Arr wanted a break, she wanted one more then anything else. She was tired, very tired, she had been spending a lot of her time taking care of growing cubs. She had a few of her own but she was also helping her father when ever she could with his cubs. She enjoyed helping raise her siblings and she enjoyed raising her own cubs however after a while it started to wear on her. She loved her cubs to death but it was getting to the point that she needed a break, she really needed a break badly. really badly there was nothing denying that. However when she woke up in the morning she was greeted by her father's 'mate'. She was told to take a break today and this made her one of the happiest lions there could possibly be.
She was trotting way from the den. Moving a little quickly. She knew that over the day she was going to miss the cubs. There were some days that she would spend away from the cubs and there was a good amount of the time that after a while she ended up missing the cubs for most of the day. However on the other hand she was hoping to really enjoy the day for at least a little shile. She was really hoping so. She wanted some time to herself and some time to relax and not really worry. However there was something that caught her attention. The thing that caught her attention was a beautiful lake. Orginally she planned on spending her time under a tree taking a nap but as she thought about it she thought about how nice it would be to spend some time by the side of the water relaxing and taking her time. This sounded beautiful, and the water was beautiful.
She giggled as she moved by the water's side and flopped down on her side looking out at the water with a grin on her face, she knew that today was going to be good, today was at least going to be a nice day to lay by the water and relax.

It wasn't often that Ouă thought about his past. He'd long since grown from being a cub, and his adolescent years were behind him – so it didn't make sense to dwell on the past, and yet he found himself thinking of his family more and more – or what he remembered of them.
He hadn't seen them in so long now. He didn't even know where they were. He'd turned his back on them, like they had on him, when he were merely an adolescent. It had been the last time he had seen his father alive, though he had heard word of his death from a friend of the family. His mother hadn't even told him. The coward, Ouă thought bitterly. She couldn't even face him.
He had been named for his father, though he took after his grandfather in appearance. Neculai'ouă. Neculai, the second. A replacement now, it seemed. Perhaps that's why he avoided finding his mother. He didn't want to be a replacement for the mate she had lost, he didn't want to have to care for her. Selfish, yes, but he had tried to protect his family as a youth – his job was done. It was over.
Ouă missed his sister though. The twins could watch out for themselves, as could his brother, but his youngest sister, Ili'ella. Well, she had always been the tag-along to Ouă. Following him everywhere and trying to copy his every move. Ouă had almost regretted leaving her behind as he set out on his own journey.
Almost.
He moved towards the water he had scented earlier, thankful for the lake. He was grateful for the distraction that the water would bring ,dragging him from his thoughts and memories for a while. A flash of movement caught his eye on the opposite bank. He spied the grinning female and it brought a smile to his own face. Well, that was an even better distraction! He watched her from the distance, expecting to see a male approach her to relax with her on the banks. Surely she wasn't alone.

Arr was basically in her own little world. There were a lot of times where Arr was in her own little world, it wasn't something that only happened now and again, actually it happened almost every day. Because of that she was pretty sure she found it amusing to hang out with her kids It was much easier to relate to them. Yes there were some times where she could be serious however she didn't like being serious all of the time. Her father was pretty serious a good amount of the time. She actually really enjoyed itt when she could get her father to be silly, it was almost a goal of hers some times.
She leaned forward dipping her head into the water and looking around in front of her, she was wondering if there were any fish in this pond, she was kind of hoping so, some times she liked to chase them around and play. However as her ears laid above the water's surface, her ears perked up at the sound of some one else. She pushed her body up some keeping her head under the water and started to walk toward the sound that she heard. She probably looked a little silly but she really didn't even care. She moved quietly and quickly, moving the best way that she could. That was until she saw the paws of another in front of her face. she grinned and popped her head up and looked at him and grinned ear to ear. "Hello!" She giggled as she looked at him before looking around, it didn't look like he had any friends hanging around. "What name sir?" She asked curiously, she knew she didn't talk correctly but she was hoping that the male was understanding what she was trying to say to him. She really hoped so.

Ouă couldn't help but laugh a little at the sight before him, peering at the strange female with wide eyes as she moved around the water, her head tucked beneath the surface. As she raised her head, and smiled at him, he blinked. Well, she was rather pretty! Even if she spoke oddly, he thought, and couldn't help but smile back at her.
A lady's true smile was always infectious.
“My name is Neculai'Ouă, fair lady,” Ouă said, with a slightly crooked grin. “What is your name?”
Ouă had always preferred female company to male company, if only because he had a few too many bad experiences around other males that caused him to shy away from their company. Especially that of many males at once – that much testosterone was sure to end in bloodshed, he decided. A female's presence was always softer, gentler – less likely to end in a brawl to the death or some other silly nonsense. At least, the females he tended to prefer were like that, though he had met some fairly vicious females in his time as well.
This one didn't seem vicious or bloodthirsty though, so he continued to smile at her.

Arran looked toward the male and then shook her head around a little so she could get the water slightly off of her and then nodded at the male she flicked her tail around behind her a little. She stared at him though once he said his name. She was a little confused, why did he had such a long name. He knew she kind of did, Arrantixa, but most of her siblings were named pretty simply, she blamed that on her father. Her father liked to give her and her siblings pretty simple names. Imoo Jari was her brother and his name was pretty simple. On top of she was commonly called Arr. "Shorter name?" She asked curiously, she wondered if he had something that he would rather be called.
She then thought about his name and then decided to tell him her name. "Arrantixa is Arr's name." She nodded and then started to nod. "call her Arr." She explained to the male she then paused once again before giggling a little. "Arr has never seen you around here before." She explained to the male, she never really knew what to say to stranges that came around here that she never had seen before.

Oua felt bad for not immediately offering a nickname for the female to call him, as she spoke up asking for a shorter name. He chuckled and nodded his head, "I'm also known by just Oua," he explained, "I was named after my father, so I hate being referred to by Neculai." He shook his head, shruggin off the comment but his name had always bothered him. Neculai, the second. The replacement for the original. Bah! It was a useless name. Even Oua just meant 'second'. He was second at everything, it seemed.
He was brought back from his internal grumping by her introduction. "It is a pelasure to meet you, Lady Arr," he said to her, smiling. It was true, he was glad to get out of his own head for a while, and she seemed kind.
"Ah, no, you wouldn't have," he admitted. "I am a wanderer, so I rarely stay in one place. How I was raised, unfortunately." Settling down seemed...wrong...somehow, at least at the moment. He was raised to keep moving and even if he had hated some parts of his youth, he did enjoy seeing the sights. "Do you live around this area then?" He asked, trying to focus the conversation on her instead of him.

"Oua?" She asked very curiously, she had to admit that was an interesting name. She knew that it was interesting, she wished that she had an interesting name some times but at the same time she knew that hshe had a pretty nice name. Arrantixa was pretty complicated to her but at the same time she knew that Arr was simple enough to tell others ad that made her pretty excited. She made a small pout across her lips before speaking to the male. "Well, that is kind of upsetting, she told the other lion with a small sigh before flicking her hair out of her eyes and speaking. "Oua can always rename himself right?" She asked curiously. She wasn't that sure of what the male thought about it but if she didn't like her name she would rename herself. That was how Arr worked though.
"And it's nice to meet Oua!" She said with a giggle before then nodding. "Arr traveled with her father when she was younger, but when Arr's dad had cubs and Arr had some cubs she stayed in one place. It's hard raising cubs with no dad around." She pouted once again, shaking her head. She rant into the male on accident where seh really just had a fling with a male and then all of a sudden cubs were around. "They good cubs, Arr's siblings and Arr's cubs." She noted with a smile on her face. She was close with both her siblings and her cubs. It was a nice family she had at home.

Oua was mildly surprised at her comment of it being upsetting. Well, it was to him, but he was surprised that she had picked up on that. He felt a bit bad that he'd made her upset by his comments of his name - he hadn't intended that. He looked even more startled at her comment of changing his name. He chuckled. "I could, I suppose," he agreed, but shook his head. "I wouldn't though. As much as I hate my name, I think it would break my mother's heart if I changed it." He was the living memory of her dead mate, after all, and Ecaterina adored all of her cubs, even those that no longer wanted to talk to her.
Oua listened to her with some interest. "Very interesting," he told her, startled to think of this female having cubs. He wasn't sure why that surprised him so much. "At least you had your father to help support you with the cubs?" He suggested, with a slight smile. "Though I am sure you would have raised them perfectly, even on your own." She was too kind not to raise good cubs, he mused, far too kind.

Arran looked down at her paws before giggling a little and speaking to him. "I'm guess you should keep it then." She commented simply before shrugging but a smile was still on her face. She normally was a very friendly lioness, however not only but she normally saw everything in a positive view. Including things like this. She flicked her hair out of her eyes and then smiled at the male. before then offering another suggestion out of the male. She didn't mind if he didn't but she thought that she might at least offer another suggestion to the male. "Well," She started before flicking her hair out of her yes before speaking. "Couldn't you always go and just call yourself something else?" She asked curiously a smile was on her face.
She nodded at the mention of her father helping her. "It is nice for him to help me out." She then paused before laughing a little. "I care about my fatehr a lot and he cares about me, I'm very happy to be at home with him. All of us are close." She mentioned before chuckling a little and looking at him once again and then speaking a smile on her face. "Well thank you!" She giggled a little before speaking again. "They're pretty well behaved." She mentioned thinking about them. "I guess I'm lucky not ot have a wild bunch. I've seen some crazy ones she mentioned laughing a little more as she mentioned that.
