Since names don't really relate to cutie marks, a character could be named whatever they wanted. What do y'all think for your pony name?
I like Excelsior Dawn. Or Dusk. I'm torn on that part.

Apple Roux
It works on so many levels, I have naturally red hair, and I'm a commie (so Apple works as in "apple red".) Roux (pronounced "Roo")is also French for red, and it's a cooking term (a roux is flour and fat cooked together until slightly red in color, it's used for soups and sauces and is the most basic of things chefs need to learn). PLUS when I was a kid Roo was my nickname (short for "rooster" since my hair was always a mess).
So yeah, Apple Roux.
