Personality: Noel is very friendly to anyone she just met, sometimes a small conversation happens or just a friendly greeting. Some people find her Goth like because of the dark colored hair and highlights, yet she tells them she isn’t. Her voice isn’t very high, nor is it very low, yet she can still hit some pretty high notes when singing. Whenever she gets pissed/upset/moody/etc, she goes to the hot springs (also for relaxation) or the shoot range to relieve her stress and get better at aiming. Sometimes she gets a little oblivious of things, otherwise she’s very intelligent. She mostly wears sweaters, skirts and stockings unless under specific conditions (work, exercising, or Cons). She doesn’t use any transportation due to being part Phoenix, yet she has to wear shorts when flying to not be embarrassed.

Biography: Noel grew up being a sad little girl because of the stress life was giving her, and it drove her into a period of depression. She used to get into fights because some of her stress was from people she knew through school or through previous jobs. Years later she recovered from it with help from friends and family, yet still retained some dark characteristics about her appearance (like her hair). Whenever the stress returns to her nowadays, she now relaxes either by gaming, the hot springs, or the shooting range. On a normal day, she always goes out for a jog in order to stay in shape and to keep her figure. She's also into fashion, but only wears clothing she made or likes.
Skill: She uses many types of weapons, but prefers scythes, arm cannons, and guns. If she gets an idea for a new weapon she starts to actually make one because of her intelligence. Most of her weapons are high tech, due to the fact
that mecha anime inspired her idea to make them. Is also working on a experimental armor exoskeleton for combat, her prototype cannon is apart of the design.
