Personality: Cocky and Mischievous

History: Marcille was born in Edge, but after the Deepground incident he moved to Midgar. He ran a shop for awhile, then got bored of it and abandoned both the shop and Midgar to explore the world. He likes to prank travellers and steal gil.

History:Cecil is a hired assassin working for an organization called Prime. Very little information is known about him except for he had a brother killed by a turk and holds a grudge against all the turks to this day.

History: PRIME is an underground organization much like Deepground but with different plans and goals. Like deepground, they were founded by Shin-Ra's Professor Hojo and all resemble SOLDIERs. Their recent plans involve destroying WRO and former AVALANCHE members in revenge for the fall of Shin-Ra.
