia!
